wild is just fucking superior to standard, its soooo good to see this huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge diversity of decks. Laddering atm with renolock and its bonkers to feel the old combos such as sylvanas shadowflame or brann kazakus. Glinda brann and gnomeferatu is just broken and satisfying to watch how opponents concede
It would be except for Big Priest. Last month between 5-legend I faced 38% priests, and I think just one of those was quest priest.
For me it feels like the meta is changing everyday which might be hard to climb the ladder. Like one day Im facing nothing but Odd Rogue with Odd Dude Paladins and the other day its polluted with Combo and Mill decks. And then another day it is nothing but Reno decks and Big decks like Priest or Hunter. It might be frustrating for someone like me who is trying to push for legend before new expansion so he can mess around next month but I don't mind and I'm still okay with such a diversity.
Wild's meta is pretty good now, only Big Priest is a bit annoying when they go Barnes on curve. Each Class have at last 2 viable very good archetypes to rank up and tons of Tier 2 or lower decks that can still bring you to Rank 5.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
The only deck that I want to disappear completely is Kingsbane because it's extremely annoying to play against and is hardly countered by anything, other than that Wild is great, I don't even play Standard anymore and I'm a relatively new player (since Kobolds).

Its hard countered by aggro/tempo and at best a T2 deck. More like T3. Playing the deck is more of a tech (or troll) choice....
Also, i think the wild meta is in a very healthy state right now. And while I agree that it can be very frustrating to play against Kingsbane Rogue or Big Priest, both decks play a very important role in the wild ecosystem.
Big Priest is the only deck that hard counters Renolock, with Kingsbane Rogue also being a very unfavorable matchup. Kingsbane Rogue is the only hard counter to Big Priest, and hard counters a lot of the sometimes so fucking unbelievable greedy decks.
As long as Sap and Vanish exist, it's not hard countered by aggro/tempo, those 2 cards can just turn the match around completely, considering they can just sap your (probably only) taunt and hit you for like 13 to the face and pretty much heal fully or just play Vanish, which for example, completely ruins Sea Giant in Even Shaman decks. I don't care about Big Priest because it's easily beatable by Reno and aggro decks, not sure why you think it's a hard counter to Warlock (I'm just talking from my perspective, because most of the people that beat me when I climbed with Big Priest were Reno Mage/Warlock decks, Treachery, Kazakus and Polymorph are pretty powerful in this match up and unless you're RNJesus, you will get that damn sheep in most of your resurrects). I might be biased, but Mill decks and Kingsbane should not exist in this game, I have yet to meet a person who thinks those decks are fun to play against.
Today I got a draw and a win vs kingsbane rogue with dead man's warrior via a lot of coldlights. Decided that was enough fatigue math for one day and switched to some Togwaggle druid. I stole a kingsbane with the combo and set up a 1 in 8 to steal one from a different rogue but he conceded before checking the result. I beat a ton of renolocks and their rat/deathlord/gnomeferatu party too because I built my deck to be resistant to those effects. Big priests didn't stand a chance either. Days like these make me feel a bit more optimistic about the wild meta and how polarized/tech dependant it is :)
I'm surprised no one is calling my druid cancer yet
I play casually in ranks 10-15, and it's flooded with Kingsbane Rogue, Odd Paladin, Shudderwock, Control Lock, and Big Priest. Occasionally you see an actual Warrior or Hunter and it just makes your day a little brighter.

Maybe if you accept the "friendly requests" after some games with this deck, you will get some nice words about your family, mother, cancer and also about your dog ;) xDDD

I actually accept all "friend requests" and never got any BabyRage about my druid yet. Now that you mention it, this is one aspect where wild just objectively superior. The last time I had a salty "friend" from wild was a few months back, when I counter queued them with flamewaker mage. When I first reached legend in wild with my own homebrew, I got something like 5 people with genuinely nice things to say or want my decklist. The ratio of salty "friends" is definitely a lot lower in wild. The community is just great at least when they are not bots, even though some of the decks are really frustrating

My experience with friend requests is quite interesting. My opponents that are playing Wild only decks like Jade,Reno etc. are adding me to ask for a decklist of my deck. But when I face some folks with Standart decks, it is a different story. I feel like 60% of friendly requests from players with Standart decks were just hatefull comments. But other 40% are pretty good folks who are adding me for a talk or 80g quest ^^ Some of them are even suprised about the decks wincondition so it is really fun and entertaining to show them cards like Anyfin Can Happen
Not really? Barnes still exists and so does that stupid 4 mana 3/4 for Warlock, both of which still hold it back a lot. That said I do admit to a fair amount of diversity, even if it isn't perfect.
Big deal. Get use to it

Even shaman, Big Priest, Kingsbane rogue, Renolock, Mid-pala and A LOT of Odd Rogue. It's the 90% of meta from rank 5 to legend.
Besides all the losers playing Reno decks, yes, wild is awesome

I still dont get your hate towards Reno after all these months. But whatever, different strokes for different folks :D
