I'm trying to figure out how to improve this deck, I've taken it to rank 5 so far and had a blast. I don't use a deck tracker, but somewhere in the 60-65% winrate I think. Haunted Creeper doesn't have much synergy unless I get a good secret from Hydrologist and Sunkeeper Tarim, but If I can control the board early and draw into my token generation and buffs/adapt I usually win.
Stonehill Defender just seems like an amazing card here. Being about to discover Tirion Fordring, Wickerflame Burnbristle and Sunkeeper Tarim with Tarim being a win condition pretty much on his own seems huge. Would this be worth running over Tirion? Been watching a friend play his N'Zoth paladin with stonehill and he's had Tirion as an option every single time I saw.
Sadly, the only cards I think are really worth removing are Acidic Swamp Ooze and maybe Tirion Fordring for Stonehill only. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
My best advice would be to adapt your deck to points it needs to be stronger. Both of these cards are great on paper in Palladin. Stone hill will help improve your long game if you find you need it, and creeper is all kinds of good for token Palladin, as you can put on pressure and combo with Steward of Darkshire and Sunkeeper Tarim.
Personally, I didn't think Stonehill fit in my token Paladin deck, and creeper isn't an option for me, as I play standard.

I have a strong early game vs pirate warrior and a few other matchups, but vs secret paladin I'm in a rough spot if they have secretkeeper and a secret on 1 or 2. It's possible to stabilize in the mid/late game but they can start off with so much tempo that's where the game is lost. Creeper is great at that since it provides 3 bodies and does work great with steward.
Do you run tirion in your deck? I think most of the time I would honestly have a second sunkeeper than a tirion since thats pretty much a quartermaster.

I actually don't run Tirion in my deck (it's the one in my signature). The main reason at first was that I don't have Tirion, but I also don't think he works best with what token Paladin wants to do (despite being an insane card all around). I run 4 weapons, so will usually have one up by the time Tirion is in play, and I'd generally rather refill the board with tokens than put up a big taunt. I can totally agree with the Sunkeeper sentiment though... He's like a better quartermaster, and if I could have two in my deck, there'd be little question about having 2.
My deck is on the more aggressive side though, whereas yours plays the long game a bit more. It all depends on which direction you want to go with it, and which one you think is better suited to the meta.

I'll try swapping stonehill for tirion. Yours is a lot more aggressive than mine, though I think thats purely from the benefit of mine being wild and having access to sludge belchers, muster, and quartermasters. I generally look to close out a game on turns 5-9, but can play the long game a lot better than yours can because wild cards allow me to stall and buff better.
If the deck is slow enough to play tirion, then yes; stonehill defender is good (class cards has a 4-times higher chance to show up in the discover). If you play a token deck, then knife juggler should be an auto-include and that makes haunted creeper good too.

juggles didnt quite work that well. my 2 slot is already pretty crowded and hydrologist has been much better. I'm built a little too slow I think for juggles. Sure as a t2 juggle into t3 muster is really good if they have 1hp minions, but i would rather combo it with steward and use a secret to keep steward alive or grab a competitive spirit
Ditto on the excluding Juggler. Token Pally doesn't play the aggro/high tempo style most other token decks do in my experience. It's more about putting out lots of tokens constantly, and severely punishing your opponent with game winning swings if they stick. Juggler could be nice sometimes, but I think it's too tight to fit it in.

Yea, both cards are really good in paladin, i don't ser why not use them.

Isn't there an obscenely high chance that Stonehill will give you a Tirion, though?
