I just explained could happen any turn after you play this which is in no way situational
Examples:
1. Opponent has nothing on the board.
2. You already have something on the board.
3. They have a hero power that can kill it.
There are certainly other situations, but those are the big ones. You've got to play Tentacle of N'Zoth at a time where it would only cause a minimal impact to your side of the board. It's also better for certain classes (like Mage), who can detonate it themselves...although Arcane Explosion would be better, and cheaper.
That makes this card situational.

I'd rate corrupted hoarder a little higher: this is arena we're talking about, card draw is usualy extremely valuable, and corrupted hoarder's stats usualy guarantee it will trade with something 1 for 1, even if it's just a 2 mana minion/removal. He should be as high as a gnomish inventor imo.
Gnomish Inventor has a better chance to survive, for sure. I'd honestly rather have a Loot Hoarder over the Polluted Hoarder version. It's possible you may get a decent trade with him, but you hate the scenario where a 2-drop kills him.
*There are several that agree with you, that he should be ranked higher. It's something to consider.*
I'm really liking the look of N'Zoth's First Mate. A good 1 cost card for Warrior, that messes up the rogue Buccaneer opening move and, at least in theory, trades well with Shielded Minibot (albeit at the expense of 4 face damage).
I think you're a bit stingy with N'Zoth's First Mate as well, I'd give it (1). An excellent pick for warrior in arena and depending on your draft might even be a better pick than Arathi Weaponsmith.
I'm not sure I agree with Forbidden Healing either. I'd put it between average and poor tbh. It doesn't help you so much with board control and for healing later in the game I'd prefer to have sth like Lay on Hands (or sth more proactive). I find it too situational as well.
I'd consider to put Eater of Secrets as terrible, since you can pick Kezan Mystic if you want to tech against secret classes.

I tend to agree with you on N'Zoth's First Mate. I've been reading all the feedback on Forbidden Healing and I think I may have initially rated it too high. As I stated before, it won't take much to convince me to move Eater of Secrets down. ;)
Thanks for all the feedback! I usually give everyone an opportunity to voice their opinions, then make adjustments down the road.

I feel something is not being considered with regard to Infested Tauren. The arena meta, such as it is, has been on the fast side for a while now. With the increased occurrence of cards from a new set at launch and this being a common, this card is going to be appearing a lot, and I think it has the potential to contribute to a slower meta, especially if more cards in the set are control oriented. It may not be Sludge Belcher, but the simple fact that the deathrattle summons a 2/2 will cause problems for aggressive decks.

Old school WoW Mage motto: if you don't end the run with the most damage dealt AND the most deaths, you're not trying hard enough.
Tentacle of N'Zoth: Rating 5 (4 for mage). Terrible card, can be used effectively only with mage, and even with mage it's an arcane explosion for 3 mana.
N'Zoth's First Mate: Rating 4, decent if you have a lot of weapon synergies, otherwise not worth it at all.
Rares:
Neutrals:
Corrupted Healbot: Rating 2. The heatlh restored is a non negligible drawback here (compared to Zombie Chow where is completely neigligible). But stats are too good to pass out.
Undercity Huckster: Rating 1. Very good, it's bascially a 2/2 draw a card in arena.
Ancient Shieldbearer: Rating 4. Well it's some stats, but I don't think I need too explain why it's not good in arena.
Why are you rating C'Thun cards? They won't be given in arena. Pretty much agree with everything except for:
N'Zoth's First Mate. He's an excellent pick that provides a ping-weapon and a body on turn 1 (as with all cards it depends on your drafting choices).
I would put Stand Against Darkness on average. It's nothing special but can prove to be useful/annoying to opponent, especially in topdeck wars + force a board clear from opponent; wouldn't pick over other staple commons though.
N'Zoth's First Mate. He's an excellent pick that provides a ping-weapon and a body on turn 1 (as with all cards it depends on your drafting choices).
Hmmm we all know Light's Justice is bad to terrible. And in my opinion this guy doesn't offer much more, he's under average or average if you have a pirate/weapon deck, but that's all.
Light's Justice is pretty amazing lately in arena, u have some bad info man ... im not saying pick it 3 times, but having one is pretty good, it gives u options. Same with this card.
N'Zoth's First Mate. He's an excellent pick that provides a ping-weapon and a body on turn 1 (as with all cards it depends on your drafting choices).

Do we? I don't think so. I actually rate Light's Justice quite high. It is not extremly good, but having the Chance to ping four times for 1 mana in a class which usually can't ping is quite good imo.

You forget to count the tons of damage you take in the process, yes it's only face damage, but that much it's definitely relevant.
If your opponent does not play much 1 or 2 health minions, Light'sJustice can be completely useless before the big guys (4 or 5 attack) come in, and with that much attack face damage is really a problem.
Using the 4 pings effectively without getting in danger zone heatlh wise is extremly rare.
Tempo matters more than your health, especially early in the game and this weapon provides really good tempo. Also later it can be good. It always gives you the chance to kill a x/x+1 minion with your x/x+1 minion and x/x+1 minions are considered to be better than x+1/x minions. Your opponent either needs to use his heropower, which costs 2 mana and often cause face damage as well, or need another card. This card helps a lot to get board control and that is really important. And with the board control you prevent your hero from further face damage. Just look at Rogue: Rogue is a really good class and you use your weapon a lot and get a lot of face damage to gain board control.
I am really puzzled why you rate Tentacles of Arms so high. I would say that this is a bad card. Sure, Weapons are really good for Warrior, but this one is so slow and weak. You pay 5 mana for it and might be not even capable to kill something on the board. So a whole turn without really affecting the board, while your opponent can develope his board further. That is too much of a tempo loss. Admittedly, i haven't played Warrior for a long time in Arena and i don't know a lot about how to play this class, but that tempo loss is too much of a problem imo.

So ur basically saying that rogue hero power is totaly useless in arena? ok ...
Tentacles for arms is terrible even in area because it costs 5 mana for a 2/2 weapon that is awful, the only way I see the card being good is if you have no cards left other wise it is terrible there is no way in hell this card is excellent.
