And it is boring as hell. Yes I win games and yes my opponent is usually down to 13 health by turn 4 but I just feel like a f***ing bully...
Is this what people find fun? Is this why people gloat and say “git gud” for? The Stealth Rogue deck isn’t even something new this expansion. I played it couple of expansions before and it has the same game plan as it did when it was first introduced: play cheap minions that hit your opponent for 3-9 damage a turn each.
“The deck isn’t for you” you say? Well I’d love to play a heavy control deck but unfortunately I will be dead by turn 4 and if by miracle I survive to turn 10, my 10 mana big pay off card like Yog will probably give me random spells in hand that doesn’t help me at all.
I could play big Paladin or whatever its called but it just been recently nerfed and I don’t even have the cards for it.
I really miss the kind of minions that have pseudo-taunt and gets you punished for ignoring them. I really hope the new expansion introduce minions that force the other aggro player to interact with your minions other than taunts.
Playing Aggro Hunter myself, and I gotta say, I hate it. Sure, it's easy enough to pilot and I do win games more often than not, but it's so... boring. I definitely prefer longer games involving careful resource management and turning the state of the game with a couple removal spells.

What do you play the game for?
Personally, hearthstone is nothing but a collecting game for me. I have every card in the game I have every cardback in the game except the ones you are awarded for esports events. I have every golden hero portrait I have every 1000 win portrait. I have a 12 win arena key I got with just over 100 wins . I have every alternate hero skin currently in the game. I'm currently at 210 on RT. My complete collection is 70% golden. My dust pile is 100k+ and I have over 5k duplicate cards to disenchant still.
You feel like a bully playing aggro?
I don't feel like anything when I play any deck type as I can play anything I want and with over 24K wins I can say they all have their ups and downs.
Seems like you need to find something else to do in the game.
I'm glad the devs finally made something for players like me to do. I have three XP achievements left to complete before the new packs arrive next month.
Maybe you should try arena or some heroic solo adventures.
I play to D5 and stop. I play decks to complete XP achievements.
I'm shooting for 150+ free packs before release, I'm almost there now should be pretty easy. I'll be opening 400+ this time.
You should bully your way to legend rank 1 with that aggro deck and then bully your way to a world championship. Sounds like a plan to me.

I mean, I appreciate sharing your Hearthstone life story and all but I think should be obvious what am playing the game for given where I posted my thread in, Standard Format (rank specifically)
Yes, I do feel like a bully when my opponent have no choice but to play from behind as I continue to simply ignore his minions and go face. Yes, I do feel like a bully when I can play whatever opening hand I get while my opponent dies before even reaching 5 mana to play his 5 and above mana cost cards.
I tried Duels and it just feels like a clever businessman marketing in-game currency waste. I am not practically fond of the semi-meta and netdecks nature of duels and am sure not a fan of ending my run against an opponent who I defeated twice already because he manage to summon Ragnaros on turn 1.
Arena is in the same vain almost. But the main reason am not playing arena is because I will be rewarded Darkmoon Pack and I already concluded that I don’t need anything more from this expansion already because of the aggro nature of the meta.
I finished the solo heroics and honestly I wanted a solo experience then I’d go for a different game entirely.
lastly there is Battlegrounds and wild. I don’t like Battlegrounds and it doesn’t even have rewards. Although you can arguably build any deck you want in Wild, being presented with so many choices is real problem.
Even though I don't play aggro decks, I find Aggro Stealth Rogue interesting. In fact, if I compare it to Face Hunter (BRM) or Face Paladin it needs more brain cells to play it and it has a theme. So, rejoice. And don't be uungrateful. We had really bad days in the past.
As a player refusing to play heavy aggro decks currently I understand. I have basically taken a break from Warlock at moment in favor of warrior due to the fact warlock is so heavily punished for using its hero power right now. As warlock vs hunter, rogue,dh, I basically never tap you just can’t afford to. I would really like to use backfire too but how badly do I want to lose by turn 5? Warrior control has been the way to go for me so far. This current meta is all insane mana cheats and early board pressure that leaves little counter play. Warrior armor mechanic seems to be its one saving grace allowing it to compete.
I was never very much into aggro for some of the reasons you mention, but then last month I switched to discard lock and I would say the chance shoot your self in the foot with a bad discard offsets what I feel is jerky about aggro.
but really, you don’t need to play the game just for ranked wins. Sometimes I play with cards like Deck of Chaos, and I consider it a win if I can just play that one single card. If I manage to beat someone (and sometimes I do!) it’s just the icing on the cake.
I understand you soooo well. I try to reach legend with control warlock and it's so difficult. Even got to D1, but went down again, so close... Have not given up yet though. But I still had to make this deck more boring to give it a chance in this meta :-/
Same got to D1 with Ctrl lock twice and hammered back to D5 with like a string of stealth rogues who win game with three cards (self sharpening, nitro boost, and any 1 cost stealth minion). Or gibberling Druid with nasty mulligans, then when you do get a nice ctrl matchup it’s probably vs a priest who is just going to play your deck and his against you. It’s rough living the ctrl life but someone’s gotta do it. Like I said before in a post I’m playing warrior for now even though I want to play my warlock so bad.

Well people think control is boring. so Blizz nerfed Control.
Funny, I ran into more Solitaire Spell Mage and Control Priest than aggro.

I'm with you there the game really is too easy.
Have fun.!

Just accept the truth.
This is an extremely boring repetitive unfun experience. Move along. HS sucks ass
