How do you plan to kill both it and Mecha'thun at the same time? Cuz that's what you need to do if you wanna win with Mecha'thun.
It's also why Flight Master is in the deck: to give the opponent a 2/2 minion to crash the Broom and Mecha'thun into. Though that also raises the question of how to kill the Flight Master and the 2/2 you spawn on your side too...
EDIT: Oh right, cast a spell with Pyromancer out and THEN play 1/1 Mecha'thun... duh. That makes sense now.
Aggro gets all the love cuz it’s so easy to create small and impactful effects. Any large, high-cost effects are apparently harder to balance for the HS team, so they don’t make as many, if at all.
At least, that’s what I’ve heard. Not entirely sure if it’s true anymore. Whatever the case, it still sucks.
It feels like there's just no room for control decks in this meta. Everything else just draws through too much of their deck and vomits so much damage at you.
Oh boy, a period of turn one shenanigans where people draw their entire deck and take down their opponent in one turn, where the winner is decided by who goes first.
Seems too reliant on getting exactly Celestial Alignment and all your ramp cards. And even then you'll need draw cards and mana cheating cards like Lady Anacondra, in that exact order, as well as even more ramp. Anything else and the deck can’t do anything before you lose.
It's a huge highroll with basically a 1% consistency rate. No offense, but if I wanted to do that, I'd be playing my Astral Communion deck with Lightning Bloom and a ton of high cost minions and spells. I'd spend only 2-3 turns each game trying to draw the combo rather than spend 7-8 doing nothing but hero powering and losing.
I will say that I got 1 win out of this deck, which was a nice rush of dopamine, but every single other game was a total loss. They developed their boards and took me down before I had a chance to do anything, as stated above.
I honestly wasn't a fan of Malygos or Illucia. Too many times I found them to be dead cards in hand, though I am at a low rank, so maybe that has something to do with it. I replaced them with an Ooze cuz I was facing too many rogues and paladins with their damn weapons, and Devouring Plague to give me a bit more healing and soften up minions before Xyrella'ing them.
Other than that, though, this is a great deck. I'm pretty surprised at how good Ysera is, though sometimes it does take me a while to lower my hand size enough to play it.
Vectus no longer summons whelps without any deathrattles in the pool, or only one whelp if only one deathrattle minion has died. That seems like a bug to me.

The concept of “interactive” was thrown out the window when UiS quests were released.

Managed to win maybe two times out of ten, but it would be even better if people would stop conceding before I can get the achievement.

Control decks are so weak in this meta.

I'm still at lower ranks, but I am loving this deck. If only druids and warlocks weren't so prevalent down here.

Either this deck just sucks or people have already learned how to play against it, cuz it is so difficult for me to win with it.
Or I could just be bad with it. I dunno at this point.
