Just completed the Monster Hunt with all 4 classes and killed Hagatha! It was quite challenging. Here are my tips:
1) Time-Tinker Toki (mage) The easiest fight in my opinion. (Completed it on my first run, again on third run.) Her Hero Power (repeat your turn) may look silly at first glance. However, Genn Greymane's comment that her ability makes her extra lucky is a great hint. When playing Toki, play cards with random effects (e.g. Tinkmaster Overspark, Arcane Missiles) first. If the effect turns out to be bad (e.g. Tinkmaster transforms your big minions to a Squirrel), use the Hero Power to repeat the turn! After restarting the turn, unless you have cards to refresh the Hero Power, it is advisable to play cards that do not have random effect for safe.
On my first run, I picked the treasure that makes the first spell you cast each turn cast twice, and the one that makes your 5+ mana minions cost 5 mana. Then I picked a mixture of damage spells and big minions. Maintain board control and the rest was easy. The final boss Infinite Toki did not even have a chance to use her Hero Power!
On my third run, I picked the +3 spell damage treasure twice and a lot of damage spells and some legendary minions. Easy run again.
[edit] Ok, after a few runs as Toki without picking Double Time (the treasure that repeat the first spell), I admit that the run is not as easy as I initially thought. Double Time makes a huge difference. Therefore, if you are desperate to win, look for Double Time after the first boss. If you do not get it, concede the next fight to restart the run.
In addition, strategic use of spells is important with Double Time. For example, if you cast Arcane Missiles on turn three to kill something and after that can either play Unstable Portal or Shimmering Tempest, you should play Shimmering Tempest and leave Unstable for the next turn.
2) Houndmaster Shaw (hunter) I picked the treasures that gives all minion +2 health, and enemy minions cost 1 more mana. Then I picked a mixture of beasts and taunt minions. Minion +2 health is very good as it affects your minions from all sources including Hero Power and spells. With this advantage you can easily maintain board control.
The enemy minions cost 1 more mana is also important. Houndmaster's specific final boss is Glinda Crowskin. The hard part is she keeps summon 3 cost 6/3 minions with Deathrattle: draw a card and shuffle this minion into her deck. Having three of this minions summoned on her side is difficult to handle. With the enemy minions cost 1 more mana treasure, she can only summon two per turn.
3) Cannoneer Darius (warrior) I picked the treasures that gives you a random weapon when your weapon is destroyed, and draw two more cards at start. Then I picked pirates and a few weapons. Try to mulligan for weapon. Keep attacking with your hero every turn, as you have unlimited weapons. Keep extra weapon in hand and use it if you get a really bad weapon. Summon Phantom Freebooter and Bloodsail Raider when you have high attack (and health) weapon.
Try to position your minions such that your cannon is always near the middle, and have it hit two minions if possible. Remember that if you kill a minion with your Hero Power, you can use it again.
IMPORTANT: do NOT choose the treasure that deals 1 damage to enemy minions when they are summoned. This is because the final specific boss Lord Godfrey summons Grim Patron, Gurubashi Berserker, Gahz'rilla and Twilight Summoner. This treasure is extremely counter-productive!
4) Tracker Tess (rogue) This is the hardest fight for me until I finally figured out the following strategy. I picked the treasures that makes cards not in your original deck cost 1 mana less (actually, even better if you have the one that let you use Hero Power twice and Hero Power costs 1 mana), and doubles your health. Then I picked all the Jade cards, and a few killer cards (e.g. Assassinate, Sabotage or Vilespine Slayer) to handle troublesome minions.
Try to mulligan for Jade Shuriken. Play it on turn 2 or 3. After that, keep getting it with your Hero Power and play it. Your army of big Jade Golem will appear in no time!
The final boss Captain Shivers is basically a cheating weapon rogue. He also summons a lot of big minions. Handle them with your killer cards and finish him with your army of Jade Golem.
BONUS: extremely easy fool-proof trick against the Whisperer as Tracker The Whisperer is the boss that gives all spells Echo. On the first turn, do NOT cast any spell. Cross your fingers that he does not cast spell on his first turn. On your second turn, use your Hero Power. Since no spell has been cast, you get a 0 mana A Small Rock spell that deals 1 damage. Thanks to the Whisperer's Hero Power, this spell has Echo! Therefore, you can keep throwing the Rock repeatedly at him until he dies!
5) Against Hagatha You start as the Houndmaster and have three Hero Cards of the other monster hunters in your hand. The order I played the Hero Cards was Cannoneer, then Tracker, then Time-Tinker.
I picked extra mana crystal treasure first. Keep board control as good as you can. When the boss' side have minions you cannot handle, play Cannoneer to kill them. I picked firing cannon reduces mana cost of one card treasure. Keep maintaining board control and at the same time fires cannon as frequent as you can to reduce mana cost of your cards. Again, when boss' side has minions that you cannot handle, kill them by playing the Tracker. Choose the Hero Power can be used twice treasure. Keep stealing good damage cards with Hero Power until you have a handful of those. Then play the Time-Tinker. Choose first spell each turn cast twice treasure. With the damage spells you stolen and those of your own, you will be able to maintain board control easily. Finish her off and win the Monster Hunt!
I think it is really interesting how different people feel the difficulty of the four classes. For me I beat it with Tess two times in a row, then I needed two runs with Darius, then four with Shaw and then eight with toki xD Hagatha was an easy first try again.
I will just copy paste my message from main witchwood topic
Tess - 2 tries, first lost on last capitan with kingsbane, second try milled kingsbane ez win - bonuses double hero power and spells that didn't start in deck cost 1 less.Just discover jade shuriken and spam it every turn.
Darius - 2-3 tries.Picked + 1 damage from cannons and cost reduce.Last boss with infinite weapon was ez as fk behind some 2\6 taurens with taunt
Shaw - 3-4 tries but i got unlucky in some runs.Last boss glinda was tough but 3\1 hounds kept killing her accolytes + i made her mill some of them.Picked + 2 attack for hounds and health pack - its very good
Toki - 6 tries got completly unlucky all the times but in last i picked first spell cast again two times which was ridicouls - triple portals or 5 split damage for 3 was sweet.
Hagatha - 2 tries on first she got lucky and survived with 6 hp.Its quite simple to beat her - play toki asap choose first double spell, play darius choose + 2 hp play tess asap pick double hero power, next turn play call of the wild (got it 2 times out of 2 before turn 9) then just discover it again and get 6 companions each turn.
Tess was the easiest for me, i played her as a trapper, and picked freezing trap a couple of times, alongside with some early game minions for pressure. In terms of treassures i chose to go with enemy minions cost +1 and your hero power costs 1.
The AI is so blatantly stupid that it will inevitably play into the freezing trap over and over again. The last boss was a joke with this strategy, he kept bouncing back and forth his minions, and kept hitting garbage stuff on the board with his Kingsbane, because he couldn’t establish board control.

Indeed. Different people with different play styles would try to solve the Monster Run with different strategies. Some strategies make certain fights easier while others make the fights harder, if possible at all. Therefore, our impression with the difficulties of each runs would be different sometimes.
I am at 17 runs with Toki now and still going. Her card selection sucks and I have yet to get either +3 spell damage or the cast the spell again card as treasures. Either really bad RNG or the game hates me.
Thanks for advise about Tess. I was not able to go past battle 7 on any of my decks - simply didn't got my removal for abomination minion. The one with +1/+1 is also not easy for that class.
Darius was easy when I learned how to properly use his cannon burst with double damage and 2 dmg shot.
Shaw with 3/3 rush was just a pain train for any opponent although Glinda was challenging. Possibility of killing her 6/3 and milling her with just hero power was the key to win for me.
Last but not least - Toki. Managed to do a clear with a first try. Went for spell damage, can't remember the second upgrade I did.
I'll try to go as a Tess again today, hope that it will finally be a win.

Do you mean 17 bosses killed? The two treasures are not that rare. You will eventually get them!
Also, maybe you can tell us which bosses you have problem with and we can discuss the strategies?

Tess took me the longest. Most of my strategies mirrored yours:
- Take the double hero power, take the double health buff - Juggle jades with either Sonya or Shadow Step
Basically, the majority of your deck doesn't matter once you hit that combo. So I usually pick health gain minions or effects.
For the boss, a strategy no one mentioned is to use Kingsbane against him. It's offered in a number of packages. Steal his weapon buffs, then mill him when he plays Fel Reaver.
Ok, after a few runs as Toki without picking Double Time (the treasure that repeat the first spell), I admit that the run is not as easy as I initially thought. Double Time makes a huge difference. I took a completely different strategy with Darius. Just pick all the damage upgrades and the extra cannons if you can and just mash the ever loving shit out of the hero power. Then get support for using it, and you literally win without putting in any effort and it's pretty satisfying to nuke a board with only your hero power.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
Ok it's already June and it's only now that I finished all 4 monster hunts. I found Toki to be the hardest, needing to beat 46 bosses to complete it. I think those 46 fights were scattered over 6 or 7 tries.
The capabilities that I chose were: 1) Minions higher than 5 mana cost 5, and 2) Double starting health.
The double starting health is, for me, the most important one because the future Toki resets the game without resetting your health. This allowed me to stay in the game and have a chance.
I read a lot about choosing the +3 spell damage or the Play first spells 2x treasures but I tried them all and they all failed me. Probably it's my play-style.
On to Hagatha now...
