I was actually really hyped for this format when I thought it would be anti-aggro and quest-centric. But seeing all these non-interactive Crystal Core / Time Warp decks emerging is making me realize I shouldn't have been. Another format full of stalling for OTKs. Thanks a lot Blizzard, I thought you said you weren't going to do this anymore.
i'd rather have mage kill me by turn 10 after having worked for it than pirate warrior ignoring everything i do and going face killing me in turn 2
also freezing your board, is nteracting with your board because he's putting effects into your minions. he's not mindlessly spamming fireballs to your face since turn 1.
This has nothing to do with the expansion. The basis of HS due to not being able to act on your opponents turn means there is very little interaction between players. I take my turn, you take yours. You make more efficient plays then you win.
I understand the salt but the meta is still new. I have taken a priest deck from 15-5 in the past two days and it is based on the ungoro cards. The meta is still shaping, but the prevelance of those decks is annoying.
The bummer about them is that they basically render all of the other quests moot, as they cannot outrace the rogue.
Dirty Rat, Flare, Golakka Crawler, Midrange Hunter, Handlock, Miracle Rogue, Taunt Warrior with rats... more than ever we have the means to punish combo decks. You're gonna need to tech against the meta with some decks where you can sensibly put those cards. With other decks you're just gonna have to accept you're unfavored in those matchups. Midrange Hunter eats both quest rogue and mage for breakfast.

Lesson learned, never pre-order.
Say "Wow" for RNG!

Yeah it,s really anoying. Fast decks are okay imo,but decks u can,t answer with anything is really a problem since the release off un Goro.
3 OTK decks in the same format and all have 55%+ winrates, blizzard sure are full of bs when they said that they don't like OTK decks...
