i played rogue since the beginning of my hearthstone career and i fell in love with the ARRRRRRRRs and the one eyed cheats and all that kind of non competitive stuff so i tried to build a deck which is, lets say, semi competitive? I just wanted to hear some opinions, please share your insights thank you!
Thing is, to play pirate you need piratse so you need card draw but your only relevant draw is Sprint which cost 7 mana and as an agro deck you will have trouble using it properly even with Preparation that will probably be better used earlier to simultaneously play pirates and spell (mainly on turn 3 i think).
So -1 Sprint, +1 Azure Drake. You can't add Coldlight Oracle because of its symetrical effect, you'll most likely give your ennemy the tool to clear your board. Azure Drake is fine though you only draw 1 but at this stage of the game its body is fine and the spell damage can be very useful alongside a Preparation.
I've also been playing pirate rogue decks and I've found, IMO, that putting in every pirate dosent work so well. I've found that having a smaller group of pirates, a boarding party if you will, works out much better. Here is what I play.
