Not only is Miracle dead, Rogue is dead. The deck/class has been one of the least played since the Leeroy nerf yet once again Blizzard makes a nerf after the meta has corrected itself. Undertaker is okay though, right? What a joke. Fuck Blizzard and fuck this game.

I don't really get why they would nerf this card, miracle is not as great as it used to be, we have loatheb, even more "stealthed gadgetzan killers" are coming with gvg release and they still want to obliterate this archetype.
Not to mention Miracle was the only legit combo deck in the game which adds variety into a game full of Undertaker decks. Apparently Blizzard doesn't want that. They want us to play decks with 25 minions and 5 spells and just bash face mindlessly. How sad. The worst part is Miracle was the only viable Rogue deck and it was still underplayed compared to other classes. Rogue is now dead.
Yes, because clearly all of the terrible anti Deathrattle cards which don't actually deal with Undertaker itself are clearly a reason to leave Undertaker unchanged while all of the effective anti Stealthed Gadgetzaan cards weren't enough of a reason not to immediately nerf the card before the expansion was released.
Thank God they printed all of these wonderful archetype alternatives for Rogue like Mech Tribal, no worries at all ...
rogue is dead, and none of the new cards seem to help, all of them suck. (Did you guys see that shitty weapon?). maybe some rogue mech deck may be viable other than that rogue is dead.
I don't see how rogue is dead. I'm sure one or two new successful deck types can be made once this expansion drops. I suppose blizzard's policy is to make the game "fun", while miracle rogue was fun for the person playing it, it wasn't fun for the opponent. But yea I felt like the measures against miracle were in a good place after naxx, the nerf to gadgettan probably wasn't necessary.
Worse is, if the change doesnt stop miracle, they will rise the price again. Like with Buzzard, after unsuccesful nerf they simply killed it in hamfisted way. So I guess we will see Gadgetzan like 2/7 for 8 mana...
More like 7/2 for 8 mana, 2/7 would be to hard to kill -.-
Blizzard should let people get full dust refund from disenchanting Van Cleef, Preps and all those rogue cards which will die along with miracle

Miracle was a mutant creation and likely unintended use/abuse of Gadgetzan. If a rogue can get Gadgetzan out and stealth it, its more than likely game over. Here you are saying that its not fair that they took that away? Give me a break. Miracle is not fun for anyone who its up against and that is exactly why its going straight to hell. No classes win condition should rely on neutral cards to carry it. Sorry for your loss.
I am sure every single one of us loves to play against bring out your dead crap.... I haven't seen any threads titled: "Nerf that auctioneer already" during last month, on the other hand, i see complains about undertaker everyday. So yeah, i am sure blizzard wanted to remove the most unfun deck in the game

And if a Hunter plays turn one Undertaker and you don't have an immediate answer for it you most likely have lost the game. Undertaker is a neutral card so I fail to see your point. Many people don't have fun playing against mindless aggro decks but they dominated the ladder. That argument is poor. In card games the four archetypes are Combo, Control, Aggro and Midrange. With this nerf, Blizzard has all but removed Combo from this game. How is that okay? If Miracle was so strong why was it in the bottom two classes played with the lowest win rate of all classes? Check the stats, they speak for themselves. They nerfed a card that was the engine of the only viable for deck for the entire Rogue class. Miracle's days of dominating ladder were a long time ago. This nerf was completely unnecessary and oddly timed.
Guys relax. Miracle is like the metal. Music tries to kill the metal. But it fails 'cause metal is too strong. (thanks, Tenacious D). We will find a way to get miracle back to the people.
I wish that were true, but nerfing Gadgetzaan is a much bigger deal than nerfing Leeroy - the kill conditon was replaceable with a lot of other kill conditions that weren't necessarily worse, while the speed of the engine is a life or death matter vs Zoo, Hunter etc. in order to be able to win before they killed you.
Miracles might survive in a deck that can afford to stall, I've been experimenting with Sludge Belchers, Novice Engineer and Wild Pyromancers instead of Azure Drakes, Edwin Vancleef, Bloodmage Thalnos and Shivs but it isn't pretty because you can't afford a kill condition. It might be able to survive in a slower shell like Miracle Druid, but Miracle Rogue is most likely dead.
miracle rogue isnt dead. they nerfed auctioneer because of the use it will get in other decks after the release of GvG. all the spare parts are 1 mana, Druid is already using it, mage may or may not see play with it. even shamans use it from time to time. If anything, now almost all of the 9 classes can make their own miracle archetype deck.
I don't think so. Miracle rogue will continue be an archtype as long as auctioneer draws, because it is the only combo deck atm. Whether it's still top tier does remain a question without knowing the new meta.

I'm not sure miracle is actually dead, there must be a way to change it with the 100+ cards coming.
Also, no undertaker nerf is understable for now as they add ways to counter crazy deathrattle starts.

I have to assume this was a preemptive strike before all the spare parts arrive. Still though, my all-gold Miracle deck is now basically useless.
The archetype doesn't work if you can't even start feeding its engine until turn 7.

Eh... While miracle took an arrow to the knee, a rogue pirate deck may emerge as viable, given how many pirate cards are in the new expansion.

I was trying out a rogue pirate deck a few month ago, it was surprisingly decent. This new expansion might make rogue-pirate decks a thing.
