Constructive criticism, please! I love Priest, but this deck offers the chance to pressure with minions on-curve and massive burst potential with Confuse rather than the more reactive Priest style I'm normally used to playing. Thoughts? What would you change?
Confuse and Flying Machine are odd choices. Personally I feel Confuse is a bad card. You would be better off using a spell that kills or steals something. I'm not sure that 7 dragons is enough to make Blackwing Technician and Twilight Guardian consistent. You're better off playing with 2 Ironbeak Owl instead of 1 and a Silence. I don't think Silence is a good card.
The deck seems to need work. Not a bad starting point though.

Confuse is the win condition, brah. I might need to add 1 or 2 more dragons, you're right. Silence isn't great, but it costs 0 mana to remove a taunt, meaning the combo can be pulled off sooner.
wait nvm, i was thinking dark cultist, it doesnt have windfury.... no, flying machine works.
if you can get it high enough, twilight drake is another option as well
I thought about Twilight Drake, but the plan is to play minions on curve, so not likely to get much value out of Twilight Drake, although that will be a great card in a more control-style Priest deck. Still not sure about flying machine.
How many tribal cards are needed to make these cards consistent? I have 8 cards in the above list that rely on having a dragon in hand (4 of the 8 are themselves dragons).
Yes and no. Flying Machine is too obvious and a dead card if you draw it early. an idea, but Gnomeregan Infantry could bring big combo's, is still a dead card in most cases. Shade of Naxxramas would be the best card to use.
To answer your question above, seven cards is enough. I've tried many, many, many dragon decks with 6-8 tribal cards and it hardly ever backfired. Yes, more is better but it works fine. If I can give you an idea, you dont need to adjust, its just an idea. What if owl would be an auchenai and circles be flash heals instead. Flash can help yourself and be able to use a 5 dmg removal.
Thanks for your feedback!
Yes, Flying Machine is a bit of a tell, especially if Confuse becomes 'a thing'. It will stand out when played ("Why would they play a bad mech in dragon priest?!?"). I'm not huge on either Gnomeragan Infantry or Shade of Naxx in this deck for 3 drops. Dark Cultist might be the better replacement (the +3 health Deathrattle synergizes with the win-condition) or Deathlord, but I've never liked his deathrattle in priest, at least not without more removal, especially Lightbomb.
Good to hear that 6-8 tribals work for you. Hopefully 7 does it.
Thanks for the suggestion for Auchenai and Flash Heals. If I find that I need more board clear, I'll make that kind of change. I chose Circles for draw combo with Cleric and/or heal-up all my minions before Confuse to push face dmg. If I keep Circles, I probably should add Injured Blademaster. I do think I'm going to want 2 cards that Silence to be make the combo to face reliable. I'm still considering Mass Dispel...we'll see!
I'm running basically this deck, and I've never had so many concedes by turn 5 while playing Priests. No losses against Hunter yet, they all look smorc'ed.
Tested this deck, only in casual play though. Seems to be ok, however I think that I will switch out Flying Machine for Injured Blademaster for almost same Confused attack value, but better unreversed attack as well as possibility of card draw. I felt anyway Flying Machine is a bit out of place in this deck (and might hint out enemy that Confuse is coming next turn.
That deck looks EXTREMELY fun to play. However, I don't think it's viable for ranked (At least I don't think so, personally).
Priest decks are usually super controlling, so I assume this deck plays along the same lines IE: Slow, steady, and thought provoking.
Possibly with the meta change to controlling this deck might be viable, but if it's rushed, I feel like it wouldn't have enough time to bounce back, but I could be wrong.
Do you have an stats on it yet? (Hearthstone tracker, or something along those lines)
Did run this with Injured Blademasters in ranked. It was better than I though, maybe as meta is still in testing phase. Managed to get some more stars at rank 8. Played maybe 5 times and had 3 wins.
In case you don't have dragons in your hand, you will be in serious trouble with this. So maybe should think about changing some card to dragon. Injured Blademaster works great in this deck. You actually do need only one Confuse, one might test this running only with one + some dragon, have to see.
Thanks for the comments, folks. One Confuse might work, but then there's a greater chance that you don't draw it.
I don't use a deck tracker, but should. I won the vast majority of matches in casual.
I started manually keeping track in ranked, so far not too bad at rank 10. Most people don't see it coming, which helps.
Warrior (Control) 1-0
Palladin (Control) 0-1
Rogue (Oil) 1-0
Priest 0-1
Mage (Tempo) 1-0
Hunter (Face) 1-0
The highlight was a Ysera combo (played the turn previously): Nightmare, Velen’s Chosen, Divine Spirit, Divine Spirit, Confuse = 84/9 Ysera to the face of the Face Hunter.
Current decklist attached. Now more "control", but more consistent, and still lots of burst.

It looks cool we'll just have to wait and see how the meta turns out
Plot Twist
i m fairly certain theres better 3 drops for this deck than a flying machine......
Thanks.
Oops, I meant to say that there is a brief write up if you click the deck link.

You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.
The core of the deck is pretty sweet. Here's what I'd do: Remove the 2x Flying Machine, 2x Confuse, 2x Divine Spirit and the Ironbeak Owl.
That said, instead of those cards try putting: 2x Auchenai Soulpriest, 2x Blackwing Corruptor, Dr. Boom, and 2x Light of the Naaru.
EDIT: Maybe adding Nefarian and Chromaggus instead of 2x Light of the Naaru is kinda better.

Once again, Confuse is the win condition. Auchenai Soulpriest is a possibility, but that would kill our side of the board too.
To reiterate: this is an aggressive combo deck, not a reactive priest deck. Thanks for your feedback, folks! Keep it coming!
Yes, Flying Machine seems like an odd choice, but gives 8 dmg after Confuse, 12 with PW:S, 16 with Divine Spirit or Velen's Chosen.

Yeah, I'm not using flying machine now either.

Druid comboed a turn early, ignoring my board. Fatal mistake.
