i hate fighting against face hunter, which ALL hunters are into now, and it kinda ruins everything eve though you think you have a good control deck, face hunters can still hope for the RNG of card draw, damage, his hero ability to finish you off.
I am trying to use Priest to climb in rank but everytime i come across a hunter, possibility of losing is 70%.
Can anyone advise on how to build a counter to face hunters.
Below is the deck i am using now for my priest ladder, nothing much, mostly copied from a EU/NA legend deck. Besides a few changes to the cards i dont have.
You may also consider replacing x1 Cabal Shadow Priest with one of the previous replacements or for a second Holy Nova.

You can't harass members who play Face Hunter, nor are they compelled to make preemptive apologies or justifications for playing it. They don't hack or crack their opponents' game, they simply play existing cards that form a specific deck. If you suck at countering Face Hunter, you should blame the designers, not the community.
if you run all of these cards, your winrate against face hunter should go up to ~90%, the problem is: your winrate against other decks will prolly suffer :)
Definitely add 2 zombie chow. I use a less combo oriented priest I really don't have a lot of trouble with face hunter. I would also add a 2nd Holy Nova. Shadow word pain is an anti aggro card but you also aren't leaving a minion on your side of the board so you could end up falling behind in tempo.
In my experience, the Kolento Priest with double Shadow Madness double Recombobulator destroys Face Hunter. Pyro combos are also quite effective, given the prevalence of 1 health minions. And Naaru is good for regaining health quickly.
Deathlord is very effective vs. face hunter but will wreck you in many other matchups, including midrange hunter.
OP, it looks like your deck is just a little topheavy. I'd say you need 3-4 more early minions in there—Dark Cultist, Zombie Chow, Gilblin Stalker, take your pick. If you're really struggling with face hunter, you might also consider incorporating Holy Smite and Resurrect (both strong with Pyro vs. hunter) and swapping the Belchers for Sen'jins (Belcher is often just too slow).
At the very least, swap out the Thoughtsteals and replace them with 2-drops/3-drops.
Face hunters expect their minions to demise at the opponent's turn anyways. Shadow Word: Pain is neither a sticky early drop like Zombie Chow nor a decent midgame one like Dark Cultist in which these two have huge value swing of being able to both get rid of a minion and still live to kill another, in addition to the fact that none of face hunter minions has any health points over two. Even Holy Smite is way better than it for mana efficiency. Shadow Word: Pain is meant to hit more considerable targets like Sludge Belcher for example for efficiency- both mana and effect wise.

Honestly, get rid of Thoughtsteal and take some of the suggestions here - you simply cannot pass turns casting it. Yes it can get you some nice card sometimes, but the tempo loss is not worth it 90% of the time, and if you're saving it till late, its a dead card that you cant afford.
So, you are winning face hunters with Freeze Mage and also, every time you play Warlock against a hunter you're able to utilise your Healbot(s), have in hand the Moltens and obviously the protectors as well as a Belcher. Additionally, you also happen to have Jaraxxus as a safeguard on turn 9..Cool story man. If you're that lucky, don't waste your time playing HS, just go and buy a lottery ticket. And obviously Freeze mage as well as warrior is a safe choice against huntards, but I'd rather play hunter than these two utterly boring classes. You're right however, people don't know how to play against such a sophisticated class simply because they don't have always the dream (imaginary) curve that you claim to have.
With a fairly similar decklist, there's two big keys from what I've played...
-Run your opponent out of resources -Keep your HP over 10... hopefully more
There's so many cards in the FH deck that just "get an attack in... die." Leper Gnomes, Abusives, Wolfriders, etc. As a Priest, you can kill them off easily with a minion that survives) which happens fairly often) and keeping your face healed to a reasonable amount. What you're going for is to get the scumbag opponent topdecking as you negate his Hero Power with yours. Simple card advantage.
Your deck is too inconsistent in the current meta. You have Dr. Boom which is, of course, OP, but not so good in Priest and not needed in this deck. Also there is Ysera - one of the most control-ish cards in the game - it is impossible to play Ysera against face hunter. And Piloted Shredder...
Priest is a class that highly combo-oriented. This means you usually try to put cards that have some synergy with other cards in your deck. Big minions can help you win control matchups, not vs aggro.
So, if you looking for way to improve the deck, my suggestion is: remove Ysera, Piloted Shredder, SW:P from the deck and add: Shadow Madness (1 or 2) +1 Holy Fire Deathlord (1 or 2)
But I recommend you just look for already good Priest decks, such as http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/202599-s12-aluados-legend-priest. My personal preference is Kolento Priest - works amazing in current meta and against face hunter, my winrate is about 60-70%.
Oh, yes - for all Priest decks at the mulligan always keep Light of the Naaru - it is your best card against face hunter.
I agree with the advice that you need a few more early creatures. One card that hasn't been suggested as a two drop is Shadowboxer. You should be healing yourself anyway so the constant 1 damage should pick off a fair number of creatures. And if he wastes removal on it, that's at least 3 damage you don't have to take yourself.
I think a lot of the cards you have above the auchenai in that list are very low impact when it comes to dealing with early aggression. I recommend changing the build to include more early cards that are very annoying to deal with as a hunter, like the Dark Cultist and loot hoarder. I also like playing a 2 drop taunter to go with the northshire cleric, like the Annoy-O-Tron or the unstable ghoul. Another thing that I have found to work extremely well against hunters specifically is the good ol' Sunwalker. Only their owl is good against this guy, or the stray Black Knight if they opt to play him.
Now as for what to cut: I think you can't run two thoughtsteals in your build, because you don't have the time for both. The injured blademaster is rather poor against facehunters because you can not play him as is. You need to heal him with the circle, light of naaru or the hero power. That is costly in both cards and/or mana and he's still not a big deal for hunters. I don't like the Loatheb either, because he's at his best when you are playing against decks running board sweepers. The priest is generally not afraid of those. The shadow word: kill has few good targets against hunters. The point of that card is to kill something that your opponent had to spend more mana on, like a water elemental.
Another thing that'll help is Resurrect. If the first thing that gets killed is a Wild Pyromancer, then not only will you get a Pyromancer back, but it triggers it so you get a Whirlwind on a 3/1 body for just 2 mana.
Face Hunter has lots of 1 health garbage. Owl, abusive, leper, wolfrider, etc.

x2 Zombie Chow
x2 Dark Cultist
Are needed.
Ditch Ysera, Shrinkmeister, Shadow Word: Pain, and x1 Thoughtsteal.

i would like to see how you face the hunters with your priest! :D
Priest is probably the best class to counter face hunter. Not sure how you're consistently losing.
If you're not using your hero power every turn past turn 5, you're doing it wrong. Maybe that helps.
your deck is hopeless against face hunter for a few reasons:
you do not have any taunt besides Sludge Belcher and your AOE clear is very draw dependent, because you need to combo for AoE.
you do not have a lot of heals (6 hp out of double Light of the Naaru)
now... there are a few options that do help a lot against face hunter - if you face them a lot, you should tech accordingly:
Zombie Chow for early board control
Explosive Sheep and Unstable Ghoul for early aoe
Unstable Ghoul and Deathlord for strong early taunts.
Antique Healbot for more heals. maybe even earthern ring farseer
if you run all of these cards, your winrate against face hunter should go up to ~90%, the problem is: your winrate against other decks will prolly suffer :)

Run 2x Deathlord and 2x Light of the Naaru. These are the main 2 cards to counter facehunter.
