I play all nine pretty regularly. Have golden paladin, priest, mage, rogue, and warlock, but still play a lot of mage and warlock—those might be my favorite classes, or those two and rogue. Working on golden hunter and druid, screwing around with warrior and shaman some too. Those last two are probably my least favorites, but I'm definitely getting a kick out of evolve shaman and pirate warrior right now.
He's pretty good, but nothing meta-defining. I'd say keep it if you unpack it, but don't craft it unless you have a lot of spare dust.
Seconded. He seems fun, and I'd like to unpack him, but he's not worth crafting. Slightly subpar value on average, very high value occasionally. Not something you can really build around, although I'd happily throw him in my pirate warrior for kicks.
Blizzard insists that the only MMR in arena is the system that tries to match you with an opponent whose record in his/her current arena run is similar to yours.
What you experienced is probably just the effect of a new expansion coming out. Last week, only diehards were playing arena, and competition was stiff. This week, all and sundry who want to mess around with the new cards in arena are queueing up. Basically, you queued into a bunch of scrubs (and demolished them, good work).
Hakkar drew power from beast-themed loas, so I thought I'd make him an Old God of Beasts (even if, in WoW, killing the loa bosses actually made him weaker, not stronger—that's no fun for Hearthstone). By playing the right beasts and killing them off at the right time, you can perform some pretty sick combos with Hakkar, but I don't think he's too wildly OP, especially at 10 mana.
That's a pretty cool combo, but how many 1-health minions and dragons can you fit in a deck together? Twilight Drake has mild anti-synergy with 1-drops, and there are very few 1-health guys more expensive than that.
I think Corrupted Seer is getting almost no love. I think he will have a place outside of Murloc decks.
Most other classes have better AoE removal. Rogue might run him since their AoE removal may as well be non existant. But even they have Dark Iron Skulker. He is just very expensive for what is essentially early game removal. He is one of those cards you might pick up from a discover or are happy to get from a portal or Shifter Zerus but I don't think he is good enough to demand a deck slot anywhere.
Agreed. I think they pushed the cost a little too far. The effect is very similar to Demonwrath—better, since murlocs are more cohesive as a tribe, but probably still worth roughly 3 mana. At 5 mana, Corrupted Seer might see play. At 6, he's often going to be the only play you can make in a given turn, and he's just not strong enough.
I do agree that Hogger is being underrated. I would also add Bog Creeper to the list. Just because he isn't flashy doesn't mean he won't see play, especially when we have extremely weak options on the 7 mana slot now that Boom is going away. Maybe people haven't noticed but Bog Creeper is just slightly inferior to a card that sees a lot of play in Druid : Ancient of War. You lose 2 health, gain 1 attack plus less vulnerability to silence. If other classes could play Ancient of War I am pretty sure many decks would play him.
I agree! Bog Creeper is perfectly statted for a big, basic taunt minion, and might be good enough for constructed. I'm not sure how many non-druid decks would play Ancient of War if they could—part of the appeal in druid is the ability to ramp him out and just smother the opponent's board starting on turn 4 or 5—but I guess we're going to find out. Any class that used to run Sunwalker will probably give this guy a good long look.

BOW DOWN BEFORE THE GOD OF DEATH.
Hallazeal is pretty cool too.

Harrison and TBK aren't key legends, FYI. They're just good tech cards; no deck ever requires them.
Chillmaw is good but just know that you're not gonna get a lot of mileage out of her. Priest, maybe mage, maybe warlock and warrior.

Yogg mage, Yogg rogue, Yogg hunter, Yogg shaman . . . you get the idea.

New legendaries I've actually played or seen in play:
C'Thun, Vek'lor, N'Zoth, Fandral, Hallazeal, Xaril, new Ragnaros, and Shifter Zerus are all viable (to varying extents, obviously) in constructed.
Anomalus, new Deathwing, and Yogg-Saron are not. Yogg is 100 percent hilarious, though, and everybody should craft him.
Y'Shaarj actually might be viable in a very niche role, in ramp decks (he's pretty sick with Astral Communion).
Haven't encountered any of the others on the ladder yet.

Arr matey, try some pirate warrior!

He can get windfury from Young Dragonhawk or Grotesque Dragonhawk; stealth from Stranglethorn Tiger, Jungle Panther, or Sabertooth Panther; charge from Stonetusk Boar et al; and taunt from Silverback Patriarch et al. You could stealth him the same turn you summoned him, after he attacked with charge, if you had a beast with stealth to trade off.
Edit: Fixed emblem.

It could be a lot worse than six Bolfs. You could get just one Bolf, for instance.

I've got like 10,000 dust and I am SORELY TEMPTED to make golden N'Zoth and Hallazeal. So cool. Xaril's not half bad either.

Doomcaller is bizarrely overrated. It's a cool card, but with a very niche use.
