I think the removal of the naxx/gvg powercreep may give Holy Champion a chance to shine. Shifting Shade also looks like a preety good card and while more health is better in priest it can sometimes force awkard trades. Then new 5 drop that restores 5 health seems preety basic but it looks like a decent card. Also if we have a control meta Entomb becomes a million times better than it already is.
I just see two problems:
1. Shifting Shade has not enough attack. All the Shaman mid-game minions have at least 5 health. Shade lets you lose too much tempo. So I think it just isn't good enough unfortunately. But I believe [/card]Holy Champion[/card] gets way better now and even Lightspawn could see some play. 2. Yes, Entomb gets better. But Priest doesn't have any great AoE left anymore, which could cause some matchup problems against strong Aggro/Midrange decks.
What AoE did Priest lose? We still have Auchenai + Circle, gain Embrace + Circle, Holy Nova, Excavated Evil, can make use of Wild Pyro, Gain Shadow Word Horror, could make Gedden work if we really wanted... If anything, I'd say Priest AoE is better against aggro now that many annoyingly sticky early game minions are being rotated out.

Light Bomb. Which is a pretty invaluable card against midrange. That being said I suppose having an AoE clear for ever situation was a little much.
How is Darkshire Alchemist( not a good card? It has pretty good stats, along with a big, targetable heal. It doesn't heal for quite as much as Antique Healbot, but it doesn't have to, since the aggro incentive is a lot lower in this expansion. Gotta say, it looks preeeeeeeeeeeetty good.

It also has a bigger body, and targetable also means potential damage.

Ah, I always forget about Lightbomb... Been trying to run standard decks to get used to the interactions, so I've excluded it recently. So yeah, that's a pretty big hit to the midrange matchup, but I think early board clears against aggro are still strong, possibly even stronger, and that Entomb will become absolutely amazing in a control matchup, especially with a bunch more huge minions coming out.

Entomb is going to be pretty fantastic no doubt. Though I think decks that curve out well and don't swarm will be very tough. While we still have auchenai circle to deal with those sort of boards it's a little less consistent because you do have to combo it. Something that Embrace Shadow will help with, I hope.
Forbidden Shaping, Shifting Shade, Hooded Acolyte, Twilight Darkmender, and Darkshire Alchemist are all quite playable. Not sure why you think they aren't.

I'm here to kick ass and play cards, and I'm all out of ass.

Yeah, It's down right amazing. Healing the minion you just traded with... the 3/6 perhaps? healing your own face. or followup for auchenai soulpriest for a 5 damage kill effect! As you said... it looks preeeeeeeettty good!
Also a chance to get a subpar minion for your mana on a turn where you obviously had no better play sounds fine to me. It's still better than just playing nothing and will likely be Priest's 3 drop that doesn't suck lategame.
Hmm I wonder what it looks like with the new cards. Either way I think people still don't get this card. It's like ahveing ten cards that are playable every turn to fill in your curve. The value is way higher than most people think it is. Ideally you keep it for turn 8 against control. Otherwise you fill in your curve. decks with this card will be more consistent. It's obvious you don't play it turn 1 though.

I don't want shifting shade :( But will play it if it ends up being good enough. I do really like forbidden shaping though. So many dead turns for priest and this fills out the curve nicely.
I guess now that I look at it we are about even. There legendary seems better. I like ours but I just don't see a current place for him :( Maybe I'll try to build some silly deathrattle/N'zoth/Volazj/Resurrect deck...sounds bad already lol.
At least we can all look forward to highlight clips of Brann - Embrace - double D Alchemist, and possibly something using PW: Tentacles although I can't imagine what and kinda don't want to.
Wait, the video you linked speaks pretty well of Forbidden Shaping. It's guaranteed good on 8 mana but has flexibility to be pretty decent on 1, 3 or 4 mana, or a desperate play on other amounts. Having a card with that flexibility in the early game and still being a powerful 8 drop seems like a decent tool for Priests, who can find themselves with extra unspendable mana or no play in a lot of situations. The variance can be an issue, but also a huge swing in your favor. I wouldn't call it an auto include or meta defining or anything crazy like that by any means, but a viable option in priest decks, which is a far cry from awful.

The stats below show that even though you can technically play it whenever, most of the time it'll die for free and do nothing.
Shifting Shade is a lot like Azure Drake and its on the 4 mana slot that is pretty good for priests. The card is a bit weak vs aggro but very strong vs slower matchups. 6.5/10 gets better the slower the meta gets.
Herald Volazj seems a bit clunky but its not that bad. 5/10 gets better the slower the meta gets
Shadow Word: Horror is too situational but if the meta ever becomes too fast you got a pretty good answer. too situational to rate.
Embrace the Shadow i think you severely underestimate the card. With the meta slowing down priest gets a nice combo option. 2/10 fast meta 8-9/10 slow meta
Twilight Darkmender is a pretty good C'Thun for the greedy style the deck needs, only downside is that it doesnt buff C'Thun and Hooded Acolyte isnt too bad either, the stats alone help priest, control the board. 7.5/10 6.5/10
Forbidden Shaping is too random and thats rarely good but then again its flexible and thats almost always good. The best turns you might want to play this for the +% to get something good might not be your best action for your move if you need to answer the board or whatever. it can be quite a fun card though. 5/10
Darkshire Alchemist would have been great if it was released the previous expansions but its a nice card if the meta ever get too fast. 4/10. but in a fast meta its 7/10
This is my opinion on the priest cards based mostly on the fast tempo meta we have had until now + OP cards that are rotating and other nerfs. With things changing and becoming slower, priest cards will start to shine, old and new ones. If meta stays the same ...yes, priest cards arent great.
C'Thun cards in priest might make you feel a bit bad since they r for a specific deck and most priest cards r situational either way so it can feel quite chaotic and without a purpose or an idea behind the design of the cards and how to fit them all together
Hope i helped, giving you a more positive view of the cards.

I agree with almost every card except Darkshire Alchemist. It goes well into the same deck that Embrace the Shadow does. Spot removal or spot heal and a respectable body attached. It also leaves you to play your flash heals for damage instead of spot healing when you do face up with a nasty aggro deck.

OP: My opinion is overly harsh, but i'm right and I don't care what you say.
The internet my friends, the internet.
Also, probably not the best place to be if you think you are 100% right and can't change, especially when you are arguably wrong. Forums that is.
