People in this thread literally making changes to firebat s 12 win deck.
you realize how narrow thinking this is? firebat's list was designed for a specific meta, and yes is 12 wins, but across a sample size of 12 games. jade druid isn't "solved" so there isn't one magic list that is the be-all end-all. posts like this don't really contribute to anything.
please, again, if you're going to post, please be constructive. I'm really trying to improve.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Run raven idol 2 raven idols good synergy with fandral and auctioneer. Also add thaurassian. With auctioneer can be life saver especially if you get innervate which let you use swipe
your first list was mostly good, don't add brann, he is really gimmicky in Druid and very hit or miss, and don't cut the innervates, cut 1x spirit because it's really slow and add gadgetzan, i know it sounds slower but it isn't in the long run

what would you cut from my list?

It was designed for an aggro meta, which was roughly 50% of what he faced; in other words he beat a variety of decks. It's also well-rounded all over and you don't need things like Brann when you've got idols that can go infinte. I wouldn't make any changes to the deck unless you're exclusively facing Reno decks (lol)

Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.
If you get in your opening mull, Innervate + Jade Blossom, KEEP it and pop it turn 1. Even if you hold the bloody idol. You'll immediately go into turn 2 with 3 mana. Now, let's say we draw the other blossom, play it. BOOM! 5 mana by turn 3. Nourish? Fuck yeah, drop that and draw 3. From there, play. If you can Fandral + Jade Idol, you're golden come late game because all of the Jade Tokens. Keep track of your Idol plays. I promise you'll thank yourself for running Auctioneer in the late game. He is such a blessing for digging for resources
vs aggro
DO NOT lose your cool. Wrath and Swipe are your friends as well as Acidic Swamp Ooze. Druid of the Claw, Jade Behemoth, and Ancient of War for supplemental taunt. You NEED to get rid of Frothling Berserker and you NEED to get rid of Southsea Captain in the PW match up, those 2 are nasty af and you DON'T want them on board. Feral Rage up to have an ass ton of health. Any more questions, please ask. I will guide you.
-2 Druid of the Claw (too slow and not good enough to stop aggro)
-1 Bloodmage (spell power effect is negligible and draw doesn't help)
-1 Wild Growth (maybe controversial but I just don't think you need the ramp)
+2 Living Roots (really good removal)
+1 Brann (draws massive hate from other players and if he lives generally gets good value)
+1 Gadgetzan Auctioneer (also draws a lot of hate, can cycle crazy good with innervate, jade idol etc)
Mulligan: Always keep Innervate, then go for Jade Blossom/Wild Growth against control, living roots and wrath against aggro. It's generally a fairly easy deck to play and definitely does well in the current meta. Struggles against large opposing boards ie. shaman :)
-2 druid of claw it's slow unlikely to combo with fandral.-1mulch often can get from raven idol. Ravens great early game especially in pulling extra idols.
The thing with mulch is doesn't help early game. Raven idol has more synergy with fandral and auctioneer. Midgame you can already slow it down with taunts, swipe, wrath until you build up your army. Mulch great with other decks. raven better in jade deck because of good chance to get more jade cards
2x Innervate 2x Jade Idol 2x Living Roots 2x Wild Growth 2x Wrath 2x jade Blossom 1x Bloodmage Thalnos 2x Feral Rage 1x Mulch 1x Fandral Staghelm 2x Swipe 2x Nourish 2x Jade Spirit 1x Aya Blackpaw 1x Gadgetzan Auctioneer 2x Jade behemoth 2x Druid of the Claw 1x Ancient of War
Allright, so I haven't played Jade Druid over 5 times in total. However, if I were to make a list right now, above is what it would likely look like. I just made this deck without looking at a collection, so it's possible it misses something.
From the Salt Thread, I happen to know you're keen on decks having an interesting tweak to it. In the case you want that, I would go with the list above but:
Here's a few tips: 1. You should almost always be trading (unless you have lethal ofc), there's no decks that can compete with Jade Druid in terms of late game. (other than in the mirror ofc)
2. Against Control you just need to keep the board - then you'll never lose. (unless you get burned out, but that shouldn't happen if you run Feral Rage)
3. Against aggressive decks it's important to out-last them, you need to try and make their board have minimal damage output until you can start dropping big taunt minions like Ancient of Lore.
4. Make sure you're running a good list, I've seen some people running double Auctioneer (which is dumb, you only need 1), some people running Raven Idol (far to greedy, you're never going to lose the value game as long as you draw a few cards), there's even some people that cut Innervate (which is the most broken card in the entire game) or Living Roots (which is what wins you aggressive match-ups a lot of the time) Also you don't actually need Brann in Jade Druid (a lot of people don't run it), as your battlecry jade cards are too expensive to combo with it before very late in the game. (unlike in Shaman where they can play it with Jade Claws)
(back when I used it my list looked like this: 2x Innervate, 2x Jade Idol, 2x Living Roots, 2x Wild Growth, 2x Wrath, 2x jade Blossom, 1x Bloodmage Thalnos, 2x Feral Rage, 1x Mulch, 1x Fandral Staghelm, 2x Swipe, 2x Nourish, 2x Jade Spirit, 1x Azure Drake, 1x Aya Blackpaw, 1x Gadgetzan Auctioneer, 2x Jade behemoth, 2x Ancient of War)

Was writing a reply, but this is on point.
Bottom line:
Always 2 innervates, no greed cards, play taunts in your deck and feral rages/removals to survive aggro decks.
No greed cards means : no value oriented cards, as i underline again, you have INFINITE value, no lategame gimmicks like thaurissan, rag, maly, or as someone amusingly suggested, nzoth, as your jades do that job.
currently running:
2x Innervate
2x jade Idol
1x Acidic
1x Thalnos
2x Wild Growth
2x Wrath
2x Feral Rage
2x Jade Blossom
1x Mulch
1x Fandral
1x Jade Spirit
2x Swipe
1x Azure Drake
2x Druid of the Claw
2x Nourish
1x Aya
1x Auctioneer
2x Jade Behemoth
2x Ancient of War
Might cut a Jade Spirit for Living Roots.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Also, I just don't understand the logic behind cutting one of the best taunts in the game instead of a bad 4 drop (when the deck already runs enough Jade minions).
What purpose does Yogg serve? In Jade Druid's bad matchups - mainly aggro - if you can make it to turn 10, chances are you've already won. In Jade Druid's good matchups where you could actually play it, the end game should be a fairly straightforward path to victory.

Well yes, Acidic does counter Pirate warrior. But against any other class (I'm not seeing thousands of PW currently), Acidic Swamp Ooze is just a vanilla minion. Living Roots helps your early game against Pirate Warrior, but does so as well against other classes.
Ancient of War is indeed a strong Taunt. A small problem: this guy costs 7 mana, many of the games against PW this will be lost before you turn 7. Again, living roots will provide you some early game, in the form of direct damage or 2 1/1 minions.
Jade Spirit can be cut since you don't run Brann Bronzebeard, but I suggest against doing so because he's one of the few "early" minions Jade Druid has. I'm afraid your Jades will ramp too slowly without Jade Spirits too.
You're using 2x Druid of the Claw and 2x Ancient of War. So you only have 1 flex spot. You picked Mulch...and I'm not sure why.
Druid/Ancient builds are anti-aggro. Mulch is an anti-control card. I'm not saying that you replace it with a low value anti-aggro card like Living Roots...but there's a reason Firebat played Emperor.
You beat Aggro by ramping mana and dropping taunts. Emperor is another mana ramp that also happens to be a 5/5 body with pseudo-taunt.
Regardless, you're probably not beating Rogue, especially Miracle. The more popular that deck becomes, the less ladder-viable Jade Druid is.
I also think that you are probably not favored against Dragon Priest with this build. 2 of your best drops are easily countered by Shadow Words, and the tempo loss is real. And without Gadgetzan/Raven Idol, you will struggle to beat Dragon Priest in an extended game as well.
So, i think a lot of it comes down to a meta call. Right now might not be the greatest moment to run Jade Druid...especially because of Miracle. Also, this seems obvious, but make sure you are prioritizing your ramp correctly.

Mulch is fine, it's a free mid to late game removal for your opponents stuff. Keep it. You don't need to rely on RNG to give you removal. Pack it.

-1 Jade Spirit (Possibly)
+1 Cairne Bloodhoof (Possibly)

Acidic is a tech choice for Pirate Warrior.
