So what i didnt understand is when u complete the quest do all of your minions become 0 mana or the ones in your deck only ? so lets say i finished the quest and i have malygos in my hand and malygos still be 9 mana since its in my hand and not in my deck at that moment ? If thats the case quest is just bad for a aviana style combo druid. 

Yes , only minions in your deck will cost 0 and that's why this quest is weak, because you can't build a combo deck around it because you can't control which card you will draw. And outside of combo , this quest is soooooooooooooooo slow

I'm sure someone will attempt this with cheap 5 attack minions like King Mukla, Elder Longneck, Magma Rager, and Ice Rager. That's three sets of minions and a Legendary that cost 3 mana and have 5 attack. I do wonder though if Celestial Dreamer (Battlecry) and Druid of the Flame (Choose One Transform Effect) would count, though they might not because they aren't 5 attack in your hand but after they are on the board.

The reduction cost effect is only for minions that are in your deck ... 
I'd play Barnabus and then right after I'd go for Hemet, Jungle Hunter ...!
