UPDATE: A lot of different people are asking about subs, taking the deck in a different direction, etc. From what I've noticed, there is a lot of power and flexibility in the token engine; I've even been able to keep up with Control Warriors and other lategame decks with the current aggressive variant. Here's what I consider the token "shell", and you can use this to build your own variants. Card explanations on that deck page.

UPDATE: Some people asked me about a budget version. Below is a version where I cut all the non-adventure epics and legendaries except Quartermaster. Quartermaster is very important in this deck; if you don't have 2 Quartermasters, I would recommend playing something else.

UPDATE: TGT IS LIVE NOW! Feel free to let me know if you test this deck, all feedback is welcome.
First impression: actually better than I thought, Murloc Knight is super good so I'm putting him in, Maiden of the Lake is actually great in conjunction with Quartermaster and Inspire cards and very difficult to remove. Changing list accordingly.
With all the heropower-centric cards being released, you can easily fill up the board card-efficiently using Paladin's hero power, then buff your minions to push damage. Your opponent will have to use boardwipes on recruits in order to prevent a huge Quartermaster turn, but you'll just bring them back.
Then, there are several large threats that synergize with all the token generation. If you have a good board of tokens, dropping a Sea Giant or Frostwolf Warlord can make your opponent choose between single-target removal or AoE. Either way, you win.
If you have any thoughts, feel free to post them in this thread
I realize this is a pretty expensive deck, so subs for f2p-ers/people without a huge collection:
-Bolvar and Justicar -> 2x Stormwind Champion
-Sea Giant -> Volcanic Drake
-Garrison Commander -> Haunted Creeper
-No subs for Dr. Boom or Quartermaster
Mulligan
Played enough games with this yesterday to have a rough idea of how to mulligan. Sorry for the weird format, but this is roughly how I think about it. Subject to change if the meta does.
Equality - Only keep vs Druid in case he innervates out something big, and even then ditch it if you don't already have a good curve.
Shielded Minibot - Best 2-drop in the game, always keep.
Coghammer - keep if you already have a good turn 2 play, otherwise toss it.
Muster for Battle - always keep
Warhorse Trainer - keep if you have no good turn 2 play so you can hero power and trade the token up. Even if you lose the token it's a solid 2/4
Consecration - Always Keep vs Warlock and Hunter. Keep vs Shaman and Mage if you already have a strong starting hand.
Garrison Commander - keep if it's your only 2-drop, don't worry too much about comboing him.
Knife Juggler - Always keep, unless you're holding 2 Shielded Minibots or something
Silver Hand Regent - keep if you curve into it
All other cards - never keep
Check out my other decks!
10/10
I hero power 6 or 7 times at the most, which means Frost Giant would be a dead card until late in the game. I'm routinely able to play Sea Giant for 2 or 3 mana early on, so I think it's a better choice.
the curve doesn't really support a consistent joust, so unless you're up against face hunter its doubtful you'd get the heal.
"Well, butter my biscuit!"
Spawn more Overlords.
We require more Vespune Gas
It looks like a fun deck to play, but I think there are 2 problems with the deck.
Don't get me wrong I really like this deck and I will certainly try this deck. This is just my opinoin/feedback on your deck.
I've found that running 1 argent squire and 1 haunted creeper works really well. The squire does exactly what you mention: distract the enemy so you can get silver hands to stick.
After this update personally I would switch one Dire Wolf Alpha for Defender of Argus because right 2 mana slot is overfludded and Warhorse Trainer has the same purpose as the doge, but a little better.
I think maybe this can work, but it's like a one shot deck. There aren't many draws in the deck so you would need some serious luck to not get board cleared a bunch by say a hell fire or flame strike. You should probably drop a sea giant for a lay on hands and that way you can actually draw into your combo pieces. You could also drop defender of argus and put in a bolvar because a 2/2 taunt wont do much and then drop a dire wolf for a cog hammer so that way bolvar doesnt get completley shit on. It makes more sense to put in minions that will last longer so that way your board doesnt get clogged wth a bunch of 1/1's and you can't drop a combo card like dire or quartermaster. Still a really good base deck though.
i Don't think this will work at all. No tirion.
Now seriously, the only way you can win is by using quartermaster
all the other cards just boost your hero power but get almost no benefit from it
If you don't get sea giant you are lost, The deck is slow paced and even though your only strong cards are dr boom and sea giants,
I don't see the point in making a deck like this without having seen all the cards.
really fun speculation is all... this deck won't work really.
I like the shape this deck is going, can I suggest maybe some early/midgame taunt? anyway I really like the token synergy in this
26 upvote for a deck not playable at the moment ... ?
This deck has gotten me to top 100 legend!! Thanks bro!! The garrison commnder is super strong in the meta! It kills all opponent on sight they dont even stand a chance!!!!
Ya, this is why i down voted it, that and this deck will never compete seriously. There is not enough board presence early on to keep your recruits on the board, making the rest of this deck worthless.
I cannot imagine, that this will actually work on high ranks, despite that, why dont you include the best Legendary himself? Tirion Fordring. I dont want to bitch around, im curios of every new Idea but this seems a little of unfinished thoughts.
Edit: Ofc i didnt downvote, i only downvote non innovative shit.
My first version did include Tirion, and to be honest he will probably go back in because he's so incredibly good. The reason I took him out was that he would have been the most expensive minion in the deck and didn't have synergy with the deck. But I guess he's good enough to not really need synergy.
Although since Bolvar is in this deck, Tirion might even be better since hopefully Bolvar will eat a silence.
Thanks for the feedback though; I think a lot of the card choices are going to come down to how good the token generation engine ends up being. If it's good I'll focus much more heavily on synergy, otherwise this might end up being a more traditional paladin deck with a focus on tokens.
Man how do you even can put your faith in the light without Tirion Fordring?
+1 nice deck idea although it is kind of weak to silence and personally I would switch Raid Leader for Dire Wolf Alpha.
