This is an easy deck to beat Drakkisath with, relying on the poor AI of the boss. When you have Kel'Thuzad and a Taunt minion out, Drakkisath will NOT attack the taunt minion for any reason. Drakkisath will still use Kidnappers and Flamestrikes on Taunt minions, so be sure to get more than 1 Taunt minion out quickly! Keeping Kel alive is the priority, as well as defeating Drakkisath before he uses Twisting Nether.
However, Drakkisath has a few ways to kill Kel'Thuzad, so the goal of this deck is to get Kel'Thuzad out and keep Kel stealthed to protect him. Use your other minions to hit face and win while Drakkisath does nothing.
Beware, this deck is very dependent on Drakkisath's first turn. Ideally you will play Kel on the first turn, but if Drakkisath immediately destroys him, it's game over. Simply restart and try again. Once you get Kel stealthed with Master of Disguise, Drakkisath cannot use his "destroy a minion - gain 10 armor" spell on Kel. You have to still be wary of double Flamestrike and Twisting Nether.
To limit the risk of Flamestrike, swapping in a couple Earthen Ring Farseers might be a good idea to heal Kel after a single Flamestrike. There is no way to avoid Twisting Nether with this deck. You just have to get lucky and hope Drakkisath doesn't draw it. One thing I've noticed and a couple other people have mentioned - if Drakkisath has a board full of his own minions, he won't use Twisting Nether (or use it much less often).
Be careful when using Conceal. Use if BEFORE attacking with your Taunt minions so they lose Stealth on Drakkisath's turn.
Also, you can replace many of the cards in this deck. Sylvanas gives an insane amount of value, but once you get a stealthed Kel + Taunt, you don't *need* anything else to win. So use your good legends if you have them, but Kel and the stealth cards are the only essentials in this deck. Alexstrasza is very useful if you have her.

Changelog:
Swapped Loatheb for a Core Hound after being notified that Loatheb's Battlecry has no effect. Drakkisath's hero power overrides it. All cards cost 1, and not a thing can change that.
I don't have luck in hearthstone -_-
I cannot get this deck to work. Two scenarios have happened 100% of the time. He either kills KT or the taunt with that kill spell or if I play a 3rd minion he uses Twisting Nether.
Took me what seemed like 100 mulligans before he finally decided not to kill my KT. Regardless of what deck you use this fight is all about luck. Oh - and KT.
twisting nether, kidnapper. awful luck-based deck.
All of the decks for this boss will more or less be luck based. A bad twisting nether or kidnapper can swing tempo in his favor immediately. I won with this deck on my 8th try. Turn 1 Sylvanas, he played a Lord of the Arena then killed my Sylvanas with his 10 damage 10 armor spell giving me the taunt I needed. Next turn I top decked Kel'Thuzad and it snowballed for him there.
Don't Forget the Flamestrike.
The AI on this fight is laughably bad. I've seen him Sprint into over drawing, Twisting Nether an empty board, and use that "destroy a minion, game ten armor" card on his own Kidnapper. Blizzard is asleep at the wheel during play testing.
i havent seen the twisting nether on an empty board but I did witness the kidnapping destruction lmao i was mucho confused when he sniped his own 5-3.
he always double flamestikes kt -__-
heeeh finally got it :D
This deck worked for me after a number of tires. Oddly enough I won by stealing his "Kel'thuzad" (he took it from my deck) with windrunnner and was able to stealth KT for t he win.
He has Twisting Nether every. damn. time.
Yeah, that is another one of Drakkisath's super annoying cards.
Something I've noticed: If he fills up his side of the board with minions, he won't play Twisting Nether. (In my experience, anyway. Maybe he just never drew it in my games.)
He just doesn't care against me. He'll play a minion and THEN Twisting Nether. I've even had him kill his own minion to gain 10 armor when he could have killed mine.
Edit: And yet I still haven't won.
Finally got it x.x Lucky conceal, taunt bug, and no twisting nether.
Wow thats crap i hate this fight play loatheb and he still plays a spell that kills my KT and my KT dies 100% when its played.
Thanks for letting me know about that. I suppose Loatheb doesn't work just like Emperor Thaurissan, innervate, etc. don't work to change the cost of cards. Replace Loatheb in this deck with any big minion or Taunt minion.
Worked on my second try. I was luck that KT and Lord of the Arena were in my starting hand.
Yeah, I won in a similar fashion with a paladin deck with KT in it + Tirion as my taunt. This is a lot smarter cause the stealth helps protect KT.
