- Lok'thar Ogar my friends! -
- This is by far one of my all-time favourite decks! -
- At first, it was a quite competitive standard version of a big-hunter with spellstones and secrets plus a few other spells and weapons as control, flanked well by carefully selected big standard beasts, but that edition may perhaps be uploaded another time.. Just ask if you want to know more... -
- As for the deck I here present to you, the best way to describe it is: Beasts, Beasts, Beasts and more Beasts, since I realized I needed to make more use of my dusty old legendary beasts, so this had to be wild for maximum beastiality -
- Use Prince Keleseth as soon as possible and maybe use your Zola the Gorgon on it for double boost and buff your beasts, adding 3 delicious copies in your deck, with Dire Frenzy -
- Create minions with Deathstalker Rexxar and save as many as you can in your hand for the use of Emeriss which can be used up to 3 times by discovering a copy of a minion in your deck with Stitched Tracker and furthermore, I also added Master's Call x1 which works great, but use x2 if you want to -
- Cube your favourites with Carnivorous Cube as usual and trigger their deathrattles with Play Dead or use them on your other deathrattle-minions like Sylvanas Windrunner, Kathrena Winterwisp or Da Undatakah to name a few -
- I find it very satisfying to play once you get rolling, so should be great fun, even if you haven't got all the shinies -
- (Not every legendary is need-to-have in this deck, so switch them with whatever big and juicy beasts you find fit in your collection) -
- Please leave a comment if you find this big-hunter interesting -
- Enjoy! -
- :o)
- So...
- I've been working on an largely improved version of this deck-idea for some time now and my current deck is quite different from this, containing new cards like Oondasta and Da Undatakah leaning more towards a deathrattle approach with lower cost minions, but still loads of big juicy beasts -
- I intend to upload it anytime soon -
- Until then...
- Keep having fun! -
- :o)
why there isn't oondasta? can be to help
- Oondasta would definitely help a lot in this deck if you have it -
- Especially combined with a couple of Dire Frenzy -
EDIT: Just crafted him a he is so awesome in this deck!
- :o)
It's ridiculous how many legendaries there are in this deck. What's even more ridiculous is I have every one of them aside from Knuckles! As fun as it sounds, how would you avoid getting run over by Even Shaman or other aggro decks? Other big decks (priest, warrior, rogue) are able to cheat out minions earlier or have good control tools. Without those, I can't imagine you'll survive long. Maybe drop some minions and go for control tools...
- Thanks dude -
- I dig what you're saying.. This have also created been through my lately desire to dust off my big beastly shinies and use them in some way reasonable since my beastlike huntard have been an old favourite friend from day 1 of my Hearthstone journey (which btw began around the start of the Whispers of the Old Goods expansion) -
- You could yank half of the big ones out of this deck and aim for secrets+spellstones and weapon+mark if you need more control -
- It's been great fun developing it through the times which have been mostly friendly play and I have seen potential, but I must admit that you need a bit of luck and good belief in your end-game abilities and if you play it right, it will reward you -
- :o)
to expensive to play and also not solid... your dead before you can say AHH
- But great fun if you get it right! -
- :o)
Stitting ducks if u dont find shaw?????? Get obliterated by agro.....
- Pray for early Prince Keleseth, Stitched Tracker and King Mukla, hope for turn 5 cards, then you're good to go -
- Houndmaster Shaw is just an added bonus -
- Carnivorous Cube the hell out of your even remotely big minions as soon you can and then Play Dead, but optimum choice is to cube Kathrena Winterwisp -
- :o)
why is maexxna legendary? its not good imo
Maexxna comes from a time when the poisonous keyword wasn't a thing. Back then, her effect was pretty unique.
- Because it's a big beast with a large healthpool -
- Tbh I just picked out all of my legendary beasts and legendaries concerning beasts and then shoved them into this abomination of a hunter-deck -
- Fun to play against most classes though -
- :o)
This deck looks like fun but its awful in play... unless you're playing against a control deck you're F'd… there's no board clear and/or life gain so you're a sitting duck until about turn 6
- I've mostly been jammin' this together and adjusted it through friendly matches and ended up having each and every I had concercing beastly power -
- But when it works, it works wonders and Carnivorous Cube, Kathrena Winterwisp and Play Dead are key to use for gaining finisher board control -
- It is great fun if you get it to work though -
- :o)
Any replacement for Witchwood Grizzly ?
- And obvious choice would be Vilebrood Skitterer -
- :o)
Hey Bro :D
It's one of your very coolest Big Minion Deck I've played against, and even though there are 15 Legenday cards in it, it hangs super well together and gives a great whole. :D
->Keep up the Good Work and Cool Deck Uploads
- Thank you! -
