The following guide is outdated, but I updated the list, changed the way the deck works, included some new cards,, and will revamp the guide upon release. Stay tuned, and hope you like the updated list. Let me know if you have any more ideas.

Are you tired of losing to combo decks? Do you wish there was a way you could prevent OTK combos from every happening? Then boy, do I have a deck for you.
This deck has so much combo disruption and will eventually kill the opponent with Kingsbane or Hakkar, the Soulflayer. Of course, this deck is fairly weak to aggro due to lack of removal, so don't play it in an aggro meta.
King Mukla and Griftah are good at filling the opponent's hand to potentially mill a card and delay, but the true star is Mojomaster Zihi. not only can you delay the combo 4 turns, but you can delay it infinitely. by Shadowstepping Zihi and shuffling more Zihis into your deck with Lab Recruiter and then shuffling lab recruiter with Valeera the Hollow Hero power to shuffle more Zihis into your deck. If you are up against a midrange or control deck, then you can shuffle Captain Greenskin instead.
In order to prevent the opponent from ever reaching 10 mana (or running out of cards if you are against Mecha'thun), you will need to play Valeera with 8 mana or trigger Hakkar with Necrium Blade at 9 mana. This means you will need coins, So WANTED! can do that for you.
Don't like Malygos or burn decks that can hit you in the face for a lot before 10 mana? That's what Leeching Poison, Evasion, and Skulking Geist are for.
Still worried about Twig of the World Tree? Draw a weapon removal pirate with Raiding Party and destroy it at 1 durability.
Spirit of the Shark does all kinds of fun things in this deck, just look at all the Combo and Battlecry cards and you will see.
If combo decks ever become an issue for you, try out this deck and have fun destroying their hopes and dreams.
Oh, hey Pizza! Could you give me your opinion on my take on Zihi? https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1201825-rastakhan-mojomaster-tempo-rogue
I'm not sure how well Zihi fits into a tempo deck. The only reason to play zihi is if you are afraid of running into really big stuff that costs 8-10 mana, but when you are playing tempo rogue, you usually just want to win by turn 8 or 9 anyway. If you can't finish the game by turn 10, you will have a very low chance of winning, It can be a nice tempo boost if you do get to 10 mana because essentially you get a 5/5 for 2 mana since you delete 4 mana crystals from your opponent, but I'm not sure that's really strong enough to come back from a game that made it to 10 mana, especially since the remainder of the game, your opponent will have tempo advantage due to the "going first" advantage that happens with the Zihi mechanic. I think Sap,another Spellbreaker, Vilespine, or even Nerubian Unraveler are just a better tools to deal with stuff at high mana costs if that's what you use Zihi for.
If I turn out to be wrong and it is good in tempo decks, then I still have a few suggestions... I think having 4 taunts is a little bit slow for tempo rogue, so I would cut at least 2 Tar Creepers for a more aggressive 3 drop like Hench-clan thug or Vicious Fledgling, and maybe even drop 1 chain gang. I also think you generally don't need backstab or glacial shard in tempo and could be better off playing stuff which can stick to the board like dire moles which can trade or be a coldblood target and could also stick around to be on board for Fungalmancer or Scalebane. More potentially good cards to consider from the new expansion are Serrated Tooth to help win in the aggro match ups, Former Champ which just has good statline for 5 mana and synergy with shadowstep, Dragonmaw Scorcher as an anti-token tech. Dark Iron Skulker sees play in Wild Tempo rogue and that card would have a similar function, especially if you run into a lot of token decks. A 5 mana 4/7 is also just good lol.
Ok, thanks <3
I'd maybe cut WANTED!x2 for Sapx1 and Vanishx1, I don't know, I feel like WANTED! under performs in this kind of deck compared to Sap and Vanish. Additionally they can be great disrupting tools too !
Wanted isn't a great tool here, I agree, but you have to risk letting them get to 10 mana otherwise. If you are okay taking that risk, those are fine replacements. It will probably be okay if you can play valeera or Hakkar early in the game. The other disruption tools might be enough that you don't need wanted, for sure, so yes, those cards could work. I would maybe keep one Wanted so you can at least use the coin to play either valeera or hakkar. One coin might be enough though, I think, so I did substitute one for a vanish. Thanks for the suggestion!
Well if it wins you the game against combo, it's a pretty great meme lol. As the person in the next comment said, you could even run a vanish or sap to make it better against midrange or minion based decks.
