Reprint Shatter with freeze effect.

they literally just reprinted shatter but allow it to freeze enemies JUST incase you get 2 of these in hand. Because damn when you get two shatters in your hand and no way to activate it? feels bad.

Freeze a minion. If it's already Frozen, Shatter it.

Cast Freezing Potion on a minion. If it's already frozen, Shatter it.

If only Frost Lich Jaina knew how to get cheap and easy freeze effects.

Shatter saw no play, Freezing Potion saw no play. I don't think this will see any play either. Unless you give it to Shaman, so I can have more Freeze Synergy.

freeze pots show no play as it only counters mill kingsbane rogue . and most plays nowadays are palads and warlocks. 

Believe me comrade, I know this. Doesn't stop me from playing it for the sick meme-cred, and because it's a fun deck to play.

And the more I think about it, the more I seriously think this would have worked much better for Shaman. Maybe. I dunno. With Ice Lance in Hall of Fame, I think Freeze Mage kinda died.
