This is nice.  Two 1/1s for 1 has been playable forever in the game, and getting a few minions for cheap later is ok I guess.

Any reason to play at Rank 3?

Alleycat is always good. This adds some reliable, cheap token generation to token-style demon hunter decks. Ranking this up just seems like gravy to me, or to keep the card consistent through out the game because this card is at it's best as a turn 1: summon two 1/1s.

if aggro DH can come back, the rank 1 is as good as Alleycat

Number of tokens. 2 at Rank 1, 3 at Rank 2, and 4 at Rank 3.
