It's unfortunate that she doesn't synergize with Tess, but I think this will still be a fun card, nevertheless.
And the fact that it only transforms minions, means that you can still run other rogue cards like card draw (and the new Contraband Stash) which won't leave you without card advantage after you play all your cheap minions.
I've been trying this with spells like contraband stash. I can't tell if it replaces cards with the same cost(-2) but it seems that way because I summon a row of low hp minions every time. This build is pretty strong it just can't outlast other builds right now. I need to optimize it a little more to make sure that's true.
I wish this was just "Replace your deck" rather than "hand and deck". If it replaces all cards with Burgle synergy like Tess Greymane then you lose that synergy completely unless you've already completed the Quest or have a Spectral Cutlass equipped. If it was just your deck it replaced then you could retain some Burgle Synergy cards at least.
But I admit it's a minor gripe. It still could be fun in a Renounce Darkness way!
Can't wait to throw this down and randomly get a hero card from the other class to beat the opponent with.

(P:S, so glad we might be seeing burgle rogue again, always loved stealing cards.)
I don't think hero cards are classified as minion's. I could be wrong though

I always wanted a card that turns my hand and deck into a holiday fruitcake...
