Opponent: Deal 6 damage to all minions. Summon 3 friendly minions that died this game.
Re-re-reversal!
It could be broken. Gaining copy of a spell is a thing and you're getting it as 0 mana. Really good.
That means we must hold coin against mages.
that moment when you get a 0 cost Crystal Core from your opponent ;)
I dunno if Permanents like Nether Portal are considered Spells though. Might be a case of it acting like a Minion that can't be interacted with (mind you, that makes it hilarious to turn it into a sheep).
They're really pushing the Secret deck though, ain't they?
Ohh This card is interesting! If your opponent is starting with the coin, You are able to steal his Legendary Spell/Quest with Kabal Lackey + this card in turn 1. Looking forward trying that out! Playing their Quest though, gonna be a problem xD
That would be horrible in most cases. Counterspell much better. In 99% of the time you'd basically basically get an impossible to fulfill quest. I want to try and see you discard 6 cards as mage.
So far we've only seen 5 of them - and the Priest and Hunter you can play NP, as well as the mage that comes out (probably play secrets or elementals). So if you are playing against Warlock, Rogue, or Shaman, then yea. Counterspell is better. But we'll see :) Looking forward seeing, if this will work against Druid, Pala, and Warrior. :)
or he uses coin and you get just a coin. and even if you get a quest its pretty much useless for you
the only reason to play this card is to steal a quest reward/kazakus. if spell quest dominate the meta you could even play both ;)
A 0-mana spell is quite powerful in a tempo mage style of deck, where you can abuse low-cost spells. It's use is very different from counterspell I think.
weak af 3/10 but i enjoy the art a lot ^>^
looks like Morphling from Dota
It's not a bad card, but there's too many low-cost spells to make it playable. Most of the time you're paying 3 mana to catch a random spell that's not worth 3 mana. If we ever get a card that says "Discover a secret and put it in play," I wouldn't mind having this come up as a choice against the right opponent. But it's not worth a card slot.
Perfect counter to The Coin
I like it, plus has synergy with Archmage Antonidas and can potentially steal a Kazakus spell
Oh, you're casting a spell? You don't Bind if I take that, do you?
