It's favored against Druid. You have to make the right decisions on when to trade and when to go face based on their potential moves (Swipe, Spreading Plague, Primordial Drake).
I am 60% vs Druid after 50+ games. Can't ask for much better than that.
Thanks for the comment. I played 35 games with this deck down to Rank 5 tonight. I went 23-12 (66%). I tried an alteration trying 2x Stitched Tracker and -1x Fiery Bat and -1x Tol'vir warden and went 5-5. I think Fiery Bat is actually good in this meta right now, because that one extra damage makes a difference in almost every match up. Plus we absolutely want to have a 1 drop and a 2-drop or 2x 1-drops for turn 2.
I am considering adding an Unleash the Hounds... I'm not sure what to take out. Maybe 1x Fiery Bat.
The deck is performing well overall; it's a lot of fun. I will try to get to Legend with it.
I think getting early control of the board is a priority. This gives more 1 and 2 drops, and Hyena is legitimate winning condition early. Rat Pack is replaced by Bearshark for two reasons; Corpse Widow is gone and Bearshark is great vs Druid and Priest. Since The Lich King is gone, Stitched Tracker is replaced by one copy of Tol'vir Warden which has a similar card drawing effect while thinning the deck.
Also have even been trying Tyrantus! He is really good against Priest (the only thing that can kill him is their DK battlecry), which I am facing a ton of. The super greedy priest with Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound can be difficult.
Also testing the difference between Mire Keeper and Shellshifter. Shellshifter is better against Aggro of course, and also has Hadronox Synergy (and can be a 5/3 Stealth in some match ups to pressure lethal). Mire Keeper is better, typically, in the slower match ups but not always as useful as I'd hope.
This deck basically has to be able to beat Jade Druid and Control Priest which are two crazy strong decks right now.
That's a great question. Unfortunately, Hadronox does not revive any minions that have been given Taunt (including Twilight Geomancer or Bonemare, for example)
Thanks for your comment. Malfurion the Pestilent is arguably the best Death Knight. At only 7 mana, it has tremendous value. Almost every time I choose the 1/2 Poisonous spiders instead of the 1/5 Taunts.
It also has amazing synergy with Fandral Staghelm, adds +5 armor, and makes your hero power imbalanced. If you haven't opened it up or crafted it yet, I highly recommend to do so.

Hey KingBlaarg,
I plan to update this week, I've been really busy. So far I think adding Vanish/Sap makes sense but I've only played about 15 games with the deck.

Cool man, glad to hear it! Truthfully, I haven't playhed this deck much yet.
Wrathion could be good, but I think there is enough card draw with The Curator, Netherspite Historian and Stonehill Defender.

Bearshark is the superior pick over Rat Pack

I beat Pirate Warrior consistently without Golakka Crawler. The Crab instead of Fiery Bat could be a good substitution if you face a lot of Paladin.

Cool deck, thanks for posting!
I made some changes to make it more aggressive. What do you think?
-2x Rat Pack, -2x Stitched Tracker, -2x Unleash the Hounds, -1x Corpse Widow, -1x The Lich King
+2x Fiery Bat, +2x Scavenging Hyena, +2x Bearshark, +1x Infested Wolf, +1x Tol'vir Warden

p.s. Bearshark + Bonemare (or Houndmaster) is strong.

Nice, thanks for the update. I keep changing things around (at Rank 6-7) and testing them, I'm not sure which version I like the most yet.
We could even include a copy of Spreading Plague if you start running into more Hunters, Paladin, Shaman, or Warriors.
Disciple of C'Thun may still be better than Twilight Elder.

Hmm, Bloodhoof Brave is good in Control, no? It's the best 4-mana Taunt.
I like the idea of another Dead Man's Hand possibly, or Elise or Alex. Gorehowl could be option too! Decisions, decisions.
