this deck is one of the worst in the meta, whatever those fancy youtubers play in the legend ranks is load of crap, noone is trying hard or playing seriously there. try this deck in 10-1 rank and you will have 10% win rate. this is complete crap loosing to every meta deck handedly

Thats nonsense, have you ever played real control decl against druid? the only reason why druid can compete at all is not the size or number of jades.

But the fact that they are allowed to put infinite ammount of the draw , thus gaining tempo.

Without fatique cheat - they are  done for.

It is not really a point what deck i am playing, the problem is the ratio of hunters.
Basically i have decks that runs 70%+ rate and should easily climb to legend (my own versions of CW, Control paladin, healing shaman etc - basically control decks).
There is a twist to it - That 70% is if i exclude hunter matchup. I get that my decks are very bad against hunters and i dont mind that. Its that rock , paper, scissors thingy which i am again fine with it.
But the fact that 50% of the matches are Hunters simply negates any attempt to rank with control deck.
So not even COW is a problem, problem is amount of hunters. If i am as player forced to play a deck that directly counters ONE deck and ONE only - than i would not call it a healthy meta imho.
If you aren't adjusting to the majority of the meta, you are rewarding them for playing hunter.
     Well not anymore:)
Last night had run into good spell of nonhunters matches (3 non hunter matches in a row could not believe it!) and managed to be one win short of lvl 4.
    Next five matches:
    Hunter: Lost even before COW
    Hunter: Lost to COW
    Hunter : Lost to COW
Hunter: Survived turn 8 COW! Lost to turn 9 second COW.
At this point i said one more hunter and i am done.
Game 5 : Hunter. Close the game. Lost the will to play this game again:) Have a will to complain at forums though. As feels like shit/.

I played over 60 games in rank 5 patiently over the weekend

Win rate only 45%- why you ask? because of 60 games 28 hunters. Yes half of it.

Until COW is out of rotation this game is ruined. its pointless.

    What deck are you playing?

You know uncreative card design can be somewhat excused (I don't like it still) in the big expansions that contain 140 cards or whatever.  However adventures have such a small amount of cards, to have throwaways like this is unacceptable.  Naxx, BRM. LoE was loaded with interesting creative cards.  I don't think there was a single card as bland as this one in any of those.

     LoE had murloc tinyfin :p
Well it can be argued that Tinyfin had its card Art going for it. Even that was at least a tiny bit more flavorful than this.
Tinifyin is very good card in certain decks.

(i just tried using this deck and bran is clearly too slow and win more condition - you can combo it like you said on turn 6-8 , but there is better ways to spend turn probably emperor would make sense and at this point reno as well and it will become entirely different deck, - this deck manouvres on the edge each turn without healing and taunts, so i don't think bran can ever work here, can't afford).

preparation is essential - your hand always full due to plenty card draw and deathrattles- preparation helps clean it, and gain tempo on board)

Anyways i am new to this deck so better to wait for author:) but it is really exciting to play - long since i had so much fun playing hearthstone:)

OMG !  simply love this deck :) amazing and fun to play and good to rank.. well deserved upvote here.

btw: you got to have coldlight oracle (pretty much in every deck now - as its only potential wining condition against those nasty OTK wariors) plus it fits the theme here

It is nearly impossible to have negative YOG:) No idea how you manage it!

You play it when you are behind in cards in total, little or completely in perfect scenario, behind on board, for 8-12 spells and max 3-4 cards in hand.

Obviously knowing you will play him you accordingly prepare (like clean your hand as much as you can before YOG turn). (Of course the fact that you run arcane intellect and not Oracle makes things more difficult - and maybe that is the cause for your YOGfailure?).

But overall Yog>>>>>Ragnaros its not even a close competition, 99% of the time YOG is perfect., Rag wont change the game for you - he might make a killing blow once in 10 games but thats about it.

    Hey Frog

I love playing Reno decks and reno mage (not in wild) was something i always fail to make consistent.

Now i tried yours - (in EU) and it works perfectly fine so far!

I did couple replacements though to make it consistent.

Ragnaros -> Yog -- simply Yog has too much value (when played correctly)

Arcane Intelect -> Coldlight oracle- for so many reasons its hard to list them all (brann, body, fatique, survival, otk, etc)

So far 18-5 which is quit nice (close to 80%). More importantly it works against any type of opponent. Loving it so far. Good job!

yes, i feel the same, i lost 4 out of 4 vs a c'thun priest mostly because of entombs and as u said, simple sylvanas, cairne and tirion are not enough vs a priest. i was thinking that i could merge the dragon theme a bit deeper than your deck, so putting in Blackwing Corruptor x2 (efficient removal + body) Twilight Guardian x2 (good dmg mitigation vs aggro), and maybe Azure Drake x2 , aside from Chillmaw and Deathwing, Dragonlord. in my experience around the 5 drop spot is the core when we question which cards shuld be changed in order to make the the deck better overall around  the core end game dr cards, healings and removals.

right now i'm trying with this, but not much success as i said it struggle vs priest and zoo also unfavored match up  but often very close, Enter the Coliseum works very well against them.

Export to BBCode Export to Cockatrice Export to MarkDown Export to Html Clone this deck

i met with several mirror match ups where ppl were running Justicar Trueheart which is also clever, because in the late game the 2 1/1 could be very annoying (i lost in that game specificly thanks to those 1/1-s).

hm it seems that i cannot cite properly my deck, but u can check it by clicking on it...

Yep simple math is that 3 good deathrattles not enough. as at least 2 is at very high chance of being neglected one way or another.
So to make succesfull you need at least 5, making N'zoth to actually win a game for you. I see people putting healbot, 1/1 dude etc. but they are pure crap. so it leaves with only one option - dragons:) btw i like your idea of making more dragon oriented build, let me know how it goes:)
It does fail hard against priest running entomb... like really hard. as long as they are smart enough to save the entombs for the deathrattles. I can see how a more aggressive and minion heavy deck might have more success against priest . hopefully forcing an earlier entomb.

it never fails agains priest like never ever. simple math:) he steals 2 deathrattles. but thats it. if you N'zoth with 3 remainder deathrattles - game over pries has no AOE to deal with it. dont worry about entombs at all.  let him steal;)

pretty much every game against priest that i played is :
turns 1-X whatever happens does not matter
turns X - he drops nzoth - you clear
turn x+1 - you drop nzth he resigns.
turn 1-x literally dont matter at all
