I played Razakus priest to legend last season, control mage would not be a problem for priest if you didn't throw minions for mage to generate the water elementals. The match that i lost was from Raza at the bottom of deck.
I would only swap Hungry Crab with the Potion of Madness because it's rarely seen murloc paladin in this meta. In contrast, pirates are everywhere such as prince rogue, zoolock, evolve shaman and aggro druid, so Golakka Crawler is a must to gain tempo back. Dragonfire Potion is a huge tempo swing card if you have your dragons on board, it's a good card.
Sound like you have a problem with a minion flooding deck, I think you can cut Drakkari Enchanter for Potion of Madness since you need the tempo to contest the board early then run into high stat dragons.
In aggro match up, your win condition does not always end up with raza and anduin combo but it is outlast your opponent strategy until you drop your big value minions. It's not play to win but play not to lose.
Razakus priest playstyle is stay alive until you draw the combo of Shadowreaper Anduin and Raza the Chained just like Freeze mage. Kazakus's potion gives all of the answer you wanted.
After playing so many games with machine gun variant, I found that Prophet Velen was the card that stuck in my hand in many situation. Btw, it wll be a surprised burst damage with DK hero power.
Uther of the Ebon Blade is a decent card in control paladin, it does what paladin good at such as weapon, healing, and buffing tokens (2/2). Btw, it doesn't have much impact to the board as other DKs do like Shadowreaper Anduin or Bloodreaver Gul'dan. If you about to lose your board control, uther doesn't provide the comeback.
Imo, it is not worth crafting right now until the meta favors for the control paladin.

The most powerful card for now is credit card! It's time to get that card back.

Seem like a permanent in mtg, it does not lose durability when summoning a dragon, unless it gets countered by ooze.

Aggro match up, nice to have Barnes in opening hand but if you don't have him, keep removal for stall
Control match up, hard mulligan for Barnes at all cost

I think it's too risky for MCT (randomness and condition).

Imo, Obsidian Statue and Cabal Shadow Priest seem slow to the meta while Tainted Zealot is questionable.
I think you should try to focus on drawing combo pieces by adding drawing cards like Gnomish Inventor and Mass Dispel.

I voted for Kazakus. The value of potion is worth more than its cost and it is a versatile card that can deal with many situations.
Lyra is just a card changer, you change your useless spell cards into something more useful.
