    Injured Blademaster is a thing.

Blubber Baron is also a thing.

That's why Faceless Summoner isn't played. Because there are a lot more blubber barons than blademasters in the 3 mana slot.
I feel like Faceless Summoner isn't played because it's a Mage card, and summoning random 3 drops on Turn 6 isn't what Mages want to do.
Summoning a random 3 drop to tank a hit for you and potentially survive might be played, though, especially since it's in a minion focused deck. Not saying it'll be good or that it'll see play, but those are not equivalent situations or cards.

    Quote from Aszalee >>

Seriously? It's not hard to run a rogue deck full of spells and few minions. Very easy to set up a 4 mana malygos and guarantee lethal, you could even get lethal as early as turn 6 or 5 with coin if you draw perfectly, if you can otk that early in the game there's something wrong, why the fuck would you print such an overpowered card for rogue, you could have given this to other classes that aren't already tier 1.

     But it's a deathrattle.
That's pretty far from a guarantee, you know. In fact, that makes it highly inconsistent. It's an Ancestor's Call that can be silenced and only triggered if you can kill it (which requires an enemy minion with 3+ attack or one of your very valuable burn spells) if you're trying to use it like Malygos in that style of deck. I do think this works better in Malygos decks than Barnes does, but it's sure as hell not a broken card.

posted a message on New Keyword: Recruit

Not sure what's to be confused about, given the explanation.

If it specifies the minion or condition (examples: 8 cost minion, 'Lyra the Sunshard', beast, etc), it summons that minion. Otherwise, like the warrior card, it summons a random one. Like if Patches the Pirate's summon ability was on a specific pirate instead of on him, it looks like.

That being said, they chose a bad card to reveal the mechanic with in terms of explaining the effect. It's also an awful effect to make an expansion for given how done people have been with Patches in general. Modeling an effect after him (and Big Priest effects, which people are also not a big fan of) seems like a risky move.

Crafted him golden (second one ever, N'zoth being the first) and have no regrets. Everything about him is wonderful.

Uther and Jaina both seem really solid, but yeah don't craft yet.

posted a message on I would like some feedback on my deck-craft ideas.

I haven't touched KFT Mage except for one game where the opponent conceded before I loaded in, so I can't speak for that.

Shadowreaper Anduin is definitely a pretty good DK that doesn't need N'zoth or Awaken support to run... but going Highlander is highly recommended, which means that you would likely have space for N'zoth anyways. And yeah, that's where the problems come in for you. Having Lyra is a huge boon, though, and might make up for the lack of deathrattle support if you build it right. He is very strong though, and he can be run in a few different ways. If you open up Wild, he becomes a lot better, but so does everyone else.

And then there's druid. We feel pretty similarly about it. However, seems like a fairly decent DK and Taunt Druid seems good.

Uther of the Ebon Blade is very strong, and as someone who absolutely adores Paladin, I've been playing tons of him. Currently trying a Divine Shield Control style of deck, as opposed to an OTK type of thing like Exodia Paladin. Again, feels very strong, but Control Paladin was always going to be strong. If you were to go that route, ignoring the OTK side of things and just going for Control would probably be more dust efficient. And I don't feel that the DK fits in Handbuff at all, but Bolvar, Fireblood does fit along with all those divine shield minions, so... whichever way you go, about half of that list of cards isn't necessary.

It's a tough call, but at the end of the day if you aren't enjoying it then don't do it, right? I'd go for Mage or Paladin, if I were you, since it sounds like you enjoy them more than Priest and Druid.

posted a message on Prince Valanar..Totally useless?

I said no for two reasons.

The first being that you might open him again anyways, making the dust not worth it.

And the second being that it's been two days. I wouldn't write him off immediately, though I think Corpsetaker is a better card in almost every way anyways. He might find a use somewhere, so... wait, unless you have something you really want to craft with the dust.

Paladin. I crafted the hero golden (because I like to live life on the edge) and have been trying out OTK, Control, Divine Shield, etc. Tons of fun.

posted a message on Should I craft Wickerflame Burnbristle?

If you play a lot of Paladin, yes. He fits in several styles of Paladin, and it's even safer if you play wild.

But if you like to play a lot of different classes, then I'd wait. He's not really needed in Exodia Paladin (a deck that will lose its luster in a week and be replaced by Control) and he's easily replaceable in every archetype of Paladin except Handbuff, which also isn't very good in the first place.

posted a message on Favorite card art of all time?

Chillmaw is a strong contender for coolest, certainly.

I have different favorites for different things. Flame Elemental is my favorite cute art, Totemic Might is one of my favorite beautiful cards, but Shadowreaper Anduin is my favorite cool art at the moment. Most of the DK heroes are cool, Uther of the Ebon Blade and Valeera the Hollow are also some honorable mentions for cool art. N'Zoth, the Corruptor is of course the coolest Old God artwise.

I could find a card from each set that could be my favorite in each category, and I just might, but I can't say definitively that i have one favorite of all time.

Don't disenchant adventure cards. I did it for a few and I regretted it.

Otherwise, what the guy above me listed is pretty accurate.

Serious answer is you should wait.

It's a good card, but it might not see play in a week.

posted a message on Which DK Should I Craft?

I agree that you should wait. What's good right now may very well be trash in a month. If you just want fun, then Paladin or Mage are certainly something. Rexxar might be a good choice if you play wild and want to try to make Control Hunter work (I just faced off against one and I can certainly see some potential.)
