I chose the "Scan and Repair" option from the desktop app; then when I started up HS, golden animations were back. Hope this helps.

I would replace the spreading plagues with Violet Teachers. With so many spells in a deck it's bound to make a ton of tokens. Well, maybe one spreading and one Ultimate Infestation. Like someone mentionned, two might be too much.

The only way to test it is to get unstable evolution as rogue and try it. Its strange that HisteriA didnt do it yet (or i dont remember that). But considering that, as i believe that said, echo is not absolutely equal to "repeatable this turn", we have to wait anyway to be sure

NO,NO,NO,NO, I REFUSE,NO SECRET PALLY META PLS

I'm waiting for Rogue's last legendary and commons to change everything. I'm waiting for some thing like "your echo cards cost 1 less" or something, then we're talking about making values

While you do have some valid points you haven't answered any of my 2 points:
1) Bad cards are usually pile of stats that are uninteresting to play or play against.
2) (with bad cards) There is no big strategy involved: Let's say you have drafted Lich King . If the decks are usually bad, then he is pretty much an auto play on turn 8 because it's unlikely the opponent could deal with him. BUT, if there are more good cards, then you should be more careful when you play him, because the opponent might just have a good hard removal waiting for him and you need to consider that.
I'm not saying Arena decks should be ranked quality. But having games where half the cards played are neutral minions is kinda boring.

Hi,
I am actually curious to know : why do you consider good to have more bad options in drafts ?
In my opinion: having lots of bad cards promotes a single old strategy : play minions on curve and make better trades than opponent. There aren't many elements of surprise and the guy who got more lucky, drawing better curve, usually wins and there's not much the other player can do about it.
But when there are more quality cards, one needs to know not to overextend into AOE or be aware of burst damage and other interesting things that simply can not exist with bad cards.
What's your opinion about this ?

Who are those people who told Blizzard they want BAD cards in Arena ??
I really want to meet one of them and have a "friendly" conversation :)).

I see no point in these changes. Many years in the arena were bad cards. Finally they increased the quality of the cards. I was very happy when I had the opportunity to play with strong cards. I also began to expect strong AOE and legendary cards from the enemy. Games have become more dynamic and fun. Now again I have to play with bad cards. I am very upset because of this :(

Firstly, these matchups are bad: freeze mage, pirate warrior, aggro (token) druid.
In such matches, you don't need to think about value. Take care of your health every turn. Usually, if you can make a trade with your creature or Dagger Mastery, choose a creature. Your jades are always enough to win. Therefore, in such matches, often try to copy Mistress of Mixtures or Swashburglar with Shadowcaster.
Today I again started playing on this deck with some changes (wr 17W/12L 58.6% rank 3->rank 2) :
- Eviscerate x1
- Kobold Geomancer
+ Shaku, the Collector
+ Spiritsinger Umbra
These cards are good both against control decks, and against aggressive ones. (I'm trying to find a middle ground :D) The combo Spiritsinger Umbra + Mistress of Mixtures is very strong against the mages and aggro decks. Shaku, the Collector often gives taunts against wariors. It always attacks the first. It can't be killed immediately with a weapon or spell, thereby helping to gain a foothold on the board.
But if you meet the same opponents, for example a pirate wariors, it is better to put Tar Creeper or Defender of Argus in the deck. Or it is better to choose a deck that plays well with them such as control mage and after return to the jade rogue when meta at your rank is good for it.

As shown in Deck Stats 5-2 against Taunt Warrior for me. I'll try to explain how to play against him.
Mulligan:
All jade cards. Aya Blackpaw? Yes, keep it! Also keep Mimic Pod well.
In game:
Play arround Whirlwind, Sleep with the Fishes, Brawl. Play arround Dirty Rat, holding cheap minions in your hand.
Always use Shadowcaster to copy Jades. Discover Jades from Journey Below. Saturate N'Zoth, the Corruptor with Jade Deathrattles.
2
There were only 4 of 360 games against warlock, Therefore, it is difficult to assess this match-up.

I don't know who wrote these numbers. I also wonder what they mean xD My winrate is shown in the description of the deck.
1
Let's compare it with an example.
I played Aya Blackpaw, then played Shadowstep and then played Aya Blackpaw = 3 Jades (2 battle cry 1 deathrattle) + 5-3 body. (6 + 0 + 4 = 10 mana)
I played Aya Blackpaw, then played Shadowcaster and then played Aya Blackpaw = 4 Jades (2 battle cry 2 deathrattle) + 5-3 body + 4-4 body + 1-1 body. (6 + 5 + 1 = 11 mana)
With Shadowcaster we get more by 1 jade and 5-5 for 1 mana.
or
Jade Swarmer + Shadowstep = Jade Swarmer without Shadowstep
Hallucination. Jade Rogue already includes many responses to enemy creatures. Jade druid and jade shaman have 3 class cards that create jades. Jade Rogue has only 2 class cards that create jades. Both Journey Below and Shadowcaster are needed to compensate for this difference. I always try to find Aya Blackpaw from Journey Below before the 6th turn.
2
I agree with you, but the Journey Below is very good. All classes that have good Taunts use 2 copies of the Stonehill Defender. These discovers from Journey Below often helped me win the game: Aya Blackpaw (this is a class card for Rogue), Jade Swarmer, Undercity Huckster, Infested Tauren, Deathwing, Dragonlord (against Jade Druid xD) and Cairne Bloodhoof.
Also the Xaril, Poisoned Mind is very good. I do not like it so it was originally in the deck, because it's 4 mana 3-2 which is very weak, but in a long game it can give Bloodthistle Toxin, which is very good for this deck.
1
This deck does not yet show super result. Soon there will be changes in the quest The Caverns Below (link). Quest Rogue did not allow to play control decks. I hope that the meta will become more control, and then the Jade Rogue will show itself better.
One thing I know for sure - Vilespine Slayer is very strong, and now it plays in all decks of Rogue. Also, Bloodmage Thalnos is used in many other decks for many years.
1
Now there are a lot of agro decks - such as Aggro Druid, Token Shaman, and Murloc Paladin. The combination Spell Damage + Fan of Knives helps a lot. Against Aggro Druid, I recommend holding this combination before Living Mana.
In addition, there are spells with which there is a synergy: Backstab, Eviscerate, Jade Shuriken. They often help for trades and cause lethal damage.
