I also use trick totem for some draw it’s not too bad currently. There are a handful of bad spells but I usually get card draw, free minions, some buffs and of course free secrets!

Well, if you get to the point where playing trick totem for card draw feels "not too bad" there is definitely a problem with shaman card draw.

posted a message on Do you guys think that they will keep making hero cards?

Yes, it's just a legitimate type of card like spell or minion, they already stated they want to print more hero cards, but maybe not in every expansion. And don't expect every hero to be value oriented, it would be boring. There are many ways to keep up with Jaraxxus.

They need to continue to move hearthstone the other way - over time we want less discovery, less mana cheating, less convert your entire deck into RNG clown fiesta and finally, less infinite value generation.

This has nothing to do with hero cards, look at deck of lunacy, they can print RNG and mana cheating on spells and minions too. And hero cards like Uther of the Ebon Blade or Malfurion the Pestilent don't cheat mana and don't generate infinite value or RNG.

Rogue is the best class and always will be. Other classes should enjoy the show while they can. Rogue is recovering from the nerfs right now and is coming back to take over the meta.

Content creators must be trying very hard to avoid rogue or build bad rogue decks for it to have the worst win rate of all classes.

posted a message on Matt London Asks, Around which character would you make an expansion around? :D

Varian Wrynn, he's been everywhere, seen everyone, there's more than enough lore to make a hearthstone expansion out of it.

Possible legendary cards from a Varian expansion include :

    -Gladiator Varian / Lo'gosh

-Katrana Prestor (Onyxia in human form)

    -Terenas Menethil

-Broll Bearmantle (druid friend of Valeera and Varian)

-The massive fel reaver than Varian destroys before being killed by alternate Gul'dan

-Reghar Earthfury (Orc gladiator master who owned Varian)

-Sharptalon (Summoned hyppogryph, gift of Hamuul Runetotem, that helped the gladiators escape and was later killed by horde players in WoW)

posted a message on What tavern brawls do you like?

Any tavern brawl that I can finish by my opponent conceding on turn 1 or 2. I just hate what they've done with tavern brawls, most times I don't even bother with the weekly reward, and when I care, it's always just a concede fest, things are so degenerate and random that nobody even cares to finish a match.

You play a mage deck with minions, you're a good man, congratulations. Why did you start a new account ?

People are really sleeping on mage minions, why play Font of Power when you can play the exact minions that you want ? Just for a perfect consistency on Refreshing Spring Water ? That's a mistake imo.

posted a message on Incanter's Flow

At 2 mana incanter's flow should be a legendary card imo, being a common card makes it too consistent for such a powerful effect on curve (remove 25 mana from your deck basically), but it's also the only card that makes no-minion mage a real deck, and I really like it in my own few-minions mage, I don't want flow or spring water to be nerfed just because they are abused to their full extent by no-minion mage, they are extremely fun, fair and challenging cards when you are commited to playing minions in your deck.

Soothsayer's Caravan is so hilarious against druid, you buff it and it never dies, and you win with all the opponent's spells.

I think all caravans are meant to be druid-hate cards actually, because it's the only class that cannot deal with them.

     Lunar eclipse says hi...

You missed the part "you buff it".  Not that it makes it playable.

I didn’t miss it, it just wasn’t relevant.  If you played it on 2 against a druid it would likely die before you buff it.  Since priests cheapest relevant buff in this case is 2 mana the earliest you could reliably get this out with a buff is turn 4, at which point the druid can also likely deal with it.

A druid on turn 4 really cannot reliably deal with a buffed caravan, not in my experience at least, it's a literal win condition. Druid only has 3 and 4 damage removals in the early game, anything with 5+ health will stay on the board until the end of the match if you can consistently heal it and clear the board, by the time they get to the big rushing beasts it's too late with all the buffs. That's why it only really works with Soothsayer's Caravan because it generate insane value and tools that can actually help you do that in a class that can already heal and clear reliably, the other caravans are just garbage even if they stay on the board, druid doesn't care they can easily outvalue them with their big cards.

I mean who has room to play lunar eclipse in their deck ? Who mulligans for lunar eclipse ? Who plays lunar eclipse on curve ?

I get what you mean but realistically the caravan is much more likely to survive turn 2 against druid than any other class, even against bad druids who play lunar eclipse.

Rogue doesn't even have a tier 1 deck in wild anymore, what are you talking about?

I never said it has. All I said is rogue is the best class (it is and always will be) and the dude complaining about secret mage jade druid and big priest obviously don't play wild.

Odd and kingsbane arent relevant anymore after nitroboost nerf

Odd rogue is the most overrated deck in history i don't care about that, Kingsbane is still more relevant than big priest and jade druid. Just because most druid decks use jade idol as a last resort anti-fatigue tool doesn't mean it's "jade druid" lol.

priest, paladin, warlock, and mage are all far superior to rogue in wild

There is no superior class in Wild this isn't how this format works. Every deck is either god mode or auto-loss based on the match up, it's 10 times more polarized than standard, which is already heavily polarized, and there are also 100 times more viable decks in Wild. And rogue has the most polarized tools of all classes, stuff like sap, vanish, kingsbane, shadowstep, caverns below, you name it.

See how a lot of people complain about secret mage being extremely oppressive, yet it loses to meme decks like odd mage or tempo odd warrior. Wild is chaos.

and no, weapon rogue doesn't win every time.  It just wins a good amount of the time. YouTube and stats can easily disprove that statement.

That's obviously what I meant when I said weapon rogue wins every time against no minion mage, that it's a good and easy matchup. Youtube can easily prove that I exaggerated, as I intented, but my statement remains correct, weapon rogue > no minion mage. Probably the easiest matchup in this meta.

DoL at 4 mana seems fair. Being played later means that (a) it transforms fewer spells and (b) you have to spend your turn 4 doing nothing. If you guys can't develop enough tempo to beat a deck that passes on t4 then the problem is the deck you are playing and not DoL

So the problem is with you if you play warlock, priest and warrior?

Every deck has good and bad matchups, it is of course your responsibility and your decision to play a deck that is bad against the most played deck in the meta. You'd still lose even if they cut Lunacy from the deck, it's just a bad matchup, deal with it or play a different deck.

This isn't 2014 anymore, every matchup is polarized and unfair except the mirror match, deck strategies, game plans and finisher cards are just too different in power and design to ever be balanced with each other, even the amount of card draw is widely different between classes, imagine playing shaman or priest against rogue or mage, it's not even the same game anymore, on turn 10 they have emptied their deck and you still have 15 cards in yours. Your most important skill isn't knowing how to play the game it's knowing what deck to use and what changes to make in your deck to get the edge, based on where you are on the ladder, if it's day or night and if it's early or late in the month.

Because rogue has been the best class in the game for over 7 years now and doesn't need a buff.

As a Rogue in current meta you should get to fatigue before you run out of cards in your hand, there's something wrong with your deck if you need to pass a turn to activate some combo card, play more card draw !

I assume when you say "buy" you mean "draw". If not, I have no idea what you mean.

Yea Rogue is the Best class xD With Lunacy Mage , paladin dominating this expansion... and Secret mage big priest jade druid in wild .. rogue has one aggro deck thats good KEKW

You obviously don't play wild, and in standard weapon rogue beats no minion mage every time.

Rogue is the best class and always will be.
