Based on your comment history you seem to have some personal issues. I wasn't even going to respond but you essentially are calling me a liar. The stats are there, with a rather large sample size.
Works perfectly against DR Rogues but has a hard time against Deniathrus decks still. DH also is a difficult battle.
Yeah that's why I've been messing around with Soul Seeker.. I'm still kinda up in the air about it though. It's pretty amazing vs quest DH and good vs druid, but can miss super hard in other match ups.
If you mean what kind of minion do you want to use him on, I generally use him to disrupt and try to pull out something big from my opponent. For example if druid casts Miracle Growth, I'll generally bounce the growth back and try to pull out a key combo piece. Also the deck has The Light it Burns so it's relatively safe to use voljin and cheaply remove whatever is pulled out. He's also good if something gets buffed or vs deathrattle rogue that has stored multiple ghouls on a minion, it really just depends. As far as bouncing the minions in this deck, Hexxen and Astalor are really the only ones worthwhile.. maybe Mutanus.
If you mean something to replace Voljin because you don't want to use him, a very straightforward option would be Taelan for a more consistent quest.
Hey, was surprised noone posted a quest priest deck yet, seems to be working well at least for me :) Made a little showcase of the deck if anyone wants to see it in action!
no, that card says "You start the game as a different class..." so until that effect is triggered i get it but after you are Rouge again so the discounts should only be there for non rouge class cards but this ins't the case either....
Very odd card choices. Against all odds instead of lightbomb, disciple with no deathrattle synergy, xyrella with only two heals, cornelius and azure drake as draw instead of the overpowered 3-mana naga, etc. It seems as just a bunch of cards thrown together with no concern for what is powerful or has synergy.
I do like the Bless + Samuro though, very interesting.
Thanks for your feedback. Azure drake is due to having to play 4 dragons to make kazakusan work, along with the twilight drakes. I've already decided to scrap cornelius, I forgot how much he draws it's a bit too much. Might be a good idea to throw in the 3 mana naga in his place, I haven't tried that card yet. Bless also synergizes with disciple very well, plus I think disciple is just a very good card in general in the current meta. I've also added 2 devouring plagues which will help make xyrella easier to use, (plus can we can discover heals). In my experience there's just too much divine shield and minions with more health than attack to make lightbomb worth it. I think I'll try out that naga though, I'm just hoping playing 3 spells wont be too much of an issue. Thanks again
Thanks for the feedback, I've already made some changes just testing the core in casual. I took out Amalgam for some devouring plagues, and i'm gonna scratch Cornelius for something else. The plagues should help lightmaw, I was mostly relying on discovering a shadow spell through scorpid or pandaren. Personally I love bless with samuro and Disciples, it's been super clutch in my experience running those in my other control priest deck. The issue i have with lightbomb right now is the amount of divine shield out there, it's pretty difficult to rely on. Also nowadays most minions seem to have more health than attack. Mutanus might be a really good addition in place of Cornelius, assuming I won't need some sort of draw. Thanks again for your input
Hey guys, just an idea for a control priest deck where it tries to take advantage of the new Kazakusan "nerf". Might be a bit ambitious due to how bad priest is right now, but I'd imagine this could be semi-playable.... any thoughts and/or feedback is appreciated, encouraged even. Let's make something cool.
A couple cards I've considered:
Taelan - (Easier Kazakusan, but I'm complete sold on blackwater behemoth in any control priest so it conflicts. Might be better in a deck that really tries to rush Kazakusan out. Also might be fine even with 2 8 drops.
Zola - Could be fun to try and get a copy of Kazakusan, granted the mana doesn't line up well. I think it'd probably be good in a deck with better targets, perhaps some deathrattle variation with mida and korrak. Still an extra xyrella or samuro doesn't sound too bad either.
Onyxian Warder - I've never used this card so I'm a bit curious how impactful it is.... could be good.
Whirlpool - I've used this a bit in a different control priest I've been playing. Overall I think it's a good card... pretty tight fit though since it is situational.
Brewmaster (Sorta) - Similar to zola, problem is bouncing an 8 mana card back sounds like death. It'd probably only be helpful vs some crazy control warrior deck something. Doesn't seem practical to me.
**Also switcharoo might be a good option as well, but it could screw up the undying disciple/samuro bless combo
If you have any other ideas for cards that could be interesting let me know, thanks
Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knows how xyrella will/should interact with Teron Gorefiend and Enthusiastic Banker ? Will she trigger whatever was stored in these cards from in their battlecry/end of turn effects? I would assume no?
I agree this shitshow is unfixable lol... I think im gonna quit personally. Maybe in a year or so I'll poke my head over the fence, see whats up, and probably puke... I admire you guys that are sticking around though, takes a lot of mental fortitude to put up with this nonsense.

I literally posted the deck tracker stats...

Very cool dude! Thanks for checking it out.

I ended up adding him, I didn't have him crafted when I initially made this deck. It's been a good add

Hmm? This deck only has 11 spells. Most other quest priest decks run 15+ (not including the quest).

lol welcome to hearthstone...

Heck yeah. I defeated that brownie with a bloody basic skinny white boy build. It was funny and sad at the same time...

I ate a brownie once?
