Every other card you mentioned is either completely neutral or marginally good for you. Seriously, having Arcane Explosion and Arcane Missiles fire off is not something I'd complain about, seeing as its coming of a 7/7 body with spell damage. Yes, that spell damage helps those "useless" cards.
Considering you are casting 5 spells, what are the chances that you'll get screwed over more than one time? Super low. What are the chances that at least 2 spells will help? Think aoes, direct damage spells you can target, value generation. A pretty high chance.
This is not bad. The odds are heavily in favor of the spells, overall, helping you. Not to forget the fact that you're left with a 7/7 body with spell damage after the fact as well.
i have golden and non golden leeroy... :D:D Dust rain inc
You only get the dust of a golden leeroy. You get the dust value of the maximum number of that card you can put in your deck (legendary, so one) and the most valuable version (golden).
Any card that shuffles more than one copy of a card into their deck. Bombs, birds, and that's basically it. Fringe scenario, corrupted bloods from Hakkar, but that's a really bad idea. Boompistol Bully also delays it by a turn, I guess.
Since I play control warrior it isn't harder than anything else.
Control warrior is absolutely the best deck right now with good matchups across the board. People just don't play it because the games take way longer than normal and people wanna rank up fast. Hence why the ******** face decks are so popular. People have the patience and attention span of a refrigerator.
I too play control warrior now and can sort of vouch for this. At first, I kept getting annoyed at those early embiggen into breath of dream plays, but realized after a while that I usually won anyway.
Supercollider solos their type of boards hard. Armor cards make sure you can face tank with the weapon and also win against face hunter.
I really don't mind them bringing adventures back into the mix because just having three different dungeon runs consecutively seems redundant, I'll just pick my favorite to play when I want to. Not to mention they take a while and I don't like to split them into multiple sittings, whereas adventures are quick independent games.
On the other hand, I'm not going to pretend there's much replayability. It was fun, I got my cards, I'm back to battlegrounds or ladder. It's something I wouldn't spend my money on, I bought all the wings for gold which honestly wasn't a bad deal. It's still early enough to save up a good amount of gold for the next set anyway.
Happens against me all the time but I didn’t know people cared. Since it’s a fact of the game, my advice is to stop giving it the weight it clearly doesn’t deserve. No amount of justification over how dysfunctional and antisocial it is will change the fact that it happens.
I would add just two things: In addition to the dominant archetype or polarization, people are (rightfully) annoyed by high roll mechanics. Kelessth on 2, Barnes on 4, and the new addition: Necrium Apothecary on 4/5. Regardless of how balanced and fair these decks actually are, they leave a bad taste.
My second point is the existence of power spike cards that are so good that drawing them basically means winning. Think of the control warrior meta where playing Boom was so good. Or the KFT meta where the first frost lich Jaina wins. Or cube lock and their DK. And before the nerfs, Galakrond shaman and both their Shudderwock AND Galakrond. These are not combo decks that aim to draw a win condition. These are midrange or control decks that happen to have a single card that out tempos or out values everything else in the game. Creates games where there is a sense of "please don't have that card, please don't have that card" the entire game.
So my ideal meta is a "rock-paper-scizzors" meta that isn't too polarized (meaning although aggro>combo>control, each three stand a chance), where highroll cards don't exist, and extreme powerspike cards don't exist. The current meta would be really good in my opinion if just Necrium Apothecary and Shudderwock were tinkered with.

Only Conjurer's Calling helps your opponent. Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron can swing either way.
