Siegfrieddo posted a message on Why when we clic a thread it gets to the end ?Posted in: Site Feedback & SupportWell said guys. This always bothered me, I just never felt the urge to create a thread
I wonder if it was a webmaster's choice, or simply by default and it's an unchangeable feature. Anyway a public poll created by the webmasters could be interesting, to get a clear picture of what USERS really prefer (in case it's a modifiable thing, obviously)

GhostTrickx1 posted a message on Why when we clic a thread it gets to the end ?Posted in: Site Feedback & SupportI agree it's super annoying and unintuitive. People click on the post because the title caught their attention and they are interested in the topic. To then just skip the entire point of the thread and main topic of discussion in the original post and show us the "current discussion" which has usually deviated completely from the op into a few people on hearthpwn bickering is backwards. If anything, it only further pushes threads already going off topic to continue that path. What's further mindblowing is that if the thread is already multiple pages long, there are arrows to easily jump to the last page right above the original post. It's like asking someone to read a book backwards. The only place on the Internet I have been that does this.

Fluxflashor posted a message on Searching for Beasts on the Deck Builder isn't working.Posted in: Site Feedback & SupportQuote from Gratification >>So is this ever going to get fixed?
Probably not.Just kidding. We've still got the issue logged, it just becomes an issue of juggling the priorities. Our devs work on several sites on the network and unfortunately don't get to spend all day on HearthPwn.I wouldn't expect a resolution until we have the new deckbuilder ready for action. I don't have an ETA for that but it is something that we've been wanting to do for a while now and will soon get an opportunity to look at. A new deckbuilder will solve so many quirks; I personally can't wait. -

GhostTrickx1 posted a message on Should the rank 5 floor be removed?Posted in: General DiscussionNo? Hitting legend feels good. Video games and entertainment in general have a general goal of making people feel good. If 20000 people hit legend that couldn't before are happy then that is far more important to me than the 100 or so guys on a message board upset because they get their self worth from a card game.

Wasn't the whole reason they rotated Ragnaros because it saw universal play and pushed out other 8 drops from consideration?
Not that I'm expecting any consistency.

Primordial Glyph whenever I'm ahead.
2
Hogger because it was my first legendary and I managed to open a third one after dusting the previous two.
3
Considering that renolock is going to die with the rotation, I wouldn't recommend it.

Devolve is surprisingly good as a one-of.
It has great usage against Dragon Priest (Twilight Whelp, Wyrmrest Agent, Twilight Guardian), Aggro Shaman (Tunnel Trogg, Small-Time Buccaneer, Totem Golem, Flamewreathed Faceless), Pirate Warrior (Small-Time Buccaneer, Bloodsail Raider, Frothing Berserker), Miracle Rogue (Small-Time Buccaneer, Edwin VanCleef, concealed boards) and just as a general pseudo-silence against annoying minions like Sylvanas Windrunner and Aya Blackpaw as two Hex are often not enough.

And to think that originally Dragon Operative didn't even have a Dragon requirement.
They seemed to have cooked up some interesting mechanic ideas but just didn't like any of them unfortunately. Getting bonuses for unspent mana "wasn't intuitive and didn't feel good"? Praise Curvestone!
The legendary minion ideas that never made it into the game sound a whole lot more interesting than what we actually got.

The card tilts the game in your favor in control match-ups. Against anything else it's just a solid 5/5 taunt the majority of the time.
"Meta-Defining!" is quite an exaggeration.

Gives a reason to coin into Wild Growth I guess.

Crazy Brann value.
