Why this card isn't epic if the previous amalgam was way worse and was epic?

Noyzz posted a message on Embiggen should be 1 manaPosted in: Wild FormatWild Aggro druid is the most played deck at high wild ranks, from rank 3 to legend it's literally only druids. Even tho the deck is not impossible to deal with ,like naga lock, darkest hour warlock and many other decks of the past but it's obvius that this deck is too powerfull atm.
Being able on turn 1 to do Embiggen plus Southsea Deckhand and pull a 3/3 Patches the Pirate or pairing it with Gibberling or Intrepid Initiate embiggen can be really strong and make you way faster.
Nerfing it to 1 mana will slow a little the deck and also won't kill it, another nerf that maybe could be done would be gibberling at 2 mana.
It's not a ranting post, I am myself at top 500 legend atm with a broken deck too, painlock , but i feel druid is like the pirate warrior of the past .

TwistedCardmaster posted a message on Incoming Mage NerfsPosted in: General DiscussionIn my opinion, the whole Mage should be re-worked, mostly because any class that is heavily based on spells (or other off-hand cards), doesn't suit the game mechanics. In Hearthstone the main way to interact with your opponent is through the board and cards that can avoid it, are essentially denying your opponent's chance to react (with a few exceptions, e.g. secrets). This is why playing against Mage is so gross, even if the class itself is not very strong. Tons of randomly generated cheap spells and constant stale can piss off anyone... I'd say we either need more interactions off the board, either force all classes to play through the board.

SoerenShacht posted a message on Admiral Proudmoore is unbalancedPosted in: General DiscussionQuote from TheImmondBeast >>Quote from American_Bread_Stunks >>I also beat him first try. Which means I beat him in less tries compared to the bear as I thought he had to die for me to win, turns out I had to kill the trap instead :/
Yeah that was not that intuitive, I thought Rexxar was the one placing that Bear trap! LOL
I agree with this. I mean, usually you have to defeat the opponent to win, so I was like... yeah okay, keep dealing damage to Misha, great... wait... why did I explode?
Oh. Okay...
How dare u guys let Misha die? Ouch

Clawhammer posted a message on Admiral Proudmoore is unbalancedPosted in: General DiscussionI think it took me about 5 tries. What some of you that beat it the first time don't realize is just how easy it is to have an absolutely horrible shuffle of your deck.

Annorei posted a message on Admiral Proudmoore is unbalancedPosted in: General DiscussionYou got incredibly lucky. Took me 6 tries to beat him, you have very limited resources and he just keeps spamming that ship, clearing the board with Monsoon and setting up a huge freaking wall with Eye of the Storm. It doesn't matter how good you play when you don't have any early board presence (besides useless secrets) and don't have the possibility to regain any health lost to kultirans dying. (also, Huntmaster's Bow is a silly joke)
Try to beat him again and you'll understand what's wrong about this encounter -

They used an adventure slot for this power creep piece of sht...
Frostwolf Grunt > Pompous Thespian
3
Why is this a beasts? Arfus seems to be a ghost and Spectral Spider aren't. They should remove the tag and replace him with Invincible.
3
Why would you power creep Wisp?
13
This is just a horrible and lazy change. if they felt it needed a change, they should of made it refresh 2 mana crystals instead. They killed the card ,and in the most boring way possible making it literally a Counterfeit Coin.

I still think it should deal 7 damage instead of out right killing them. It could be 3-4 mana 4/2 - Battlecry: deal 7 damage to a minion with 7 or more Attack. You'd have to pull one or more damage in most cases, reducing the tempo loss for playing big minions, while maintaining his flexibility and usefulness.

He's an Arcane Golem, and so is Zoobot, why do they get the mech tag?
2
They should reduce the cost to 3 mana, but make it draw on played beasts only. Hunter needs a draw engine, and this was nerfed way to severely.
4
Power creep on River Crocolisk. They could have made it a 2/2 body and raised the buff to +1/+2 to compensate, it's that simple no need to make a card obsolete.
8
This could have been Galakrond instead of a second Deathwing with a cropped title.

Yes because it has the same mana cost and stats, but lacks any flavor. They could of given it any effect, just to avoid the power creep, but no the Old God armies are made of this poor generic pack filler. Stealth or Taunt could have been a good simple effect, anything just anything...
