I face topics whether he is OP or NOT. In Wild, to my eyes, he is slowly advancing the OP way in the long-run, similar to how Baku/Genn is. Though Rexxar is in the middle of scale for me, I am here to propose some changes for this card, simply for the sake of the future of Wild.
If comparison is needed, Malfurion impacts the board at 7-mana, but Rexxar does better at 6-mana solely on AOE. I'm not sure whether he would cost 6-mana or 7-mana but there are two criteria I think it needs to be addressed. First, let's be honest, at 2-mana, crafting a monster that ranges up to 10-mana is INSANE. It feels like I'm cheating. That should be 3-mana. Second, beast card-pool range should be reduced to 3-mana at max. If examined all available beasts, Tundra Rhino with Stealth or Dispatch Kodo with Poisonous comes to mind as ticking bombs.
As some mentioned, Rexxar really outclasses Control archetypes thanks to infinite value-pool. If comparison is needed, Dr. Boom, Mad Genius does it at the cost of 20% probability.
Maybe you people have better idea than me? If so, please feel free to shout out. I'm open to any debate, for the future of Wild.
TL;DR: Rexxar MAY cost 7-mana, Hero-Power MUST be 3-mana, beast card-pool SHOULD be reduced to 3-mana at max.
It's up to you, honestly. If you like mana-cheat shenanigans, don't do that. If you really want Undatakah, though, here are some points you need to consider.
Out of 8 deathrattle minions, Undatakah needs to hit Sneed/Hadronox/Malorne trio for optimal usage. Since I don't like RNG in this case, I wouldn't recommend Undatakah at all. Even if you use only these three deathrattle minions for Undatakah, the power-level of N'Zoth will decrease, and this deck will need a complete overhaul just because of Undatakah. Also, swapping Florist with Undatakah might make Juicy Psychmelon a dull card due to decreased 7-mana minion-pool, which is only Malorne in this case.
As said above, Twig/Blingtron/Harrison is to ramp-up fast and draw cards/weapon destroyer. As Harrison being weapon destroyer/card drawer, yes he is important. If you want to replace Bling, you need to replace Twig/Harrison as well, which I can't honestly think of. Because, to me, this trio works better than any alternatives.
Though fantastic, the main reason I didn't include Polymorphs is to not degrade BSM-synergies (Dragon's Fury). That aside, if you want to use Potion of Polymorph, you need to play it after Barnes because PoP will target Barnes, not the summoned 1/1. In case you don't know, PoPwill target only minions played from hand, not from resurrect effects. As for Polymorph: Boar, you can use them if you face a lot of Big Priests, but there's a risk. Rather than big minions resurrected, you will face 4/2 boars that has Charge, so Big Face Priest might be an issue. If you don't want Charged Boars, then I suggest extra Flame Lance as it doesn't break BSM-synergies, and most of minions from Big Priest have 8-health.
That's all I can think of. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
I’m pretty sure nobody has suggested your first idea. Turn one, you can use your hero power, but you can’t because it costs 2. No. It takes a special skill to suggest that.
Then, how about reversed? With Baku, you can use your hero power only on even-turns, which fills the gap, especially for turn-2. As for Genn, you can use your hero power only on odd-turns. Simply, one compensates other's gap.
Good idea. But you need to sacrifice Ixlid, I'm afraid, for the sake of Poison Seeds+Starfall combo. If Big Priest/Renolock looks scary, just like Poison Seeds+Starfall combo, at 9 mana, you can use Umbra+Fatespinner combo for 6 dmg AOE.
Thanks for the advise. If you wish, feel free to browse my homebrew decks.
Looking at the concerns over Baku/Genn, I would like to state mine.
If Baku needs nerf, without killing her, that would be this: Start of Game effect stays same. However, you can use your hero power only on your odd-turns. Simply, turn-1, hero power is enabled. Then, it's disabled on turn-2. On turn-3, it's enabled. Same can be applied to Genn as well: Rather than odd-turns, you can only use your hero power only on your even-turns.
Another approach, albeit a bit harsh, would be disable Baku/Genn effect permanently when you recruit/play/draw/mulligan/discard/mill/ them. In short, until Baku/Genn comes to board/hand/burnt-in-deck, you can use your upgraded hero power effects.
I'm sorry if these ideas were mentioned before, but this is the best I could think of without killing Odd/Even archetypes completely.
Good catch. I haven't thought of him until now. The reason I use Ixlid is to copy minions and have board presence on board, especially after last Twig swing. With cube/mana cheat shenanigans, Ixlid can go nuts. But, as you said, who can say no to extra N'Zoth/Hadronox?
Thank you for the suggestion. Don't forget to check my other homebrew decks, as they are viable and fun.
Sorry for answering late. I didn't include this card because this deck isn't based on oldschool Tempo Dragon variant, that's why. Rather, I prefer control style and Darius/Militia Commander does better job than Alex's Champion.

I don't know, its voice sounds feminine? Back to topic.

Don't know if you like but here goes. It's fun and competitive.
