I actually took Sir Finley Mrrgglton out for Eater of Secrets because I kept facing secret pally and hunter decks. Plus it's nice to have against frost mages that expect to win around Ice Block
Well I have Chillmaw I just thought the only reason that card was in the deck was to deal with patron warrior. Does the card perform well outside of that scenario? Or is there a better card that works well with the deck? Maybe Chromaggus?
Does this deck still need Chillmaw since patron warrior is basically non-existant? If not, what would be a good alternative and should I run the updated the deck list or the original?
Which version of the deck did you use? In the comments section it's saying the previous deck list (with vol'jin, ysera, and blackhand) had a higher win % but I didn't know if that still holds true this season.
Edit: Just played this deck for the last 2-3 hours at rank 17 and went 6-5. I'd like to see this deck work but I seem to be having trouble against any type of control deck. Handlock has been an auto-loss for me (0-3) but managed to go 1-1 against control warrior.
If you can get early board presence with Zombie Chow, Haunted Creeper, and Totem Golem you're in a pretty good spot. Generally if you can control the board you'll eventually overwhelm your opponent. Also requires a good general understanding of the popular decks on ladder so that you know the right time to extend and load up the board safely.
Read the guide that Cursedhs (deck originator) posted a few hours ago but I still seem to be struggling with this deck at low rank against all classes. Would love to see this deck streamed plus a strat for rogue and shaman as well strong combos within the dck. I'm by no means a newbie nor a I claiming to be legendary. However, I am consistently hovering around rank 7 each month and find it odd that I can't break past rank 18. One problem I'm noticing is that if you don't get the proper curve early game the deck really just kinda struggles to bounce back.
Right there with ya bud. Just went on a freaking tear with this deck. Went from rank 14 to rank 10 on a win streak. Beat every warlock deck I went up against, both zoo and handlock. I like your thoughts on Illidan Stormrage I wanna try replacing him for one Violet Teacher since I find myself relying on Ancient of Lore a lot.
Was a well written guide and a nice deck but i think its time has run out. I feel like too many people know how to counter it now after receiving so much popularity on this site.

Thanks for updating the deck list. Just one other question I had... What hero power are you looking for when you play Sir Finley Mrrgglton

Sick update.

Has the deck changed at all since the patch last week that nerfed Abusive Sergeant slightly?

Why no Savage Roar? What could you replace it with if you wanted to, or is that a bad idea?

Any chance for an updated decklist?

Confirmed to not be 80% on ladder after 14 games.
