You'd basically want to mill the opponent and yourself, depending in the circumstances.
Milling yourself then Togwaggling is one but you got to fill your opponent's hand first
By the time you're already milling during mid to late, you're going to run out of mill cards so I'm pretty sure you can play Togwaggle
The whole point isn't just to Togwaggle. Really depends anyway. Its there just so you can mill yourself if you have him under conditions. Then you can swap decks.
Mainly your opponent is going to run out of cards first because these matchups are almost combo druids and other aggressive decks such as tempo mage and they have cards like Aluneth to keep going. Milling them will be easier since they're drawing alot of cards anyway.
Don't think of Togwaggle as a win condition. Its literally just there if you want to mill yourself instead because some matchups are hard for you.
I'm at rank 5 at the moment even though I got to rank 4 and a star then deranked all the way back to 5 completely empty. This deck has too many counters during this aggressive meta in my opinion. You guys played it early when this was a thing but I made it pretty much 2 days ago and had no luck with my matchups. Pretty sure during this time that no matter what change you put in this deck, it doesn't change a thing that you get rushed early and your combo gets demolished with the rats and deathlords. Also i forgot to mention that dealing with explosive rune in mages is probably one of the hardest things since most of the times I'm about to combo and they throw in the secret which leaves us hanging there while they hit our faces. The only way to play around it is pretty much just Floop, Piper or Brewmaster.
How are you all holding against aggressive decks? Reading through the guide it looks really easy and ideal of course but in reality, unless you draw plague or paths you're going to lose the match hard. I've had no luck against aggressive decks especially and mainly even shaman. Plus with all these counter queuing with reno-warlocks and rats along with deathlords, playing this deck is really hard at the moment. Before you flame me with really obvious thing such as mulligan or so, I'm talking about matchups and luck draws in general. Putting aside these facts its a great deck in general but not as easy to deal against some matchups. So regarding the people that are saying this deck is braindead and broken, I'm not going to deny it but alot of matchups can completely shred this deck into pieces.
