Creating the custom spells works the same way it did with old Kazakus.
The potions created by the hero power are also the ones known from Gadgetzan (e.g. Blastcrystal Potion, Dragonfire Potion), plus the more recent card Potion of Heroism.

Read the rules again.
As for your double post...
Yeah it says submission... What exactly are you trying to say here, that things posted in discussion aren't submissions? The point of the discussion topic is to *discuss* submissions.

If you draw it at the start of your turn, your hero power will be flipped over so that you can't use it this turn.
If you draw it via hero power, it will refresh your hero power.

Here's my card for the week.
The balancing of this card was very difficult but I think this works. This card has the potential to be really powerful or outright dead. It may seem like an extremely powerful effect for only 2 mana but your opponent obviously knows when you play it and from that point forward can (and will have to) think their turns out very very carefully but can quite certainly be played around, much like how secrets are now. It has the potential of never activating if your opponent simply doesn't draw the card you choose and of course your opponent can play smart, making sure they play potential targeted cards right before they were going to end their turn anyway (handling hero powers and minion attacks first), essentially turning Mind Flay a dud card.
However, if used properly, this card has the potential to really put a damper on your opponent's strategy. Key targets would be combo cards, such as an Exodia mage's Archmage Antonidas. Doesn't really matter if they get their extra turn if that extra turn is going to immediately end as soon as they play him. There's also the surprise factor of choosing a card they don't expect, not to mention there's always going to be those players that simply forget you played this on turn 2 and come Turn 9+ they misplay and whoops, their turn's over.
I personally don't think this would be a very competitive card but I think it would be a fun card just for those occasional 'Oh Sh*t' moments some of your opponent's will undoubtedly experience. So, I hope you all like it! Enjoy!

First week after quitting hearthstone. Now, I feel like I have much less anger and anxiety than before since I no longer need to deal with those cancer decks and ridiculous RNGs. I am glad that I can finally enjoy my life, focus on school work, and spend more time with my family and friends. Although I should have quitted hearthstone like two years ago, or maybe I should not have ever started playing this game six years ago, but it is better late than never. I believe I have made a correct decision.
Goodbye hearthstone, and I will never see you again.

Thank you for the feedback! As for your card, I really like the flavor. But I am not quite sure about the power level of it. It can be very weak or extremely powerful.
Since murloc decks are not frequently seen in standard, let's look into the wild format. The most viable murloc decks are paladins with Anyfin Can Happen, and shamans that either run Unite the Murlocs or not. Paladins don't rely on the +7/+7 buff for lethal. Shamans on the other hand, have Everyfin is Awesome, which is much faster and much more effective.
For a murloc shaman, turn 7 is usually the turn that they either kills the opponent or concedes. Therefore, 7 mana minion that doesn't provide damage right away is unlikely to be played. However, if a murloc shaman somehow grinds into the late game using Megafin from the quest, then the buff can be threatening as the opponents are very likely to play most of their board clears in earlier turns and may have some extremely hard times on dealing with the huge murlocs after that.
In this way, I recommend you to rethink about your idea. Also, please be aware of your grammar. It should be "give a random friendly murloc +7/+7".

This works similar as Toki's hero power Temporal Tavern. It provides extra chances to get access to high quality late game beasts like Mama Bear or Ghastcoiler.

I used to think such a card will never be printed, but they did it...

Bellybouncer is the only card that I voted in both submission topic and here. I don't mean to offend anyone but to be honest, due to the limitation of this week's theme, many submissions are quite monotonic. And this card is the one that actually gave me a "wow". The idea is very simple yet extremely decent. It is a Charged Devilsaur with more attack and a Burly Shovelfist that costs less, and at the same time the battlecry makes it perfectly balanced. It works well with all kinds of hand buffs and it is a excellent card to pick in arena. Frankly speaking, I won't be surprised if this card wins the final since it deserves the first place.

He always tries to become a playable card, yet the result never turns out to be right.

With the double battlecry hero power: two of this (5*2*2) + one Lifedrinker (3*2) + one Kobold Lackey (2*2). That's exactly 30 damage with ONLY FOUR CARDS. I just can't imagine the power level of battlecry shaman in the next expansion...

Since my previous idea might not fit the rules, I have come up with another idea for... you know, the memes.
The similar card in game is Ticking Abomination. Although the battlecry effect seems to hurt a lot for the first look, remember that battlecries are always more controllable than deathrattles. Therefore, it provides a good way for aggro decks to pop those Nerubian Egg Scarab Egg Serpent Egg Devilsaur Egg and etc. Yes, you do take face damage, but it usually doesn't matter that much when you play aggro.

To make it clear, it brings back your dragons killed by spells like Twisting Nether, DOOM!, Plague of Flames or any damage spell you use to kill your dragons like Hellfire, Defile.
