First week after quitting hearthstone. Now, I feel like I have much less anger and anxiety than before since I no longer need to deal with those cancer decks and ridiculous RNGs. I am glad that I can finally enjoy my life, focus on school work, and spend more time with my family and friends. Although I should have quitted hearthstone like two years ago, or maybe I should not have ever started playing this game six years ago, but it is better late than never. I believe I have made a correct decision.
Goodbye hearthstone, and I will never see you again.
What do you guys think about this? Not sure if it's too powerful. Also Neptulon flavor with Murlocs is totally invented in Goblins vs Gnomes, but I honestly like it.
Thank you for the feedback! As for your card, I really like the flavor. But I am not quite sure about the power level of it. It can be very weak or extremely powerful.
Since murloc decks are not frequently seen in standard, let's look into the wild format. The most viable murloc decks are paladins with Anyfin Can Happen, and shamans that either run Unite the Murlocs or not. Paladins don't rely on the +7/+7 buff for lethal. Shamans on the other hand, have Everyfin is Awesome, which is much faster and much more effective.
For a murloc shaman, turn 7 is usually the turn that they either kills the opponent or concedes. Therefore, 7 mana minion that doesn't provide damage right away is unlikely to be played. However, if a murloc shaman somehow grinds into the late game using Megafin from the quest, then the buff can be threatening as the opponents are very likely to play most of their board clears in earlier turns and may have some extremely hard times on dealing with the huge murlocs after that.
In this way, I recommend you to rethink about your idea. Also, please be aware of your grammar. It should be "give a random friendly murloc +7/+7".
My idea for this week. When Hungry Crab eats a murloc, this little guy eats back!
I am not quite sure if this follows the rule. In addition, it might be a little bit too powerful as a early game card. Is it better to give it 1 less attack or make it cost 2?
And by the way, I know it will be off-topic, but is there anyone who is expecting a Waxadred nerf? To be honest this card is the card that I hate most for this expansion, especially it can combo with Necrium ApothecaryStowaway and many other cards. Since after the shaman nerf, I believe Waxadred rogues have the potential to dominate the meta just like how jade druids did to the meta back into the time of MSG.
(Yet, the Blizzard-style-nerf to this might be printing a card in the next expansion that has "Destroy all cards in each player's hand and deck that didn't start in their decks", just like they printed Skulking Geist for Jade Idol... )
This works similar as Toki's hero power Temporal Tavern. It provides extra chances to get access to high quality late game beasts like Mama Bear or Ghastcoiler.

Bellybouncer is the only card that I voted in both submission topic and here. I don't mean to offend anyone but to be honest, due to the limitation of this week's theme, many submissions are quite monotonic. And this card is the one that actually gave me a "wow". The idea is very simple yet extremely decent. It is a Charged Devilsaur with more attack and a Burly Shovelfist that costs less, and at the same time the battlecry makes it perfectly balanced. It works well with all kinds of hand buffs and it is a excellent card to pick in arena. Frankly speaking, I won't be surprised if this card wins the final since it deserves the first place.
It is true that I did not include enough information in my previous comment. And I did notice that it requires overloaded mana to deal damage when I made the comment. Yet the condition is very easy for a shaman to achieve.
With the double battlecry hero power: two of this (5*2*2) + one Lifedrinker (3*2) + one Kobold Lackey (2*2). That's exactly 30 damage with ONLY FOUR CARDS. I just can't imagine the power level of battlecry shaman in the next expansion...
Since my previous idea might not fit the rules, I have come up with another idea for... you know, the memes.
The similar card in game is Ticking Abomination. Although the battlecry effect seems to hurt a lot for the first look, remember that battlecries are always more controllable than deathrattles. Therefore, it provides a good way for aggro decks to pop those Nerubian EggScarab EggSerpent EggDevilsaur Egg and etc. Yes, you do take face damage, but it usually doesn't matter that much when you play aggro.

Please double check the rules. You are not allowed to make a card that exists in the game.

He always tries to become a playable card, yet the result never turns out to be right.

I am sorry for not making my idea clear enough. Yes, of course this combo cannot happen within a single turn.

For overload, consider shaman runs cards like Sludge Slurper and Sandstorm Elemental. And overload spells can be easily obtained through Ethereal Lackey.
And yes you are right, lackeys are generated randomly. While shaman has a lot of cards that do this including Sludge Slurper EVIL Cable Rat EVIL Totem and eventually Shudderwock.
For card draws, consider Novice Engineer Witchwood Piper and even Sandbinder with double battlecry.
And after all, the six-card-lethal is just one way to kill the opponent, let alone shaman has a lot of other ways to deal lethal damage.

After reading the Chinese version, I think the translation of its name should be somehow like "Zeraku the Twisted".
