against big priest and raza priest = Agro Druid/Odd demon hunter (extremely fast aggro)
Against Raza priest and secret mage = Odd warrior (just gain tons of armor so your opponents cant have enough damage to kill you
Against big priest and secret mage = Renolock, tickatus can help a lot against big priest, kazakus potion to polymorph, zephrys to polymorph and enough taunts to keep the minions from attacking you...

Since then i play Odd Shaman in legend. The deck is very stron against priests. I have a 100% winrate lol...59% of my matchups are against priests. I met only once a secret mage and i won. But i think against mages with an Ice Block Odd Shaman might struggle.
I will find out next season when i try to climb to legend with the deck.
I played raza priest for a pretty long time now and am at 75% winrate in the last two months. Despite these 75%, I actually have a negative winrate against warlock (zoo, reno, and standard control lock).
I would assume that renolock is also pretty strong against big priest and secret mage, so I would probably settle for that deck.

My winrate against each of these aggro decks is 80%+. Odd dh gets shattered by raza priest, token druid only beat me once by having the nuts and buffs to get to 4 health (which is the breakpoint for the best low-cost raza priest removal tools). While I can see the logic behind recommending odd warrior against raza priest, I would suggest you don't go for aggro lists to target that deck. This includes secret mage, which is a completely overrated deck imo.
Raza priest can be disrupted by several cards like the Sir FInley combo, a well-timed Dirty Rat, Ice Block into Reno, Gnomeferatu/Tickatus, etc. You can also try to deal enough damage to the priest so that they can't kill you without killing themselves, but that can go wrong if there is still a Reno or any other major source of healing and backfire super hard. Malygos lists or faster combo OTKs can be good against both priest variants because they end the game early enough for DK Anduin and big revive spells to matter. Malygos Druid also has some survivability. Not sure if these options are any good against secret mage, though.
Maybe reno mage is an option but that deck seems terrible against aggro lists. Raza priest is strong against secret mage and big priest, if you understand the matchup, so this could be an option for you.
I would guess raza priest would counter both? or maybe something like otk/heal paladin?
In my experience, Raza priest loses to Big Priest. However, I haven't obtained Kazukus yet. At the very least, I think "counter" is a strong word for the matchup.
The best counter for Priest is conceding the match as soon as it comes up (unless you play Warrior specifically to beat Priest). It doesn't matter what deck it is (or would have been), because they all play out the same. As soon as you see a Priest, you know it's going to be a root canal treatment conducted by a madman with a blowtorch, who can't find the "end turn" button until the rope appears to give him directions.
Sure it's annoying to lose every third game by default, effectively denying you to ever have a winstreak, but if you don't get your nails pulled with a pair of glowing hot pliers every 30 minutes, you might occasionally experience something resembling an emotion that old forgotten fairy tales have called "fun".
I built an anti secret mage deck. Worked fine. ONCE. Then i never saw secret mages again while playing that deck. And that deck was pretty useless against other decks. Needless to say, secret mages popped up again, after i switched decks. I even renamed it to ANTI SHAMAN, but it seems the matchmaker isnt that easily fooled.
Big priest and Razakus die to most combo/otk decks. Like malygos druid, otk paladin, Murloc otk and others, even mill rogue.
The problem is that those same decks get destroyed by secret mage because of iceblock and counterspell.
On the other hand decks that counter secret mage like odd warrior loose very badly against the priest decks.
So you can not have both.
If you want a good deck that has a fair chanced against ALL the decks in the meta I will go with kingsbane rogue, as people stopped putting weapon removal (except some very greedy and weird odd warriors) you can burst them with the weapons and control the board with the pirates.
big priest is easy if you give them garbage that they'll eventually revive (ie cards that summon creatures on the opponent's board) secret mage is secret mage, anything works kek

I'm curious if there is a deck out there that counters both of these decks at the same time.
You forgot to add raza priest to the list. You're looking for the holy grail that counters all 3.
I haven't ran into as many of those as the decks listed above. But is there even a deck that counters two of the three?
Try odd- DH? It's not perfect but depending on draw can take both decks.

I did very well this season with my Reno Warlock. I hit Legend already on the 7th december:
https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1373519-legend-70-winrate-control-warlock
Stats against the most popular classes:
Priest 11-7
Druid 12-2
Mage 10-3
Warlock 10-2
Shaman 9-3

@Dunscot
As i said above, i have 100% winrate with Odd Shaman against priests. 11-0...
Its almost a free win. Would be a shame to concede instead of taking those wins.

Big shaman has a reasonable chance against both. If you highroll, they can't do anything.

Dont do this. Odd DH has almost no chance against Raza.
