I don't think this has been posted, but this chart was uploaded to the reddit HS page a couple hours ago. It attempts to predict, based on where you are now on the XP track, where you'll end up and how much gold you'll earn. It does not include non-gold rewards (packs, skins, etc.), nor does it include the bonus XP events that Blizzard has already stated will occur. (Obviously, it assumes your current playing habits continue into the future, i.e. you're not going to play less in the future than you do now.)
I cannot vouch for its accuracy, but I'd be shocked if it were way off. At least it's a starting point that might calm down some of the crazy rhetoric that's been drowning this forum for weeks now. Speaking personally, I'm at level 31 right now, so I should expect to earn at least 10K gold before the next expansion. Can't complain about that, as it's more than I used to earn.

You're gonna end up disappointed.
Based on what evidence? This is an algorithm created by a group that has been quite critical of the rewards track and of Blizzard as a whole. Or are you just intent on being angry because you can't play a brain-dead face deck and get your cheap 100 gold every night?

So you say that we (people who actually play more than daily quests) should be happy that we get less free stuff. That's like thanking the goverment for increasing taxes.

Not at all. I also play more than my daily quests. And I'll make (substantially) more gold than before. The simple fact is that under the old system, fast, aggro decks had an unfair advantage over slower decks when it came to gold earnings. A win is a win, whether it takes 3 minutes or 10. But if I prefer to play control decks, why should I have to play 3 times as long as you to get the same gold reward?

It was a good way to tackle ropers and I'm curious if they do something about it because it ruins the game.

Well, I think they could just change it so that XP is awarded based on the number of turns in the game, not on the length of time the game takes. As it stands now, the system absolutely rewards bots and ropers.
I am at level 38 currently which means I have accumulated 100'600 XP so far. However a big chunk of this XP (approx. 20'000) has come from getting the various achievements done (I spent a bit of time playing stupid meme decks just to get them done, such as dropping a bunch of 1-health tokens and playing Minefield on my own minions...), including a 12-win Duel run, which is worth 11'500 XP alone. As these are one-time XP gains they should not be part of the calculations for the projected XP per week over the next 3 months. So rather than 32'000 XP per week (that will bring me to level 132 at the end of the season) I am more likely to earn 25'000-26'000 XP per week going forwards, which means I will actually end up approx. 25 levels lower (around 105-110)
The conclusion is: if you've already collected most of the XP available through various achievements then the above chart overestimates the amount of gold you are going to earn over the whole expansion. On the other hand, if you haven't collected any of this XP yet, but you fully intend to go for it at some point, then it probably underestimates it by 4-5 levels
Have to laugh at some of the immediate, "you're wrong because I say so" replies to this post.
It just drives people INSANE that they are going to have to wait and see what other opportunities for XP come up before anyone will have any clue where we actually end up on this reward track.
It also drives people bonkers that this reward track is clearly designed to reward folks who actually play the game more often than just once every 3 days to knock out quests. That is striking some folks as terribly unfair.

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
The problem isn't everyone is getting XP per time played now.
The problem is winning is not rewarded properly and this demotivates many people like me. Give us 5 mana instead of 10 gold, but give us something. This is a PvP card game, not Sims. Not rewarding winning in HS properly would make many players lose interest with time.
As I already wrote in another thread - all the Math behind what level is achievable is only one side of the coin. The other is the player motivation. Cutting the gold for wins was a misstep.
I've been watching all the sources possible, including everyone whose anyone's twitter and such.
I don't have some hard and fast promise I can point to, but I would bet real money that the next tweak to the reward system is going to be exactly what you're referring to. Whether it's more xp or a separate source of a small amount of gold, the return of a reward for winning a game is going to come back sooner or later. Hopefully quickly enough to stem some of the discontent.

This math is inaccurate because the achievment xp is non-repeatable as SirJohn said.
In their latest video they are calculating "average xp/level" and "average gold/level" based on xp required to level 150 and gold earned by getting to level 150, but in reality more than 99.99% of the playerbase will not even get close to finish the reward track. They also said that face hunter is the best deck now, while its not even the best hunter deck, and some of the "best deck per class" on their list is also highly questionable (like controllock instead of zoolock).
So their math is disappointing but to be fair I agree with some of their points about the new system.

What's unfair about a 40k reno deck? I used to play a fairly expensive (not sure the dust count, but several legendaries) reno deck, and it wasn't even Tier 1. Expensive does not always mean better.
And you do earn extra XP for a win, so winning is still rewarded. What many of the complainers here seem to be upset about is that they can no longer play a bunch of fast games and earn 100 gold/ day. So they whine about the reward track being unfair, ignoring the fact that the old system was unfair to slower decks FOR YEARS. The old system warped the meta: it made aggro more attractive than it should be (not saying aggro is bad: just that it artificially incentivized aggro at the expense of other types of decks). So where was your concern about fairness back then?
As for not feeling motivated, if you're not motivated to play by the fact that you're likely to earn more gold now than under the previous system, then I don't know what to tell you.
I actually thought that as of right now, you got the same amount of xp for wins and losses. Don't know for sure, but if that's not true, then a bunch of folks have been whining out their ass. It has been claimed many times.

Most likely dissapointed

So, im level 30 right now. (And have 1 WQ awaiting) so...
¿9k-10k gold? ¡Nice! Thats more than usual =)
I like their videos before but now they become cringe and wrong
Would be nice if true, but I'm sceptical.
Lv34 currently. 13k gold would be double what I normally achieve in a season reaching legend every month, normally in standard and wild.
Guess we will see.

You mean 40k dust reno decks are quite fair?

We'll see. It seems they have a hard time adding things and fixing bugs, so maybe for next expansion cycle.
