Play another TCG. I'm not playing HS and Magic anymore because those games became too much competitive with the same fucking decks. Or do as i do, play Steam =)
IMHO, not only do we need yet ANOTHER salt thread, but when you use the r-word, then you know you're "the man" (or "the woman"...I don't want to be sexist here).
I hope that one day I can be as cool as the OP and use the r-word AND the f-word in the same thread!!!
Bullshit class pissing me off. How can 1 class have everything? Paladin and Hunter is always struggling and this BS class is all i face in battle now cause of the easy win turnover rate with that class. And I thought Druid was annoying

Agressive paladin and hunter decks a least have the disavantage of run of the steam, DH BS never happen because the class can draw the entire deck every game, the card draw in the class need to be massively nerfed.
We can deal with value decks never run out of steam but are slow or with fast agressive decks can't keep up after you survive the early game but a fast agressive deck never run out of steam is crazy.
It is so different form other classes. This class feels like some solo content boss.It is like someone who played only solo content designed these cards. And everything synergies together(aka reverse paladin). And 1 mana hero power.Next hero will have 40 hp xd.
The issue is 100% card draw and mana reduction. When your opponent can go from 1card t6 to a full hand and still have playable cards for tempo there's an issue.
In fairness most of their early game is low states and easy to deal with, like you said they just never run out of steam.
The best way to beat them is pressure early by getting the board, however, if war fglaives comes out on T4/5 that's pretty hard to achieve.
I think the reason why we have 65k+ legends is the new ranking system not DH, also I do believe that the class is fine, but some of DH cards should be nerf, and I guess we will have another round of nerfs in a week or two (unless adventure that are coming will bring us new powerful cards)

Not really. You should have seen how many who never got Legend before only got it this tiime around because DH was released in a completely broken state. If you'd remove people from Legend who got it by DH you'd probably get rid of 50% or more players in legend. Even after the nerfs many people who lack the brain capacity to play another deck did it - because it is still strong. This is where the new ladder system comes in, even benefiting them more post nerf.
This is the most ******** and stupid thing team 5 has ever done to the game, they have every fucking mechanic needed in the game :
- Lifesteal on weapons, minions and spells - cost reduction - extreme draw - passive damage on a rare card, better than a legendary ragnaros - extreme aggressive minions - silence (with a draw) - low cost cards - extreme board clears
And the most important thing, all those cards synergies together, like you can put any of them in a deck and they all still perform greatly.
It's just killing the game for all of those that don't play the class, no wonder we have 65k legends this season.
ps : it's the same thing as in World Of Warcraft, the class stupidly OP.
That's exactly the case. When you compare classes every single class is missing something.
DH has every single mechanic there is in the game. You can play it anyhow you want and you'll still pull a good winrate.
That is the problem. You can reach legend with just DH cards That's how good they are. If you ask me one of those mechanics should not be available for DH.
People are going to complain about Demon Hunter and then people will complain about people complaining about Demon Hunter, etc.
Yes, there are too many topics saying basically the same thing but the points being made are valid. The nerfs were a failure because the design philosophy of the class was borked from the start.
Being able to chain massive face damage turns that would make the most abusive hunter and warrior decks of yore blush is not good design. Giving Demon Hunter this ability without ANY OTHER WEAKNESSES is downright incompetent.
The card draw is insane, the mana reduction is insane, the class cards are completely overtuned, etc. It just seems unfathomable how they managed to mess it up so badly.
I'm fine with Demon Hunter being a strong class just so we're clear; but there are decks that feel horrible to lose to because you don't feel like you ever had a chance. This is DH's entire class identity. The card chaining is still broken after the nerfs. Simple as that.
If we take the nerf to Altruis the Outcast as an example you really have to admit that it seems like Team5 don't have a great grasp of what they're doing.
Their logic was that by increasing the mana cost by one the card would be slower and less abusive. But this is obviously not the case. Demon Hunter doesn't care that this card comes down slightly later. They can still chain to their heart's delight while smacking you in the face AND clearing your entire board. It's like they refuse to admit that their design from the start is....well... it's not good. Until they do people are going to be upset getting steamrolled by this class without feeling they had any say in the matter.
It’s annoying to watch him play like 5-7 cards on turn 6 and you sit there watch it all happen for 90 seconds. And then it’s your turn and you just play 1or 2 cards because your class isn’t busted. (except you play rogue galakrond. They are even worse to watch than dh imo)

Are you a child, or a Karen? Pick one.
On topic, Demon Hunter's only issue is their unlimited card draw. When you can make what is essentially a half deck, with the rest being cycle and draw spells, the design space for the class is severely limited. Demon Hunters can draw out their entire deck by turn 10. So any new Demon Hunter cards have to revolve around that fact.

That definitely required another thread! Apart from that, anything new?

ok
You know there's a problem when playing against face hunter feels chill compared to matches against DH...
The class doesn't have much of an identity at the moment. It can board clear, infinite draw, fully heal and smash you into the ground.
Remove at least one of those. I'd say their cars draw cards need addressing.

Their weakness is fatigue and hard removal - Blizzard

Yeah, it doesn't feel like Blizzard put much thought into the class other than making it flashy and cool.
“[Demon Hunters] don’t have much in the way of card generation, but you can run them out of resources,” says Chadd Nervig, game designer on Hearthstone. - https://www.polygon.com/2020/3/16/21181241/hearthstone-ashes-of-outlands-expansion-new-class-demon-hunter
Is this an out of season, april fools joke?
When fatigue is problem for aggro deck you know there is something terribly wrong with class...

Warrior-armour, weapons
Druid- mana cheating/ramp/swarm
Priest-healing/removal/control
Hunter- aggressive/ fast
Rogue- strong early game/lackeys/ combos
Mage- strong spells /board clears/grindy
DH all of the above combined
Paladin and shaman are just meh
So this is going to keep happening.
