For me its a lot like pocket galaxy or necrium apothecary pre-nerf: it wasnt the best deck in terms of win rate, but it surely created a bad experience for the enemy player.
Its just that when it lands it takes the fun out of the game a little. And i also agree that its most popular deck right now... it sucks even more having to face a bunch of them in a row, specially if you are playing with an unfavorable deck against it.
So you need to choose which deck you hate and stick with that - because complaining about one deck and then complaining about the deck that actually directly counters and beats it is a little illogical at best.
Wow you really are butthurt. People have presented loads of arguments but you're so fucking stuck on beeing right that it doesn't matter what people say to you.
Embiggen is strong, sure, but it isn't broken like galakrond shaman was or a plethora of other decks in the past. It has a high winrate on HSreplay because people who actually contribute to there is netdecking super hard and once something is on top, everyone plays it. It means very little.
I have a positive win rate against it with most decks. If you hate it so much, why don't you tech for it? You seem like you want your decks to be good against it jut you refuse to put in the tech cards against it.
And your attitude is fucking ass. Go back, practice some more, and get back here with a better argument than the one you're trying to make.
How u play embiggen and after that a cost 2? If u play embiggen the cost will be 3, "oh but u can use coin"; Ok u will need get lucky on 50% coin flip, start with embiggen and after topdeck a cost 2+1 (if u play embiggen hsreplay, have 4 minions drop 2).
Why u dont talk about quest rogue turn 2? Quest turn 1, turn 2 licensed adventurer, shadowstep, 3 coins (2 from adventurer 1 from coin flip), edwin 12/12 turn 2
It is one thing to make a salty thread for every single card or deck you dislike, it is another thing all-together to then not find any of the posted valid comments worthy of discussion. You just want to be angry at a game you should probably stop playing, and when people try to reason with you, you get angry at them. If you open up a thread, it's to discuss something, right? If your only desire is to simply state things as so-called facts, that are not to be questioned by anyone else, take it to Twitter like the rest of the immature babies.
Why are crying man-childs like this allowed to poison a forum like Hearthpwn for so long?

Yes, some decks are capable of doing absurd plays turn 2/3 with godlike RNG. Mostly Rogues - with Backsteps, Shadowstep, Edwin for example. Or with lackeys summoning 4/4 or 2/6 taunt. You can even get 8/8 turn 3 (coin, miscreant, witchy lackey miscreant into nozdormu). And as they have tons of refills the "shitstorm coming" is valid as well. Druid is not even close to Rogue in what can be achieved early with luck.
But if it’s turn 2 they can’t play evasive or tol’vir because after playing embiggen they would cost 3 so i don’t get why you are only talking about turn 2 removals you should consider turn 3 too. Btw, i don’t think embiggen alone is the problem, it is embiggen together with mana cheating. A turn 3 5/4 is good but you can answer.
Oh wait, Zoolock has been capable to perform pretty powerful openings since beta. Guess we should nerf Flame Imp ASAP just to prevent people like you acting like a butthurt kid.
So you need to choose which deck you hate and stick with that - because complaining about one deck and then complaining about the deck that actually directly counters and beats it is a little illogical at best.
Why do people keep talking about the deck? This thread is about a card, embiggen, not the deck.
The deck is not too op cause of the possible bad draws, but embiggen and breath of dreams are certainly strong in a vacuum.
The problem with these highroll decks is the polarizing nature. If the druid has the right opening hand, then most decks just don’t have enough answers to keep up leading to a very high winrate. It simply is unfun to lose to opponent having a good mulligan. I played the deck myself and it doesn’t even feel good winning like that.
games between tier 1-3 decks should not feel like you are helpless. If a deck can highroll enough to invalidate another strong deck then it certainly should be made less consistent so it won’t itself have as much power outside the highroll.
so yeah.. Embiggen is unfair if in mulligan, maybe breath of dreams is even worse. But the deck is very beatable and seems to be declining in popularity
If they say they test something intern before release I would laugh at Blizzard. Even though they hired former pro players the release of Galakronds Awakening and Descent of Dragons is a full blown disaster. There are so many stupid powercreeps and combos combined with a lot of aggro that this game is well deserved in the worst state of it's history so far.
Do they even test any more? I get the idea their group of testers are a bunch of undergrads that really don't have time to play the game because every expansion brings out some broken ridiculous crap that made it past "the testers".
No, they don't test any more? Why? Because it's hard to properly test many cards and also work on new expansions that are released frequently. Also, we have proven Blizzard that we are willing to play HS and give them money even when only one class was competitive, the others were for decoration. Plus, some cards are intentionally broken in order to sell packs.
And players like me that play decks THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO have to suffer because after how many years Team 5 still hasn't learned how to balance and are too proud and lazy to patch.
Do you think Blizzard cares if players are suffering from playing HS? If it's profitable, then let them suffer.
Now look naive and tell me I'm wrong, Hearthpwn...
Because you know that I am not.
You're not wrong, but Blizzard doesn't care if you're right. If they're going to make changes, it's not because you and a million others were right. Oh no, it's because they know those changes are profitable.

Ironically, your complaints about this sidequest:
https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/general-discussion/240212-nerf-that-sidequest
relate to a deck which is specifically geared to beating this very deck you are complaining about here.
So you need to choose which deck you hate and stick with that - because complaining about one deck and then complaining about the deck that actually directly counters and beats it is a little illogical at best.

Am I missing something or Injured Tolvir cost 3 after Embiggen?
You're probably the guy who went full tilt back when Druid opened Innervate into Vicious Fledgling.
Oh wait, Zoolock has been capable to perform pretty powerful openings since beta. Guess we should nerf Flame Imp ASAP just to prevent people like you acting like a butthurt kid.
how true is this ;) i knight you good sir

At least there is Runetera.
Do you even play the game ? Remember that at the beginning, droods had Innervate into Yeti ? That was already a turn 2 4/5, and it was years ago...
You got crapped on it happens. You can't fight luck mate.
Unnerfed innervate + coin = turn 1 yeti..
i might have seen this, maybe 10 years ago or so..
Yeah, a toast!
