Post your unfair encounters with bosses in your Uldum adventures.
I'll start:
Boss with stealth while having a weapon equipped; equipping 0/3 priest weapon staying stealth for the rest of the game, - while shuffling cards into his deck to prevent him from fatiguing........ Srsly?
Squeamlish: I've only beat her once. She is token druid if they were allowed a double health pool and triple the token generation. Miserably unfun to face.
Sazin is big priest and big shaman combined when they don't get bad draws, which is rare.
Jolene Knottley feels super bad to face if you've built around spells, since she copies yours at random and gets a discount.
Those are my top three (that I've run into so far) that were utterly miserable to face. Extremely frustrating, and consistently so.
Honorable Mentions (frustrating but simple if you don't get steamrolled): Ozara (ridiculous minion generation while overloading) and Illidara Sunsdawn (another board spam + buff combo that demands you stay on the board and control it for half the match before you can win)

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
I've tried several different combinations of heroes and deck builds and none of them seem really effective. He's just a grind in the worst sense of that term.
I faced Jolene with a Vanish in hand and that match was completely unwinnable since she copied it about 5+times lol. The wing 3 plague boss phase 2 is just beyond insane to me, giant deathrattles and way to many sylvanis, deathrattle destroy a random enemy, and Nzoths. The ones that get on the board fast that the commenter above mentioned are the ones that make drafting a control deck strong enough for the boss very difficult.

Got to get lucky having removal (preferrably Entomb) for his Sylvanas as soon as she is summoned... I had a lot of luck with the +1hp and Taunt Ring with a First Aid kit.... stack a bunch of ancestral tigers during reborn phase and then hit him with Hakkar ... his first form is pretty ridiculous though, anything after that was pretty lack luster
So far I've been most unlucky vs Heroic Mr. Chu - he just seems to get the immunity with fools bane or a buff weapon and +5 armor per attack stacked way too fast.
AND
Dire Bat, but only when Dire bat is on turn 3 - no problem facing him on 4 or 2 ... just end up getting over whelmed trying to keep board control, while out damaging his hero power heal, and then deal with double Frenzied charge hounds

Yeah been the same for me, I had my best run at him this morning with Reno again, it is my 6th or so attempt and I got him down to 73 atm in the end it was a combo of corrupted bloods and his 3 damage to all enemies that got me, next run he is friggin toast! glhf

Are we talking on normal or heroic mode? I guess I had lucky. Bob gave me his deck of wonders and I beat all the run (normal) on third attempt, also Xatman on my first attempt (the first two runs I don't even get to the last boss). On heroic tho, I imagne it will be much, much harder.

i've had a game against him, that lasted over an hour. i could beat him by getting Malorne and Lucentbark from the Eternal Tomb and he got Anubarak, which he played every turn and so he burned every turn a card, because i killed him every turn with my malorne. i had the minions have rush passive and battlecries trigger twice. played as finley with truesilver lance and bubble blower heropower

I just spent an hour dropping him from 300 to 88 in heroic. I had a similar experience, but I used Elise. I ended up having to concede because He filled my board with Lucentbarks while he got 6 Tirions, 4 Sylvanus, and idk how many Hadronox from his eternal tomb token.
I now understand why everyone hates this boss so much. I thought he was annoying in normal mode, but heroic is awful. He's control, but without any of the penalties: massive health pool, built in hand reload at 200 and 100 health, 3+ copies of board wipes, multiple copies of revives, tons of healing buffs and taunts. I can't wait to be done with this guy

It was in normal mode I finally finished him off with Reno and have switched to Finley, the difference in power from my Reno runs and Finley is amazing I have steamrolled through 7 bosses already and finished each game by turn 7 or earlier, Truesilver Lance with a mech centric deck (hello zap-o-matic with annoy o modules and snip snap) makes a marked difference, but that aside Xatma is just a pain in the arse plain and simple, but it was a blast albeit frustrating at times just have to keep at it, cheers and GLHF!
Healing 20 damage a turn.... my god. I found out about how to swap her phalactary near the end but there was no way ahead of time to know how that works. They way her original hero power is stated I assumed I needed to kill swarms of monsters but they never showed. Her deck is crazy good. They only reason I beat her was because my deck was a monster. I did more damage to her than to a plague lord and beat her with 1 health. The only reason I killed her was because of corrupt bloods from a Hakkar spawned from the tomb. Now I know the strat to beat her but it was so damn frustrating at the time.

This. He just seems so far above the other two plague lords in terms of difficulty. The other ones I can usually deal 150-200 damage in a run on heroic, and sometimes one shot them. But this guy I deal like 50 damage before he snowballs out of control and I'm forced to concede.
Vs Sothis, the guy that summons two Mogu Cultists as hero power. I'm doing SO well in this run, I have VIP Membership and Flo Slatebrand as treasures, and i have copied her, and have like 5 copies of her which are 8/8 :P Anyways, as i'm doing pretty fine against this boss, he suddenly pulled out 7 Mogu Cultists out of nowhere and formed Highkeeper Ra. All my minions died, and as if it was not enough, since there was that "madness" plague was on, he attacked my face also. I was down from 40 health to 0 in 2 seconds. Like, the hell? :D
Honestly, not really unfair but just unlucky on my part.
Murloc plague boss.
I have him at 21 hp. Mine is 47. And a single taunt.
He plays card to summon 5 murlocks. Summons murloc oracle 3 old murk eyes and warleader, Adds murlock warleader and another murkeye minnion. OTKs past 47 hp and taunt. Considering I had full board of murlocks except 3/7 taunt, felt damn unfair.

Illidara Sunsdawn is the only boss on normal to beat me so far, twice. She just snowballs on turn 1-2 and wins more from there.

Squeamish snowballs stupid fast if you get her on boss #7 with her bonus mana.

My least favorite next to the plague Lord himself has to be Dire Bat, some of the Hero powers on these guys can be frustrating for sure.

Sazin: Turn two exchanged his turn one minion with Y'Shaarj... I was dead from 45 2 turns later.
