I don’t agree with the OP on Bomb Warrior needing a nerf, however, Iksar was on the latest Omni Stone episode and they asked about this very issue. They have already considered making a change like to not count things shuffled in by your opponent, but would prefer to not do that as things like Weasels, Candles, Ambushers, etc have always been a way to counter these types of effects. They are waiting to see how it goes before they take hard action in regards to the bombs and no duplicates effects.
But those past counters were weak decks that could never survive in a meta except as counters.
Bomb Warrior is, in and of itself, a very strong deck, even without easy prey like singleton decks.
If people try to play singleton decks, it will only make Bomb Warrior stronger. But maybe that's a good thing -- Blizz will be forced to follow through and nerf it somehow.
I'm very much opposed to them changing the singleton rules, though. They should just kill Dr. Boom and be done with it.

Just release a 2 manas 2/3 battlecry "If your deck don't have duplicates STEAL a hero card from opponent deck or hand" and all be solved.

Blizz said a few days ago they were "watching" bomb warrior due to it's power level and forcing highlander decks out of the meta. They want to wait and see what the meta is like after the expansion is released before nerfs, including to Barnes in wild.
Man, this brings me back to the days, when people complained there is no counter to highlander. Now there is a counter in the meta (not neutral, just one deck) and people are angry, too. Must be hard to be blizzsometimes.

People have complained about Raza priest because it was overpowered as hell. Now blizz wants to resurrect the highlander decks when there is a pretty strong meta-deck that naturally counters it. I think the complaints are reasonable.
w/o a bomb warrior nerf insight, I spent my July/August videogame money on The Division 2. Guess now I know why Brode left this sinking design ship.
People can say salt this, salt that, but I'm not mad. I just don't care about this poor game design to keep spending boatloads of money on it. I'm not whaling anymore, period. Maybe I F2P it but I doubt it, this game just isn't fun and no change in the future. And even if there was, the next op net deck would present the same stagnating issues.
That's weird, I spent my July not losing to bomb warrior.

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.

Yes, Brode realized that without the $3 you normally spend on the game Blizzard would go bankrupt. Congrats. You figured it out.
