It does not matter which mode, the dev team completely fucked up.
We don't even have to speak about the demon hunter anymore, makes no sense.
But so many cards of this new set are so fucking Unhealthy for arena and yet they are very common.
Is the dev team from the last two expansions completely on crack all the time? Beyond insanity.

Hear a deck is good in this meta. Try it, was passable last few days of last season. Literally all but one match against priests this season. Deck literally cannot beat resurrect priest, even with god draws. Beat the only nonpriest after major misplays by the opp, got shafted by draws on the only non-res priest (Scrap shots were literally cards 26 and 28, by which time I was dead and dropping a tracking just to see what happed to them.
That's two seasons with the new system, two seasons where I've gone from a decent winrate to 6+ losses on the trot. Good system, honest. Why the fudge they had to put in the 'bonus stars mean you match ignoring rank, MMR only, but we switch over after that!', I have no clue. I still hold that's a bad facet of the system.
If you need to play Tier 1 meta decks in Casual to feel good about yourself, I feel really sorry for you.

I lost my last 3 games against mage each time because of this card. Last game the mage had only 3 cards in hand and 2 Boulderfist Ogres from Power of Creation on board and had 12 HP remaining.I had a solid board, could handle his Ogres and lots of cards in hand.
He proceeds and plays his Hail Mary card which first buffs his Ogres with Gift of the Wild now 8/9 taunts. After that he gets another 8 mana druid spell...The Forests Aid, then he clears 2 of my minions and gets a fucking Inner Demon +8 attack for his hero. Opponent finishes his super fun box with a Grave Rune not on any of my remaining minions, nor on one of his 5 2/2s, no it lands on his Boulderfist Ogre of course. Not a single spell to his disadvantage by the way.
He went face with his +8 attack and brought me down to 10 HP.I would have been able to clear his 2/2s and even both his buffed taunted Ogres, but not the fucking 2 resurrect cancer copies. No taunt or life steal in hand...game over
Puzzle Box is such a stupid card, pretty much the icing of this RNG casino high roll clown fiesta meta. And this RNG thing is not random at all, I would bet money on it.
Haha it’s not random. It’s always when the player is fucked that they 99.9 percent of the time get the PERFECT card. Even more so if they’re being dominated. And even more so if they haven’t done shit the whole game. Things that should happen maybe at best one out of a hundred games basically happens every single game.
I'd rather try getting a lucky draw with Rogue to beat the shit out of a DH rather than auto conceding every game because it is unwinable with other decks. But yeah I know, you're probably one of the "DH is fine" guys.

So... Rogue and DH are too overpowered. And every single mindless player is playing it. Infinite value for Rogue, Infinite draw for DH. They can play alone...is just one-sided. I don't want to play to give my opponent some amusement, I want a chance to win.
I have no words... this is by far the worst moment of this game.
After playing for a couple of days at diamond I can tell it without any regret... Team 5 ruined the game.

After playing since beta... I really say Goodbye. It was fun ...sometimes but in the last two years this game went under the level of decency about balancing.

VS Murloc Paladin. Cleared his board, ran him out of resources. He's at empty field, empty hand , in 100% topdeck mode. I am at 1 (!) HP. Next turn I would stabilize. Just needed him not to draw one of two weapons he still had in the deck (I assume he was running Truesilver). Anything else would be fine. Any other card out of, I don't know, 16-18 would give me a 100% guaranteed win.
He draws a weapon - having no board and no hand - goes for face and wins.
For the entire "game" he was going only face. Didn't trade a single time.
So...spoiler alert: an aggro deck was played correctly and didn't make a mistake of trading instead of doing its one and only job?

That dh "ignore taunt LUL" card is such a horrid idea. If an opponent is stupid enough to commit a board full of 2/1 into spreading plague he should be punished for it rather than top deck that annoying thing. I didn't lose the game because of it but boy was that really annoying. "we don't want charge in the game, except for this class that'll make everyone else their bitches, they can have charge and go face even if there's taunt, sounds fair and square". ActivisionBlizzard is populated by pranets.
Look, I know that Rogue secret is Bamboozle. I'm attacking into it anyhow since I've got a Flamereaper and with that and my hero power, I'll kill the Toggwaggle sitting next to that Lackey. It's a five attack weapon, and I don't mind taking the, what, 3 or 4 damage that'll show up from a 4-drop.
But like, it *HAD* to turn into Nozdormu the Timeless, didn't it.
