I found this art, and it was perfect. But I had a tough time fitting a good effect in.

It is so difficult to find art for the new tribes because all the art is either in-game images or crappy sketches (actually a lot of the sketches are really good, but shut up).
I have a question: would an effect that works somewhat like MtG's Storm count for the second challenge? It can cast a card for a second time, but also a third, and a fourth...

I think it would be fine, but i'm not a mod. Just to be sure, why not make it re-cast only once? That would be doubling it.
So i played in photoshop a biy and improved my card art. Tell me what you think about Ambush. I wasn't sure wether to make it 'give a minion stealth' or'give the next minion you play'. I went for the second one because it would have been to similar to Blessed Champion. In case it's not clear, if the.minion would re-enter stealth, his attack would double again when it attacks.
Do you think people will think the ambush art depics a sethrak? It doesn't, it's an argonian from elder scrolls. Should i change it just to be sure? I really liked the colours and the lights.
The wording on this feels a little awkward but at the same time I'm not sure there's a way to fix it while keeping the effect intact

I borrowed the wording from Corpsetaker. Now it affects all your minions. As an example, if you havr a wisp, a penguin and a healing totem, the wisp gets +2/+2 and the penguin and totem get +1/+1. Is 5 mana ok for this? I feel like 6 would be better, but having many minions of different tribes is often almost impossible.
@Noah_McGrath - The way I see it, you had Everyfin is Awesome from League of Explorers. With two Murlocs, you're looking at +2/+2 to all minions for 5 mana, for even cheaper if you had more Murlocs, and Murlocs tend to be very easy to play. For Friendship Celebration, Primalfin Totem and the Murloc it spawns surviving for one turn activates it for that same power level and mana cost, and that requires two weak minions sticking around. You get +3/+3 if you run an Elemental as well, and then from there Shaman deckbuilding becomes a lot more challenging to fit more tribes into their deck.

Unless Nightmare Amalgam causes this card to trigger for each and every one of its "types," in which case HOO BOY, 8 mana give all your minions except Nightmare Amalgam +7-8/+7-8

I forgot about that stupid card. Well here are a couple of ideas i've got for friendship celebration. The art is the same as before, i just got lazy to add it.

I don't know. You'd think that 2 comunities of custom card creation would have more than 2 pages of submissions after 4 days.
Maybe having to make 2 cards with some quite specific restrictions was more than some people were willing to try
Yeah. They're quite difficult restrictions to work with. It's hard to have an extremely inventive or exciting idea that features Stealth, Doubling, weirdraceguys, AND celebrate about it.
