Lore: The city of Dalaran was Azeroth's center of magical knowledge until it was destroyed by the Burning Legion. Afterward, mages returned to Dalaran's ruins to rebuild the city to its former glory.
Most Minion Mages run a few spells anyway; this card makes players consider more carefully how many spells they want. It can generate game-changing card advantage, but at the cost of some valuable tools and fatigue risk.
The card itself does nothing during the game (which is the downside). But it allows you to include powerful/synergistic non-legendary class cards from 1 other class when you build the Priest/??? deck.
A legendary spell for Shaman and a part of his Spell OTK. Point is to return Control Shaman and add a powerful OTK
combo
to his cheap spells. Imagine this with the new 3 mana Shaman legendary that double casts a spell, the OTK with this card might be over 30 damage if you kill 4-5+ creeps with this spell. The balance of the card is with the opponent playing around this card but being a t 8 you can throw in 2, 1 cost minions.

No wonder if your minions don't like you.
Lorewalker Cho Boss' ability. Once your board is empty, spell wears off. Opens up a lot of late game options especially against opponents who want to ignore the board and just go face. Would also be very powerful in a fatigue priest. Unusual, hard to clear cards like
Splitting Festeroot
could finally see a daylight.

"Floop found it so cute at first... Only at first."
Synergy with Treants, and the cost 6 makes impossible to use it and then immediately clean the opponent's treants with Starfall. Also, it follows the idea of the legendary spells of being a dangerous power, that might be a bad idea for the user (like giving minions to your opponent).

Renounce for neutrals.

May your nets always be full! 🎣
Ever get that feeling of déjà vu?
Do note that this DOESN'T say "cast copies of all spells in your deck" so spells in your deck are lost (like Grand Archivist )
Also, the spells will overload you as normal, which can lead to some interesting Snowfury Giant clown fiestas.
EDIT: Cost bumped by (2) for design space reasons.
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Secret mage on drugs
"Made of metal and mind."

Lets say The lich king, Medivh, the Guardian and Ysera is destroyed this way, Chef mech would get The lich kings Attack and Yseras health.
Spoiler shows how Chef Mech then looks like
Attack shout: Dinner is served
Well played, or was it rng?
Forbearance? You must be new here.
