Can't wait to see what you come up with for the next expansion! :D
Same here. No doubt though that Rastakhan's Brawl will probably be one of the hardest ones to design in terms of flavor because I would need to make my own original Loa, troll champion and spirit to fit the Loa.
EDIT: I suppose I may post the custom emotes I made though to keep the spirit of the reveal season.
Well I actually had an idea at one point to use your opening hand as a mechanic, but I wasn't sure how to implement it. I guess Team 5 already has me covered. At first glance though, I actually do like this effect because it brings some strategy into your mulligan, although it does favor going second.

I was going to wait for the reveal season to start before posting these, but I'm too impatient. I know emotes are generally not a very well liked part about the game, but I thought it would be fun to make, and I already had them made.

Normally I would've waited until Rastakhan's Rumble was out for a while before I made my custom set, like I did with The Boomsday Project. Here though, I pretty much had all of my ideas. I'm jumping the gun a bit, but I'm excited at the same time.
So, here is Rastakhan's Rumble.
In Rastakhan's Rumble, you are in charge of a new team: Tharon'ja's Serpents, championed by Sul the Sandcrawler. When you have so much time control ability, you have many ways to win. Introduced in this set is something quite rare for Time Traveler: a proper win condition. Up until now, most Time Traveler decks have relied on simply out-valuing your opponent. In the Gurubashi Arena, you have a way to win in form of Tharon'ja the Serpent.
This set is very WoW based. This is very unusual for Time Traveler, which normally is mostly original to Hearthstone with tidbits of WoW sprinkled in.

Additional Information:
Effects that give you new Hero Powers typically say the effect of the Hero Power on the card instead of the name of the Hero Power. In the case of Vortex Shift though, Parallel Dimensions is a very distinst collectable card, so I thought it was appropriate.
If two or more of last 3 cards you played this game are same card, Peerings of the Past will dig deeper until it finds 3 unique cards in order of when you played them.
Shoutout to thepowrofcheese: Two of these cards originate from his Chronomancer class: Delayed Reaction and Arch Rivals. Names and artwork differ.

Hey, love the new cards! Great job! Tharon'ja's win condition is really interesting and I'd love to play around with that.
I decided to write some flavor text as well, because why not:
Spells:
Delayed Reaction: Amazingly, it's like they always have a Deathrattle to play next.
Arch Rivals: My jaws that bite! My claws that ca- My jaws that bite! My claws that ca- My jaws that bite! My claws that ca-
Chronoblast: The most shocking blast is how a Murloc can perform this spell!
Peerings of the Past: The hardest part is that you can only choose one.
Vortex Shift: Sometimes, you just have to visit different dimensions. It's a nice change of pace.
Minions:
Zandalari Illusionist: You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot use illusions in the arena, Zyluat. Play: "Now you see me..." Attack: "Now you FALL!"
Dark Troll Overseer: "That's a good win condition you have there, would be a shame if someone pushed it to the end of your deck." Play: "I can see what you be hiding." Attack: "SHOW ME!"
Spirit of the Serpent: Ironically, it's usually the first one to die. Play: *Serpent noises*
Sul the Sandcrawler: He's a bit sad, since he's only been used for card-drawing spells lately. Play: "Da black sands be with me." Attack: "Your sand has run out!"
Tharon'ja, the Serpent: Death only brings more death. That's science. Play: "Everything ends with a flap of my wings." Attack: "No more time left." Death 1: "I fly in eternity..." Death 2: "Once more..." Death 3: "My fate..." Death 4: "Until then..." Death 5: "Mortality is a sickness."

Updated with the Rumble Run cards. Very early again I realize, but I'll take any excuse to make things for this class. That and a lot of the Rumble Run cards were very simple on paper and don't seem to rely on knowing some strange hidden thing in Rumble Run, so I thought I would take my chance.
Rumble Run
As Rikkar steps into the Arena, he has pledged himself to Tharon'ja and his team. Who can blame him to be honest? All the cards and power you get seem really cool (*wink, wink*). Victory will overthrow Sul the Sandcrawler as his champion. It's up to you (playing as Rikkar) to win. After his own prophet murdered him behind his back, Tharon'ja has wanted someone new to take that spot for a while.
Sample cards
The full list:
The Shrines
The minions:
Additional Information:
The "won't trigger this" on Tharon'ja's Soul simply means that cards created by it will not trigger itself, and thus will not infinitely loop the effect over and over.
Like with Gilnean Timekeeper, Quick-Time cards in your hand will gain the Cost reduction of Time Portal even if their Quick-Time effects are no longer active. The effect that activates their effects twice however will have no effect if their Quick-Time effects are not active.
Whilst your opponent's hand is visible with Dimension Controller, mouse over the cards in their hand to view them like you would in your own hand.
Trivia: Tharon'ja's Soul depicts a Dragon inside Dragon Soul, thus having "soul" in the name and an effect that relates to spells.
I know it seems weird to have a non-Warlock class Demon, but then you remember that Serpent Ward debuted in this expansion as a Neutral Totem when they're supposed to be a Shaman exclusive thing (no, Nightmare Amalgam doesn't count) and absolutely anyone would tell you that. Comparatively, Neutral Demons have been in the game since the very beginning (Illidan Stormrage).
Something that I noticed is that some of the class-specific Rumble Run cards are very similar to others from other classes, so I was able to naturally fit this along with the other Rumble Run cards and it also allowed me to use them as a source of balance. For instance:
I also noticed that quite a few of those cards (the Shrines in particular) have synergy with the class Loa, as well as also synergizing really well with each other, so I tried to do that as well.

Update! Now added all of the Dungeon Run buckets and starting deck for this class. I'm not a deckbuilder, so critique as you see fit.
I make no guarantee that the buckets are great either, and may well be expanded in the future. As a K&C mode, there are no cards after K&C present anywhere.
Currently in the process of doing the same thing for Rumble Run.

Dungeon Run card bundle changes:
Doomcaller is now available in the Cult of C'Thun bundle.
Volatile Elemental and Tol'vir Stoneshaper are now available in the Elementals bundle (and are also available in the Elementals bundle in Rumble Run as well).
Been There and Done That are now available in the Copy bundle (and are also available in the Elementals bundle in Rumble Run as well).
Wandering Timemage now just called Timemage, but otherwise unchanged. Effect now fits in 3 lines, woo!
Levels when Basic cards are unlocked are now given.
I've also thought about making Docs for a bunch of the cards and ideas about the class, effectively having my own encyclopedia of the class. I could do that in this thread, but this method makes everything a lot easier to read and better organized. If one wants to know more about a certain card or aspect of the class, they can find it. Let me know what you think about this idea. If I get good feedback, I'll probably do this.
I've had a number of updates thought out. At some point, I would like to have custom decklists, but I'm not much of a deck builder. I'm also thinking about getting this class on Spellsource. I know nothing about coding (so I'd need someone else to do it for me), but I'm not sure if it's possible because some cards, even just the Hero Power, might not be possible to code in. It also might turn out in Spellsource that this class is actually extremely OP or UP, so I'm worried about that. When it comes to custom classes, you can't really tell. It's like how we get several cards wrong every time a new expansion comes out.
EDIT: After thinking about it, I maybe won't do that Docs thing. Writing out strategies for most cards is fine, but then you have cards like Portalwraith. There's not really much strategy to write about when it comes to that little guy.
So, I've decided that it's unlikely that I'll do that Docs thing. This is for a few reasons. Number 1 is that I can't write a coherent strategy section for every card. Look at Portal Wraith for example.
You think I can write a coherent strategy section with this guy?
Another reason though is we can't actually playtest these cards, so I can't write something like "[X] is a great option for...", because it all reality, we don't know how good all of these cards are without the ability to playtest them. One other thing is that I don't want to self-praise too much. Another is formatting. Ideally, this would be better if a piece was just one, long, infinitely continuous page. Unfortunately, I cannot do that.
But I'll give you an idea as to what I wanted to do with this: (Gone now)
I would at some point also like to get an Art Gallery, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. That is unless I just want to make a post about it or weave it into the OP.
Thomas himself now has flavor text too:
“Thomas is a master at chronomancy and time travel. In the future, Hearthstone is played on motorcycles.”
With the current news released, it looks like Rocket Dog will be rotating out of Standard shortly. Will they still be considered part of The Witchwood, or what? Will there be replacement cards?
It will also be sad to see Unlock the Rift (for me at least) and Eternos the Time Lord go, but they served their time.

Blizzard's ripping your designs off, confirmed.
I just realized how eerily similar Sul the Sandcrawler ended up being, to Krag'wa the Frog.
Both are 6 mana 4/6 that allow you to cast your spells multiple times. The way both cards accomplish that though is a little bit different.
I suppose this is what I get for jumping the gun on making my RR cards. Dammit Blizzard.
