The Shadow Dealer is way to good you get an upside that always triggers just for paying blizzard for packs and even the body is good
Maybe make it have an Odd Even Restriction
There will be many games where The Shadow Dealer is a slightly better 1 mana 2/2, and on board, it's just a vanilla 1 mana 2/2, unlike Mistress of Mixtures. If you already get a good hand, the effect isn't very relevant. It's even possible that after you take your extra mulligan, you'll have a hand worse than your initial mulligan. I think it's fine.
you dont mulligan your good cards or do you mean you shuffe all your hand into your deck and draw that many cards

No, the second mulligan from The Shadow Dealer works just like your initial mulligan before the game starts.

The idea sounds good. The Hero Power seems a bit busted though. I think the 3 cards version should be the upgraded Hero Power, and the regular one would be a bit more fair if it's only for the top 2 cards.

When I originally started making the class for the last class competition, people actually said it was underpowered at 2, so then I made it 3. Despite the tactical advantage, the Hero Power doesn't have any immediate impact on the board unlike all of the other basic Hero Powers. It can only have kind of a pseudo-immediate impact on the board if you combine it with card draw or effects that rely on the top card of your deck.

So, I just noticed a huge problem with Crystal Phoenix. The Temporal Loop spell cards could result in an infinite turn by just repeatedly going Crystal Phoenix > Temporal Loop > Crystal Phoenix > Temporal Loop > repeat > repeat over and over. Some other crazy card combinations would also probably make this possible.
Simple fix though: Now the Temporal Loop spell cards specifically do not reset the turn timer (It would however be able to pause the timer as the animation is going on.), preventing any abuse like this. It would still be possible to do this, but now it wouldn't make unwinnable games. It would just be used by trolls. Generating copies of cards is a huge theme for Time Traveler, so it's possible that Crystal Phoenix may be more problematic than I thought. One other fix could be replacing your Hero Power with Temporal Loop just like in Monster Hunt, which would almost completely remove abuse altogether... almost.
Still maintains the same amount of utility because of one of the greatest aspects of Time Traveler is the ability to plan out future turns in advance with the Hero Power, and generally when you would restart your turn, you already have your play figured out anyway.

I was originally going to wait until I had everything completed, but it'll take a while and I'm too tempted to post it now.
The Naxxramas card has changed from Lost Souls to Rapid Necromancy. This changing was largely because the old card was just a worse version of a card in the GvG set.
And now I have Goblins Vs. Gnomes up.
I may have made Chicken Transmutator a little bit too powerful. Sally Fizzlespark also might be pretty strong, but I don't think it'll be too over the top.

Astral Djinn is now an Elemental and has a mana nerf, since I felt like it was too powerful. Artwork is also centered better.
I found artwork for the Spellstone, although it's still not great because no extra Spellstone art exists. I ended up having to use the same artwork for all 3 stages.
Blackrock Mountain is also added.
You may ask why I didn't use "cast this again" for Time Continuum like Spreading Plague or Defile. I like to think of "cast this again" as a KotFT thing. If Team 5 made other cards in the past with this effect, would they replace the text with "cast this again"? I don't know. Sometimes they retroactively change stuff. Sometimes they don't. Lord Godfrey does also exist which came after, so that counts for something I guess.

Welp, here it is. TGT and LoE are completed, meaning this class is officially complete up to The Witchwood.
The Grand Tournament
League of Explorers
Also, a few extra card changes:
Dust Typhoon has now been changed, so the wording matches with Shooting Star.
Wandering Timemage now changed to be consistent with Pogo-Hopper, although maybe I should use the original wording so people know that I made this before Pogo-Hopper. Ah, whatever. They'll figure it out.
Sally Fizzlespark has also now been changed so the Cost-changing effects change the Costs by 1 instead of 2. I felt that it was too swingy at 2.
I'll probably spend some time to improve the presentation of the original post.

After a month, The Boomsday Project is finally completed.
Time Travelers in The Boomsday Project study in the field of portal, wormholes, rifts, and (of course) time science. Their whole field is lead by Sarax, Rift Creator. Nobody at the labs knows exactly what he is, but he's the one who creates all of the rifts, and he seems to do a really good job at that.
Worth mentioning that I used the original artwork for Omega Defender (before it was changed pre-release) for an Omega card. I intentionally made it a Mech to troll Team 5. Unfortunately it doesn't really fit the card that well, but making custom Omega cards is a pain in the ass when there's literally no custom artwork out there for it.
Token from Sarax's Emergency Rift
Although Clockwork Soul might look extremely powerful at first glance, I think it's pretty much balanced when compared to Ethereal Peddler and Leyline Manipulator.

I just finished flavor text for Witchwood and Boomsday, although I just realized I still have flavor text for Naxx up to LoE.
The Witchwood
They often become Zenyatta mains.
Maybe she would see a brighter future in everyone if she didn't focus on the darkness so much.
I thought dawn was supposed to be at 6 AM.
You see a cloak, but I see... just a cloak.
Genn is too lazy to figure out when the next full moon is.
Hot dog!!!
What last damage?
That must be a pretty expensive pet.
Always deals 22.
Let's get it wrong this time!
The Boomsday Project
Wait. When is this project due again?
Someone forgot to close the portal machine again. Probably Sarax.
Blue portal here. Orange portal here. Voila!
Dodge this!
When you shoot A1 and A7 at the same time.
Omegas always lead over Alphas, Betas, and Gammas.
They spin and they suck. That's about all I got.
There was me, that is Sarax, and my three friends, that is Flark, Kangor, and Boom, and we sat in the Boomsday Lab trying to make up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening.
"Only for emergencies" he says, yet he uses it to cheat at Hearthstone.
He always remembers to use Glimpse first.
EDIT: So I actually just now finished the flavor texts for Naxx to LoE.
Naxx
If you were dead for one second, were you really dead though?
Goblins vs Gnomes
By "the future", they mean October 21st 2015.
Slime is complimentary for the Azerodeon Kids' Choice Awards. This year's host: Ragnaros the Firelord.
Go ahead. Try to cast that Pyroblast!
People who try to fight him are literally chickens.
Because gnomes were tired of fighting Rogues with Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
Everyone has an evil twin. Don't you know?
It's all mine!
Screws up the mind.
Blackrock Mountain
Duro. Minion cardo!
When suddenly your vision starts wobbling and you see the past.
The Grand Tournament
It's 12:03 and I was supposed to arrive at 12:02.
She melted all of her third place bronze trophies into a bronze suit to become the Bronze Guardian.
It was after the third consecutive meteor storm on the tournament grounds, that the manager started to get suspicious.
Even a nanosecond before the competition starts and she'll penalize you.
I hope you didn't need those cards.
His third eye is on his hand.
She just keeps coming back... and back... and back... and back.
It's Deathwing versus Deathwing! This will be a match for the ages. Provided the whole crowd doesn't die during the match.
Think you can rely on perfectly top-decking a Fireball when your opponent has 6 Health? Think again.
League of Explorers
We still have yet to discover if the moon is made of cheese or not.
You have to wonder what he's doing with all of that sand.
If you think she has too many watches, she has a literal "watchdog" named Tock.
I might add these to the original post at some point.
Update: I've now updated the original post so it looks more complete. Sets now have a bit of information about what happens in them, as well as a little bit of flavor. They also now have a small list of sample cards and the tokens are organized better.
More updates will come. I will update the sets to include their logos if I find them. I'm also thinking of creating emotes and adding references to the flavor texts where appropriate. I would add a detailed explanation of every card, but I feel it would take up too much space.

Updated once again with logos for all of the sets in the original post. The flavor text post on page 1 has also now been updated to include all of the flavor texts. I did consider adding the reference to all of them, but decided against it. I think people will get most of the references anyway. I think the only flavor text most people won't understand is Aerial Skycutter.

Theatre Symphonist and Lost Timestone now clarify in "Additional Information" that the targets are not random. I can't begin to tell you how many people assumed Theatre Symphonist's effect was random until I added the clarification text that it wasn't. Despite that, the clarification text is kind of clunky.

I do also have emotes made, but I don't want to feel like I need to do everything as if this were real. I'm not going to make quotes for every minion for example. Maybe at some point.
EDIT: And now I've actually edited the changes in, because I didn't save them before.
Just a few things I wanted to point out with the Boomsday expac.
Temporal Project seems a little too complicated at the common rarity. It introduces an entirely new interaction so I think it needs to be epic. Maybe you can bump Rift Blasters down to common and Clockwork Soul to Rare.
Omega Leader is a *little* scary, as it hypothetically could limit design space. Its not as oppressive as it seems though, as this isn't Druid.

Well, this is a little bit awkward. Both Team 5 and I had the same idea, but we valued the effects a little bit differently.
I also realized I never showed the upgraded Hero Power from Baku, although I'm sure you all guessed what it would be.
Also, Curse of Naxxramas:
I made this literally less than an hour before Cybertech Chip was revealed.
