Well, the idea is cute, but thats about it :D
1) its not possible within the current game mechanics, 2) even if it was, its a heavy deck attack ... tho it F u about the same, so i guess balanced? ... wouldnt be fun to play against at all tho.
Eh, this is awkward. I made the Quest before you did and didn't post since I want to have a back up option.
*shrugs* If it makes you feel any better, I was going to move on and devote my attention to my paladin Contract anyway.

This seems too similar to Archbishop Benedictus. It has a similar effect and has the exact same cost and statline.
I think there is difference between them, for my card, opponents could use your card. :)
Doesn't that just create an incentive to troll, filling your deck with crap cards or self-countering materials to dilute what everyone draws?

I believe the colloquial term for minions-without-text is "vanilla" minions. Beyond that, I guess it's fine; if you could post your cards as smaller images, that would be appreciated.

Battlecry: Whenever a minion is summoned this game, Freeze it
Keeping the phrasing "for the rest of the game" maintains clarity; your alternative phrasing could imply the effect dies off when the minion leaves play.
Beyond that, personally I feel like the effect is something that sounds interesting...until you truly play it out. Freezing everyone as they enter isn't really achieving anything, except to delay the game an additional turn. Its only real purpose is to severely bump up Moorabi's usefulness. Your opponent will certainly be annoyed by the whole deal, especially considering the fact that they cannot prevent or remedy the problem.

Well, a little bit, but still doesnt feel very good. Also, i think u should come up with a different card, like i said, what u intend with this wouldnt even work.
Here's the latest iteration of my Paladin card. For those who don't feel like going back to read my description:
These are what I've come up with; they're called "Contracts". They start in your hand like regular Quests, but otherwise they're kind of the negative/anti version of a Quest: you are given a permanent reward right away, but in return you must follow the Contract. Instead of the little overlay gem telling you how close you are to your Reward, it would serve as a reminder of your Contract. "The Deed" presents the restrictions, and "The Price" is what will happen to you should you blow it.
"The crusader's path is a lonely one. In constant service to the Light, there is little time for love or friendship."
Considering that this Contract compels you to rely on a single minion for all of your defense, it seems only fair that it provides Elusive (to avoid cheap clears), Taunt (so your opponent doesn't just ignore it and go face) and a stat buff ('cause they're out there facing the evil horde all alone).

Interesting. I think people generally dislike it when WCDC cards include a new keyword since it just complicates the card and feels like cheating to make it less wordy. This is pretty unique, though, so it might get by. As for the card itself, Paladin is pretty minion-centered, so only having one minion at a time would be pretty hard. I feel like this would rarely be played on turn 1 like a normal Quest but just be used to give that Elusive and maybe Taunt to something huge like Tirion. I just don't think the buff is big enough to justify the board presence you're sacrificing.

Hero Powers and DKs don't count because they can easily be replaced by another Hero or Hero Power. You must create effects that cannot be removed; these effects are permanently attached to the player. In the coding, these are called "Playerbound" effects.
Hoped you like the theme though! I decided to go with a more mechanical theme this time around because I like to switch up between mechanical and flavourful themes.
Cycle Theme (Extremely mechanical. Cycles are a basic principle of CCGs)
Other CCGs Theme (Extremely flavourful. Great for attracting new competitors.)
"Enchantment" Theme (Mechanical. I thought it was a nice challenge to try to balance permanent effects.)
